Right on oludeniz beach exactly where all the stores and the activities are. The hotel itself is pretty much a backyard of a coffee place with rundown furniture. The hotel was convenient for a one night stay to do the paragliding and enjoy the water. Public beach but I believe no hotel has a private beach in Oludeniz
- Verified traveler (10/5): Durak rules! - Excellent location with special emphasis: not more than 200 meters to the beach; very friendly and helpful team; the room is rather small but there is an excellent outside small patio where in the evenings you can sip delicious Turkish wine and enjoy the marvelous beauty of gorgeous Turkish June nights! Overall, very positive impressions! Thank you, Bilal and the whole team!

But the area is too noisy until late, generally very pushy people everywhere try to sell you something, and creepy, dodgy men following you after dark. Its a shame as the nature and the beach are beautiful. Overall the whole experience was disappointing.

Gelelim asıl mevzuya oda da özellikle banyoda çok ağır bir koku vardı. Hotels.com dan gelen check-in işleminden memnun musunu epostasını yanıtladım. Ve odaların “leş” gibi koktuğunu belirttim. Zaten bütün akşamı balkonumsu sert ve pis örümcek ağı saran bir masa ve her tarafınızın tutulmasına sebep olacak bir koltukta geçirdik. En son her tarafımız tutulunca içeri geçtik. İçerde yataktan bişey de Yoktu zaten ve yastık kılıflarında çarşafta lekeler vardı. Her neyse akşam 10.00 sularında kapımız yumruklandı gelen sevgili yöneticiye benzeyen mafyavari bir adamdı. Hotels.com a yaptığımız şikayetin etik olmadığını ve tam iki kere beğenmediyseniz çıkın cümlesini kurdu. Herşey bir tarafa hiç bu kadar iğrenç bir yönetim görmedim. Her yerde siyah çöp poşetlerinin içine tıkılmış kirli çarşaflar vardı. Balkonda oturunca izlediğiniz manzara da doğa değil çöplüktü. Verdiğiniz parayı hak etmiyor.
- Fatih (6/5): - Odalar çok küçük aslında otel diyorlar ama bence pansiyon resepsiyondaki hanım ve otelin müdürü çok cana yakın ama diğer çalışanlar sanki zorla çalışıyor denizede sıfır değil foto yanıltıcı ancak deniz mükemmel dolayısıyla sizi yumuşatıyor

- Sergei (10/5): Хорошее место! - Отдыхали семьей. Нам понравилось расположение отеля, очень рядом с морем не надр ходить в гору у кого отели на горе находятся. В номере чисто, убирались, все нас устроило. Персонал удыбчивый и доброжелательный. Учили русский язык повторяли за нами слова)))) Спасибо, пожалуйста, доброй ночи и т.д))) было весело))) На завтрак хотелось бы чтобы яичница была для каждого, в то приносили в 1 тарелке пару яиц, но их съедала дочка)))) мне их не хватало для полноценного завтрака))) А в общем осиались довольны отелем. 5 из 5 наша оценка.

Bathroom door is so short (bathroom is one step up from the room) that we hit our head to the case several time and i am still in pain. The owner did not care about my concern with the and my request for the room change.

- Ramdane (8/5): Bon emplacement. - Petit hôtel restaurant, très bien placée à quelques pas de la plage, des activités et de la vie nocturne. Vous pouvez manger sur place, c'est sûrement le moins cher que vous trouverez sur place. Chlabre propre et confortable, dommage qu'elle soit trop petite, à 2 c'est déjà très limite et on se marche dessus. Rien à dire de particulier, on y dort bien.

- M (4/5): - The location was superb. The hotel left a lot to be desired. The person who met us at the hotel was on the phone and didn’t speak any English. He showed us our room and just left us there unable to get in as the lock was damaged. We had to wait an hour for a locksmith after a long flight and 1.5 hr trip to hotel, we were shattered, two half eaten pies in the bedside drawers. A broken shower holder so it could only be used by hand, broken shower tiles, flying insects on the breakfast cheeses, meat and jams. Very disappointing and something never encountered before.

- Oleg (6/5): Дешёвый отель с низким уровнем сервиса. - По прибытию в отель нам на один день предоставили номер, уровнем ниже чем мы бронировали: тесную комнату с неприятным запахом из душевой. При этом не извинились, и никак не компенсировали неудобства, связанные с этим. Территории у отеля практически нет, он расположен рядом с автостоянкой, на которую круглосуточно заезжают и выезжают машины. За 6 дней в номере не убирали ни разу, не говоря о смене белья, даже не выносили мусор. В ванной комнате вырваны держатели для полотенец, мыльных принадлежностей, сливное отверстие находится выше уровня пола. Завтрак был однообразный, но сытный: вареные яйца, колбаса, сыр, оливки, огурцы-помидоры, из фруктов только арбуз. Кафе при отеле позиционирует себя, как халяль, в меню нет алкоголя, есть турецкая печь, можно заказать пиде (турецкая пицца), лахмаджун, чорбу и другие национальные блюда, но цены достаточно высокие и клиентов вечером немного. Местоположение довольно неплохое: недалеко от и пляжей и конечной остановки долмущей . Несмотря на низкую цену, я бы не стал рекомендовать этот отель.

Aktivitelerin çok yapıldığı bir yer olması (Yamaç paraşütü, günü birlik turlar) açısından kahvaltı saatlerinin daha erken olması gerekir. TURLARIN SAAT 08.00 gibi başlaması sabahları sorun yaratıyor. ortada kahvaltı olmuyor. Söylediğiniz zaman oradakiler tarafından ilgilenilmiyor. Biraz daha deneyimli insanların bulunması gerekir.Şahin beyin de dediği gibi daha çok yeni bir otel. Ama sanki pansiyon gibiydi.Hemen yanındaki durak restorandan da pek memnun kalmadık. Yemek kalitesi anlatıldığı gibi değildi. İnternet bir gün çalışıyor ertesi gün yok.Odalarda mini buzdolabı yok. Oda kahvaltı sistemde olması gerekir diye düşünüyorum.
