- Christian (9/5): - Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal hier. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Die nächste Straße ist 500m weg. Großer Pool. Private Dachterrasse. Einfach aber preiswert. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Wohnhaus. Kotenloses WiFi am Pool und vor dem Haus. Es gab nur wenige Töpfe. Auch war das Besteck und das Geschirr sehr übersichtlich (pro Bewohner ein Satz Besteck, ein Glas und zwei Teller). Es ist leider kein Backofen vorhanden. Das WiFi war im Appartement teilweise schlecht zu empfangen. Aber auch das Mobilfunknetz hatte oft Ausfälle.

C'est très propre, la piscine est grande et ouverte les soirs. L'ambiance est conviviale. Je recommande vivement.

Trotz später Ankunft gab es noch ein reichhaltiges u sehr leckeres Abendess, so wie ich von jahrzehntelanger Italien-Erfahrung schätzen gelernt habe u wie man es leider immer seltener geboten bekommt. Morgens von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt zu werden ist ein guter Start in den Tag.

- Christian (10/5): Ruhige Unterkunft im Grünen - Die Appartements liegen in einem ruhigen Tal, fernab von nervigen Straßen. Der private Balkon (das einzige Appartement mit Balkon) ist Gold wert. Der Pool (etwa 50 m entfernt) ist schön groß und auch noch in der Nacht (mit Beleuchtung) nutzbar. Das Essen ist günstig und gut. WLAN gibt es nur im und um das Haupthaus (inkl. Pool). In den Appartements jedoch nicht. Der Mobilfunkempfang ist in den Gebäuden recht schwach - das ist aber in der Natur der Sache. Die Küchenausstattung ist mager, aber ausreichend. Der einzige gemeinschaftliche Grill ist nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung (Rost hält nicht mehr selber, sondern muss durch Steine unterstützt werden). Da dies die einzige Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien ist, wird der Platz auch von anderen Gästen genutzt. Ruhiges und privates Grillen ist daher nicht immer möglich. Man muss auch mit etwas lauteren Nachbarn leben.

- jerome (9/5): Très bon choix de séjour, emplacement et prestations au top! - L’accueil, la bienveillance de tous le personnel qui est aux petits soins pour tous ses résidents. Mario parle très bien Français et le lieu dans un endroit très calme en pleine nature avec piscine et une vue imprenable sur la montagne. A quelques 30mn de La Spezia, capitale des cinque Terre, pas loin de Pise si le cœur vous en dit, ou de Equi Termes, la localisation est très intéressante. Possibilité de pension complète avec un menu varié et des plats et un vin fait maison très bons (préférence perso pour le blanc) Pas de climatisation dans les chambres, les plats sont très bons, mais servis pour certains sans sauce.

- Steffi (8/5): Toller Urlaub in der Toscana - Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Es ist kein Problem einen Hund mitzubringen, welcher auch überall mit hin durfte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Es ist ländlich, ruhig gelegen und die Ausstattung ist rustikal- ausreichend. Das Essen in der Gaststube ist hervorragend. Einerseits ist die ländliche Lage positiv jedoch muss man stets das Auto nutzen, um Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.

- AnRi1900 (5/5): Occasione mancata - La piscina è sicuramente il punto di forza. Purtroppo il pomeriggio del check in era affollatissima (nutrita comitiva per pranzo di Ferragosto); il giorno dopo è andata meglio. I gestori sono cordiali ma, dispiace dirlo, il sorriso non può sopperire a tutto il resto. Abbiamo alloggiato negli appartamenti collegati alla struttura principale da uno stradello percorribile a piedi in qualche minuto. La struttura è vecchia e arredata sommariamente, con bagno accessibile direttamente dal soggiorno e cucina essenziale. E fin qui poco male: 'vecchio ma pulito' sarebbe potuto diventare 'caratteristico'. I problemi più gravi sono stati gli odori, la scarsa pulizia e le mosche. Puzza di fogna dal bagno, periodico (ogni mezz'ora circa) aroma da digestore anaerobico in tutta l'area esterna, fornelli della cucina incrostati e padelle in tinta, zanzariera a macchie. E le mosche, dovunque: mosche in piscina, per via delle mele cadute e lasciate a marcire; mosche all'ingresso dell'appartamento, nella zona adibita alle grigliate e al parcheggio, perché a due metri di distanza vengono accumulati i rifiuti; mosche dentro casa, perché non c'è zanzariera che tenga in un contesto del genere. Un gran peccato di approssimazione e trascuratezza.

- Fabio (8/5): - Bellissimo appartamento ampio e immerso nella natura..piscina bella e pulita, gestori sempre disponibili e gentili..simpaticissima e accogliente la Lola 🐶
- Marleen (10/5): - Prefecte, rustige ligging met uitzicht op de boomgaarden. Er is een gezellige plaats om te zitten voor het eten en drinken waarvan een deel uit eigen gaard en regio. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Wij waren met de motor en deze mochten wij droog en veilig wegzetten in de schuur. Als we weer eens terug komen gaan we hier zeker weer langs. Echt een aanrader!
