• Sunita (10/5): Have enjoyed visiting Prague. Lovely city! - Fantastic central location The shower head in room 42 was not ideal. I had to scrunch up in to the corner of the shower to catch the water spray.

• Hannes (1/5): Der Lärmpegel war unerträglich. Ich konnte jede Nacht trotz Kopfhörern nicht schlafen - Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok, nicht aussergewöhnlich. Die Bar nebenan war bis 5 Uhr in der Früh so laut, dass ich das Gefühl hatte auf einen Subwoofer zu schlafen. Der Schallschutz ist absolut unzureichend. Die Gäste des Clubs haben bis 5 Uhr auf der Strasse gebrüllt. Um 7 Uhr kam die Müllabfuhr bzw. die Strassenreinigung.

• Sergio (10/5): Quiet, comfortable and close to Old Town - Very close walking distance to Old Town but still quiet in the evening. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy beads. Staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is terrific. Great spread and excellant coffee.
• Kenan (5/5): Not sure what to write - Location and staff Room wasn’t clean, bed was broken and they need a proper pest control. when we asked for a slipper staff said they are out of stock. The staff tried their best at the checkout for us to leave the property happily which worked actually. The problems was not so important but wh’ve been requested to give 10 points rating on booking.com otherwise they have a problematic owner. I think this is their trick to keep their rating high!

Would definitely stay again! Just a bit noisy from foot traffic , but hey your so close to bars and restaurants you have to expect that. Once windows were shut it helped .

• Mitzi (10/5): The Josephine made our visit to Prague wonderful. - Breakfast was so generous and so delicious. The breakfast staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our Room was delightful and comfortable with a large bathroom, All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant were so friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome. The onsite Italian restaurant was also very good. The location was perfect for exploring Old Town and all its many wonderful historic sites, restaurants, and shopping. We loved being able to walk to so many places, especially across the Charles Bridge. Great fun to sit in the square, clock watch, people watch and snuggle into warm chair covers in the outside eating places. Would definitely stay here again. Just wish it wasn't 5,000 miles away from our home. It was just the experience we wanted to have. So no complaints.

You can clearly see their strong attention to cleanliness, not only in the rooms but also in the breakfast area. The tables and food service areas were very clean, tidy, and well-organized. The rooms were also maintained to a high standard. I was given an incredibly spacious room with a beautiful view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the exceptionally friendly staff. They genuinely do their best to help with anything you need. I have stayed in many hotels before, and this was definitely one of the best. The service I received was far beyond my expectations, especially considering the price. I would not only recommend this hotel here, but I would also confidently suggest it to my friends and family visiting the area. Honestly, I’m writing this very sincerely — there was nothing I didn’t like. I just needed a place to stay for two nights, but I received a service far beyond that.

He was so kind and enthusiastic. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL. Beds are very comfortable, the location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. The breakfast had such great options to choose from. I am really going to miss it. Thank you for a great stay during our first trip to Prague!

• Jörg (9/5): - Vom Check-in, bis zum Check-out, einfach alles. Besonders möchte die liebevolle Betreuung des Hotelpersonal hervorheben, die für alles ein Ohr und eine Lösung hatte. Da das Hotel von der Lage her einfach unschlagbar ist, kann ich es mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

• Lisa (7/5): - Large room and bathroom, excellent breakfast and waitress at breakfast was lovely and helpful. The noise. I understand that it is right in the town but the shouting and screaming until 4am was awful. There seems to be two types of rooms here, ours was right up top and must have faced the street another guest said she heard nothing and was cold, so I assume her room faced the interior courtyard.
