• Estefania (7/5): Buena ubicación, cómodo y moderno. - La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de Plaza España, se puede llegar a todos los puntos turísticos sin problema. El acceso es sencillo y el check-in también. El personal es cordial y dispuesto a apoyarte en cualquier requerimiento. Es algo caro para el tipo de habitación. La cama es cómoda, pero el sofá-cama no tanto. Los pasillos de circulación son muy reducidos, la habitación es pequeña para dos personas, para 3, aún más. Aunque el baño es adecuado, podría tener mejor ventilación.

• Darcy (10/5): Perfect hotel for a city break in Rome. - Perfect location right in the centre of Rome. Room was exceptionally clean and fresh towels etc provided each day. Staff were very helpful and were willing to answer any questions. Clear communication before entering the property. N/A

Ottima la posizione della struttura, centrale La camera di base è carina ma ha bisogno di una bella manutenzione, soprattutto nel bagno; inoltre il rumore dato dalla presenza del motore di un aspiratore o di un condizionatore sotto alla finestra, non permette di tenere riposare con le finestre aperte. Il prezzo è giustificato per la posizione della struttura ma non per la camera.

• Pavalden (10/5): Gentilezza e cortesia sono di casa. - La ragazza alla reception è stata gentilissima e disponibile a farci lasciare le valigie fino sera. Bravissima. La posizione era ottima, di fianco al ristorante Ginger. Personale educato e professionale. Insonorizzazione tra le stanze e rumore dei climatizzatori esterni. Con infissi migliori sicuramente l'insonorizzazione migliorerà. Il ceck out alle 10 è troppo presto e per me sarebbe meglio tra le 11-12 almeno nei giorni festivi o week end.

Bathroom sink including mixers to sink and shower, although operational, need to be replaced since they showed staining and great usage. Some of the skirting in bathroom was poorly finished. • Bridget (8/5): Great property and location - Amazing location- it really is just a short walk to a number of main attractions such as Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon. The metro stop (Spagna) is ~7 min walk by the Spanish steps. We found it a little hard to find a quick, early breakfast nearby but liked a small coffee shop to the right of the metro entrance which had amazing warm pastries. Also enjoyed a meal at Ginger right downstairs. Lots of people on the streets at all times. The room itself was nice overall. The host was very helpful and booked us a taxi in the middle of the night to the airport which worked perfectly. Just a few suggestions- there were too many pillows on the bed (can't help but think people are throwing them on the floor at night) and the mattress needs replacing as it's sagging in the middle.

• Larisa (10/5): Шикарные аппартапенты в самом центре Рима. - Месторасположение отличное, в самом центре, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Апартаменты шикарные, новые, качественный дизайнерский ремонт, постель удобная, всё есть, Лиза была очень гостеприимна, всегда была на связи, встретила нас и заселила по нашему запросу номер раньше времени заезда, спасибо большое. Нам всё очень понравилось, с удовольствием вернемся еще) Такого нет.

• Angela (10/5): Love the staff and all the help in getting our taxi to and from the airport - The property was easy to find and basically in the middle of everything. It was nice to come back for a nap and then go right back to the heart of the city and enjoy Rome. The host was extremely helpful in getting our taxi to and from the airport and our cruise port which was so nice. The room was so nice and clean and the tub was large enough for a great bath to soothe our feet from all the walking. Our stay could not have been better.

We noticed that that room was very warm in the air conditioner was not working after exploring the area and coming back. It still had not called the room so we contacted the front desk and they quickly allow us to change rooms.

• Harriet (7/5): Lovely friendly staff and location but the owner needs to invest in the maintenance of the property. - The location was great in terms of being right near the spagna metro station, the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. The bed was very comfortable and pretty sound proof. The staff were extremely helpful! Initially when we walked in the room it looked clean and tidy but when we looked closer, the door frame was hanging off, the bathroom was not in a good state, the fixtures on the shower were broken and rusty, there was mould in the corner of the bath and there were drain flies scattered throughout the bathroom. Luckily the staff were helpful and moved us to a cleaner room and we were able to finish our stay on a high note. Please note there is no street view for any of the rooms and it overlooks a shabby roof of another property with a huge generator.

• Paola (8/5): Consiglio! - La posizione è fantastica, in pieno centro accanto a Ginger che io adoro. Stanza comoda per due persone con letto extra che abbiamo usato per appoggiare il bagaglio. In camera macchinetta del caffè e bollitore, mini frigo con acqua(sempre apprezzata soprattutto in giornate calde e dopo una bella camminata in giro). Bagno spazioso e abbastanza luminoso, con set di cortesia. Insonorizzazione efficace. Staff cordiale e super disponibile. Ci tornerei volentieri. La stanza purtroppo ha l’affaccio su una coorte interna piena di motori dei condizionatori, quindi la vista non è piacevole. Immagino, però, che ci sia la possibilità di avere stanze con un affaccio differente. Il bagno era pulito, consiglio solo di affinare la pulizia sui depositi di calcare sul soffione (comprendo,però, che con la durezza dell’acqua di Roma non sia semplice).

• Joseph (10/5): We have to come again. - Location was super perfect. Meters away from Spanish Steps, Fontana Di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna. Easy to take bus or taxi, perfect restaurants to dine in. The room was spacious and the bathroom also. Liza was of great help and very professional. We had to go.
