• Alina (9/5): Idyllisch direkt am Meer - Pasquale hat mich herzlich empfangen und ich habe mich von Anfang wohlgefühlt. Er stand stets für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat mir Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Da ich alleinreisend war, empfand ich es als wertvoll, ein Zimmer im Haus von Einheimischen zu haben. So kann man, wenn man möchte, Gesellschaft suchen und man hat auch immer einen Ansprechpartner, was ich besonders als alleinreisende Frau wichtig finde. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber mit Balkon und Blick aufs Meer, die Lage ist also wirklich wunderbar.

• Claudio (1/5): Da cancellare ….esperienza bruttissima…..non so come certa gente ha il coraggio di improvvisarsi imprenditore - Assolutamente niente….dalle foto che ho visto non corrispondevano alla cruda realtà’ che ho trovato Tutto…dalla pulizia alla struttura in sé ….trascurata ….bagno piccolissimo con piatto. doccia otturato…una terribile puzza di fogna….polvere su ariatore plaffoniera….asciugamani strappati e al posto dei bicchieri ci sono stati consegnati 2 barattoli in vetro….colazione inclusa …ma mai vista…..a causa di una mancata organizzazione……per il prezzo non vale neanche un euro!!!

• francesca (8/5): Buon alloggio sul Lungomare di Sapri - La stanza era comoda e una grande finestra offriva una bellissima vista montagna. Un grande tavolo, l'appendiabiti e i comodini rendevano la stanza molto comoda. Abbiamo trovato il letto e i cuscini molto comodi. Apprezzato il set da bagno 3 pezzi. Il proprietario é stato sin da subito gentilissimo e accogliente. Colazione con cornetti caldi. Abbiamo ritenuto la cifra pagata per l'alloggio leggermente superiore rispetto ad altre soluzioni in cui abbiamo alloggiato in passato in riferimento alla stanza e servizi offerti in generale. Avremmo gradito un set di cortesia per il bagno più vario. La colazione era esigua e siamo rimasti scontenti di non aver trovato altre bevande (es. Te e succhi di frutta) per chi come noi nom beve caffè.

• Carla (8/5): Un soggiorno con accoglienza famigliare - Pasquale è un eccellente padrone di casa, è la propria esperienza bed and breakfast! Lui è stato molto accogliente e disponibile. È un posto ideale se vuoi sentirti a casa. La colazione all'italiana viene servita in un ampio tavolo conviviale che ho amato. La vista mare è strepitosa. La camera è semplice ma con tutto l'occorrente, lo spazio era giusto, con una panchina comoda per riporre i bagagli, molto luminosa e ho adorato l'appendiabiti con tante stampelle (di solito ne trovi poche in alcuni posti) Il bagno è piccolo ma l'ho considerato comodo. Nonostante sia piccolo sono riusciti a mettere il bidet! E hanno un asciugacapelli di quelli tipici negli alberghi. Perfetto per un breve soggiorno. Ho richiesto pulizia extra ed è stata fatta. Ci sarebbe da migliorare solo la manutenzione, qualche verniciatura a pareti e ringhiera sarebbe gradita. Sicuramente torneremo in futuro. Siamo stati bene! inoltre, la posizione è ottima, con tanti locali nelle vicinanze, un negozio di calzature e una buona pasticceria proprio sotto. N.B. che non c'è l'ascensore quindi consiglio per chi soggiornerà di portare zaini o comunque bagagli non impegnativi. Per noi non è stato nessun problema!

• Lucia (6/5): - La colazione era molto limitata ma quel poco che c'era buono...il propietario Pasquale molto simpatico e disponibile Arricchirei sicuramente la colazione e cercherei di accontentare i clienti nelle loro preferenze. Avrei voluto soggiornare in una camera con terrazzo e vista mare,invece ci è capitata una camera senza terrazzo,vista montagna.Ma tutto sommato,io e mio marito siamo stati bene comunque 😉

• Melinda (5/5): If you want to sleep not a good option. - Close to beach. There's a Disco that goes till 4am below and you can't even block out the noise with ear plugs because the volume vibrates the room. Got barely any sleep.

They provided recommendations and even allowed us to use some equipment in the kitchen when we were exhausted and didn’t want to eat dinner out. They provided freshly baked cornettos and cappuccino in the morning and also chatty, friendly conversation! The bedroom was really nice, right on the water with a cute balcony overlooking the sea ! The bed was comfy and everything was clean! We didn’t mind but it might be challenging for some that it is up about 3-4 flights of stairs with no elevator.
• Lori (1/5): Exhausted from feeling unsafe, club music vibrating room - Zero I would have appreciated the owner being honest with me about the aperitivo cafe beside the property turning into an outdoor/ on the sidewalk club blasting music with a bass that literally shook the patio doors and the hanging light until 2am. I politely told him the next morning that it was terrible until very late. He apologized and said very clearly that is was the last night. It wasn’t, to say the least.There are two sets of patio doors and both were shut completely. I pulled the cotton curtain (not blackout and street lights shine into your room all night). It is also not beachfront. It is on the very loud and busy frontage street with tennis court, playground, and cafes lined up across the street, then a nice paved path along the waterfront, and then the beach. The hallway is open to the stairwell of the building with other owners and visitors. The bedroom doors are pocket doors that are difficult to lock(he explained that to me immediately) my hanging light has a short in it and it flickers without movement. When he turned it on, he immediately shut it off and said to use the tiny bedroom lamps. It was a nightmare experience of little sleep and feeling unsafe. If only he was honest, I would have paid for that night and left without complaint. The room was clean, he son kindly brought my luggage up four flights, and I had a great cappuccino.
• Ivan (10/5): A very nice place. - This is a very nice B&B. The room had everything that was described. The mountain view is beautiful. And in addition, Mr. Pasquale makes a great cappuccino and croissants. I highly recommend staying here.

My room was cosy and tidy, with small cute balcony and beautiful mountain & city view which I loved, especially during golden hour. Delicious apple pie served in the morning. Pasquale is taking care of every aspect of the stay, making a truly delightful experience. No such thing

Jordano was so welcoming and spent time sharing stories and local insights along with recommendations for places to eat etc.

• Cheryl (10/5): Great stay. Only sorry that we could not have stayed longer. - Pasquale is an excellent host. He was so charming and made us feel very much at home at his Air BnB which is very comfortable and has magnificent views. It was no trouble for him to go out of his way to drive and collect my friend and luggage from the train station. The train station is only a 7 minute walk away, but we had 1 very large bag with 2 others to transport and no phone connection to ring a taxi. I walked there to ask if he could ring a taxi to collect her and within minutes he was off to the station in a friend's car to get her himself. Nothing seemed to be a trouble for Pasquale. He is genuinely happy to help and you can see he has great enthusiasm to give his guests their best experience. He also kindly insisted to carry our largest bag up the 3 flights of stairs to our room and took our bags down and dropped us off the next morning in his car. This after we had our home cooked croissants and some of his outstanding homemade carrot fruit and nuts cake with freshly brewed coffee and tea. So delicious!! Nothing to dislike. All excellent.

It’s not that we didn’t like something because we knew that there were stairs, but do pay attention to the alert in the description of the property that it is up four flights of stairs. Pasquale helped us up the first time with our luggage.

The mountain view room has a small balcony but contains 4 AC units, meaning there is limited space. Other than that, nothing bad - a great apartment to book in Sapri.

Host was very accommodating. Made croissants for breakfast with coffee and a pleasant chat. Pasquale was a very knowledgeable host and would be happy to stay again. Great value. No lift to 4th floor but Pasquale helped with luggage and we have learnt the stairs are a daily occurrence when travelling around Italy as very hilly. We are not used to the terrain.

• Or (9/5): Beautiful quiet room with amazing sea views - Nice Hotel with an hostel atmosphere, on the main street of Sapri. Was quiet in low season. Stayed in a room with sea view which had spectacular sea views indeed. I found it amazing to wake up in this little place in heaven. Awesome way to have a drink in the balcony overlooking the sports fields by the sea. Big room with big shower, owner is nice and easy minded. Close to shops restaurants, waterfront and beach. Breakfast is continental (but at least included), 3rd floor no elevator.

• Mick (9/5): Excellent value for money, charming host - Pasquale is a generous and charming host. The room we were in (sea view) had a newly fitted bathroom. Breakfast in the shared kitchen was of excellent croissant and a moist fruit cake that was delicious. Good cappucino. On our visit, us (2 English), one German, two Swiss had an interesting chat at the table. Previous reviewers have mentioned stair and access issues. Stairs are broad and easy up to the third floor and for first access (ie before you have your own key), just press the button marked "Pasquale Giordano" to the right of the entrance. There is really only one drawback we could see, and it's as much a nuisance for Pasquale as anyone else. The bar next door basically becomes a nightclub every Saturday night, and so if you are staying over that day, be prepared to be awake until around 04:00 on Sunday morning (or I guess, go clubbing) !
