- TOMAS ANTONIO (8/5): renovar mobiliario ducha y wc - De manera general fue buena mi estancia, corto tiempo para calificar por conciencia cada una de las cuestiones enmarcadas en la encuesta; pero lo que sugeriria , es renovar el mobiliario de la ducha y el WC, tienen minimas descompostura y apariencias oxidadas , dejan mucho que desear ...por lo demás fue muy confortable y buen servicio,gracias!
- CARLOS (8/5): - The hotel has no food options. The only option for breakfast is a convenience store (Oxxo) two blocks away. Personnel at the place were not helpful on Sunday.

- Angélica (4/5): - Las fotos que suben sobre la propiedad están maquilladas, la alberca más bien parece una fuente bajo una escalera, el restaurante o cafetería es pésimo, no tienen servicio
- Edel (4/5): - Cuarto con cucarachas, colchón viejo, baño con metales oxidados, personal ruidoso en la mañana y el tipo en la recepción un patán con la peor actitud de servicio. De no ser por la señora que se levantó a atendernos nos hubiéramos ido desde el check in.
