Karen (5/5): As a pilgrim I don’t expect much, but this place was not welcoming. - The lady receptionist was friendly, but I felt like I was getting a guided tour through a prison by the guy. Don’t do this don’t do that! Everything is locked and closed until 3pm. Nobody around to store bags if arriving early to explore the town. Nowhere to wash clothes by hand and big signs saying do not use sink.

Don't take it in the shower with you not water proof. Group came in rather late and were quite loud. Room mate and myself had to quiet them down. All was fine after that.

As janelas podiam ter filtro para só se ver de dentro para fora. O quarto podia ter mais luz. As tomadas ficam ao livel da cama sendo muito difícil o acesso.

Jager (10/5): Aan te bevelen hostel, supergoed!! - Verrassend mooi gebouw, leuk ingerichte bar en receptie. Mooi terras met uitzicht over de stad. Doorgang tussen de bedden in de kamer was krapjes.

Beatrice (1/5): Usine à sommeil - Lit confortable Cet Hostel a tous les attributs d'une prison : murs gris, portes asservies par badge avec zones contraintes, portes qui ne ferment pas à clé (les toilettes). Le pèlerin qui arrive a des besoins simples : se laver (ici, une salle de douche avec toilettes à l'intérieur pour 12 lits), laver ses vêtements (interdit de laver à la main, le sèche linge est en panne, on vous envoie sans problème dans une laverie 1 km plus loin alors que vous avez déjà marché toute la journée), dormir et manger soir et matin. On a le droit de manger sur une terrasse qui est interdite d'accès le matin. Nous étions plusieurs à prendre le petit déjeuner debout, dehors alors qu'il faisait encore nuit. Bien sûr, rien pour faire un café, même pas un distributeur. J'ai le sentiment que la propriétaire n'apprécie pas les pèlerins et qu'elle préfère les clients avec de belles valises pleines de vêtements propres, qui circulent à des heures normales. Tout celà pour 24€ quand même...

Access to common usage utilities are blocked because staff may not be present and lock out the common area during certain times (e.g. before 9AM and between 12 & 3 PM).

Perto do CNEMA (viagem tvde cerca de 2€) Algum ruído do quarto ao lado, nomeadamente quando tomaram banho. Necessidade de sair do evento em que estava a participar no CNEMA para ir fazer check in, por incompatibilidade de horário (Evento 9h-23h e Check in 15h-22h). Preço elevado para apenas uma noite, mas devido ao evento pouca disponibilidade de alojamento

Bem localizado, perto do Caminho do Tejo e de serviços como lavandaria, pastelaria, multibanco e farmácia. E chega-se bem ao miradouro das Portas do Sol. As funcionárias são afáveis e prestáveis na partilha de informação.

Reece (10/5): A fantastic stay at a well priced, well located and super clean hostel. - I loved this stay. Beautiful hostel room. Very newly renovated and is in a great location. The balcony is great and the living room by reception is super modern and clean. It has all the facilities required for a Camino hiker or backpacker. It was also really chilled out and quiet so would be great for families or calm weekend holidays. The city is unexpectedly good as a holiday destination! I was just passing through as a Camino hiker but found myself staying an extra night due to how many activities, historical buildings, lunch and dinner restaurants and shopping locations. I was super impressed. The staff were great and all the rooms were spotless - huge credit to the cleaning team. The common area is closed in the mornings - which is fine for most Camino hikers, but it did mean someone was making themselves breakfast in the room at 5am. Maybe there is a better solution to having the common room available in the mornings?

Το κρεβάτι ήταν δύο ραντζα ενωμένα με σανίδα από πάνω που ετριζε και δεν υπήρχαν βασικές παροχές, όπως ένα ποτήρι για πλύσιμο δοντιών ή ένα πιστολάκι.
