Baggage storage prior to check in and after check out was a big bonus. Pillows were not comfortable. Sounds from other guest could be heard at night but not enough to cause discomfort. Check-in time is not flexible. Would like to have checked in earlier.

Está totalmente equipado, muy limpio y además es muy tranquilo, sin ruidos. Todo el acceso se hace por códigos, no hay contacto humano directo, pero la comunicación fue siempre por WhatsApp y resultó muy fácil. Cualquier duda que tuve me la resolvieron enseguida. The host is easy to contact and check in process is simple and fast. The room was spacious and very clean. You have 20% discount at their jeans shop which is at the ground floor and we took advantage of it. Overall, the room is very comfortable. Check out before 10 am :( . But I think they are willing to keep your baggage in their security room for few hrs.

• ANA PAULA (10/5): Gostei muitooo e voltando a Verona, ficaria novamente na hospedagem. - Achei a localização excelente. Muito perto dos pontos turísticos principais como a Arena di Verona. Fica perto da estação Porta Nuova e facilmente pode pegar um ônibus para chegar até ela, ou ir a pé, como aconteceu comigo, pois como tinhamos horário do trem bem cedo, achamos melhor ir andando e deu em média uns 15 minutos andando. Além disso, o local estava super limpo e organizado. Gostei muito também, pois como chegamos bem antes do nosso horário de check-in tinham local para guardarmos as nossas malas e com isso o serviço foi ótimo, especailamente da funcionária que nos recebeu, foi super gentil e simpática, nos ajudou com as bolsas e dúvidas que tínhamos sobre o local. A Lúcia também foi excepcional, super solícita e respondia de forma muito rápida no whatsapp, gostei muito da atenção que ela nos deu e fico agradecida por isso. Super recomendo a hospedagem e voltando a Verona, ficaria novamente no local. Minha única consideração é referente ao ar condicionado. Ele não estava tão eficiente, entendo que que no dia que eu estava hospeda fez muito calor na cidade, mas ainda assim achei que poderia estar funcionando melhor, não gelou muito e como éramos 3 pessoas no quarto, sentimos um pouco de calor. Mas foi apenas isso mesmo! O restante foi muito bom!

A bit noisy fridge and conditioning, had to switch off electricity to get some sleep. Not all sockets allow to plug in nonEU devices.

Se extrasänky oli tosi huono, se patja (topper) oli todella pehmeä, mutta Lucia auttoi minua saamaan kovan patjan. Meillä oli Aida-niminen huone (kolmannessa kerroksessa) ja siellä oli kaksi pientä ikkunaa vain koska asunto on ulakossa. Eli huone oli pimeä. Suosittelen alempaa kerrosta.
• Filip (10/5): Topverblijf op toplocatie! - Top ontvangst door een van de medewerkers in de winkel op het gelijkvloers. Het appartement zelf was tip-top in orde. Heel stijlvol ingericht (recent gerenoveerd) en met airco. Qua locatie zaten we net op de rand van het oude stadscentrum, beter kon eigenlijk niet. Indien we ooit teruggaan naar Verona, wordt dit ons adresje! Niets kon beter, alles was top.

• Anna (8/5): Terzo piano da rivedere... - Posizione centralissima in una bella via pedonale. Tutte le comunicazioni e il check in sono avvenute via whatsapp e Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto scrupoloso nel fornire tutte le informazioni. La stanza era pulita e dispone di un comodo frigobar. Non so se è dipeso dal fatto che la nostra tripla era al terzo piano ma non ho apprezzato il piano mansardato da un lato troppo basso (toccavano con la testa). Inoltre la camera era claustrofobica perché la finestrella si apriva solo per pochi centimetri quindi bisognava tenere accesa sempre l'aria condizionata e per chi non è abituato non è il massimo! Terzo letto scomodissimo..

• mario (8/5): Nel centro a due passai dall’ Arena - Abbiamo soggiornato presso Carrera Home Appartamento a Verona e nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva. La posizione è senza dubbio uno dei punti di forza: situato in zona pedonale e a pochi minuti a piedi dall’Arena, permette di visitare comodamente il centro storico senza bisogno di mezzi. Lo staff sempre Disponibile via Wa risponde velocemente ad ogni richiesta, davvero professionali. La camera è spaziosa e spartana, ma dotata di tutto il necessario, compreso un utile ombrello a disposizione degli ospiti. Anche il bagno è ampio, seppur con qualche piccola pecca nella dotazione: c’era un solo asciugamano da viso per tre persone e la fornitura di bagnoschiuma/shampoo era piuttosto limitata (un solo flaconcino per tutti). Tra le note meno positive segnaliamo il frigorifero, che durante la notte attiva un compressore piuttosto rumoroso, disturbando un po’ il sonno, e le tende che non oscurano efficacemente la stanza, lasciando entrare la luce già alle prime ore del mattino. Molto comodo il deposito bagagli, utile per gestire gli orari di arrivo e partenza. • Bardhi (8/5): La posizione è molto strategica e la gentilezza di Lucia è unica. - Posizione ottima e gentilezza di Lucia. I letti non erano proprio comodi. Il letto singolo era su una struttura di legno senza la rete. Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due singoli

• Laura (8/5): Tutto bene - Posizione ottima, nel pieno centro di Verona. Lucia, la proprietaria molto gentile, educata e presente. Struttura pulita e nuova. Letti purtroppo molto scomodi. Il matrimoniale troppo rigido e il singolo, richiudibile, non era adatto a dormirci per più di una notte. Abbiamo fatto davvero fatica.

Rekomenduojam - Fantastiška lokacija: prie pat Castelvecchio, netoli autobuso stotelių, kas labai patogu atvykstant iš geležinkelio stoties, daug gerų vietų pavakarieniauti toje pačioje Via Roma gatvėje, 5 min iki Arenos bei aikštės Bra, šalia kurios stoja ir Hop-on Hop-off autobusų linijos. Visos lankytinos vietos pasiekiamos pėsčiomis. Personalas labai draugiškas, apartamentai patogūs apsiatoti keturiems, yra liftas. -
