• Nanna (9/5): Hyggeligt område - Dejligt værelse. Rigtig god beliggenhed. Tæt på mange restauranter. Rigtig venligt personale, som var meget opmærksomme. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig. Værelset var meget lydt, måtte sove med ørepropper den ene nat, da man kunne høre fjernsynet i værelset ved siden af.
• omar (4/5): while the host and location are definite highlights, several important aspects of comfort and practicality need signific - The location is good and the place is easy to find thanks to the clear videos and pictures the host shared on Instagram beforehand, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. The host was very kind and helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations and being responsive throughout the stay. The room was quite small, especially compared to how it appeared in the pictures. The bathroom was even smaller and not very practical. The shower door didn’t close properly, which caused water to spill onto the floor and made a mess. The street was quite noisy, and it was easy to hear traffic throughout the night. The sound insulation is also very poor — we could hear everything from the room next door. The bed was hard and not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The fridge was also quite loud, adding to the noise, and unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work during the stay. It would also have been nice to have more toiletries provided.

Il bollitore in camera è sempre apprezzato. Colazione bene, con anche qualche prodotto salato. Molto gradevole il balcone. Il letto un po' troppo morbido per le nostre abitudini. Rumorosità la notte che arriva dalla strada, anche se la camera ha infissi moderni. Colazione con pochi prodotti da forno freschi.

• Berta (9/5): Muy recomendable - La atención super buena, llegamos pronto el lunes por la mañana y tuvimos la suerte de que nuestra habitación ya estaba lista, y pudimos descargar las maletas y instalarnos antes de ir a recorrer la ciudad. Te dejan guardar las maletas tras el check out hasta la hora que necesites sin coste añadido. En general todo fantástico. En el baño hacía un poco de frío comparado con el resto de la habitación.

Ligger centralt i centrum af Rom nær restauranter, indkøb og alle seværdighederne i centrum Det er en lejlighed med 4 værelser m eget bad og et lille morgenmadsrum. Meget enkel morgenmad men fin nok. God seng. Stille - er på 6. sal. Vi kommer gerne igen 😍 Kedeligt brød ( toastbrød)til morgenmad.

• Laura (2/5): - Die Lage war gut Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist sehr geschönt. Viele der angegebenen „Highlights“ der Unterkunft entsprechen wenig der Realität. Die gezeigten Fotos der Zimmer mit Balkon bedeuten: es gibt ein Zimmer mit Balkon zum Hinterhof, die anderen liegen an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Das angegebene Frühstück beinhaltet vorrangig Toast mit 3 Aufschnitten in einem kleinen Raum mit 3 Minitischen. Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich eine Wohnung mit vier vermietbaren Zimmern. Dadurch ist es sehr hellhörig, vor allem, wenn die Mitarbeiterin morgens um 6Uhr das „Hotel“ betritt, ist an Weiterschlafen kaum zu denken. Es gibt nur eine Bettdecke, die sich geteilt werden muss. Zum angegebenen Flughafenshuttle wurde uns auf Nachfrage, wie wir vom Flughafen in die Unterkunft gelangen der Hinweis auf den ÖPNV gegeben. Das Badezimmer riecht nach Benutzung der Dusche stark muffig. Man gelangt in die Wohnung über eine engen veralteten Fahrstuhl, der Innentüren hat. Wenn andere Bewohner diese nicht verschließen, bleibt einem nichts als zu Fuß in den 6. Stock zu gehen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt unserer Meinung nach absolut nicht. Vieles wird besser dargestellt, sodass die Erwartungen an die Unterkunft stark enttäuscht werden.

• Angeliki (10/5): - Είχαμε μια πραγματικά υπέροχη διαμονή! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και ακριβώς ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για τις ανάγκες μας. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και μας χάρισε έναν εξαιρετικό ύπνο. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ωραίο, με ποιοτικές επιλογές, αλλά τη διαφορά την κάνουν οι άνθρωποι. Η κοπέλα που βρισκόταν στο πρωινό, στην υποδοχή και στην καθαριότητα ήταν ευγενέστατη, ανθρώπινη και γλυκύτατη — μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν επίσης εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα το γεγονός ότι μας δόθηκε η δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας μετά το check-out, χωρίς καν να το ζητήσουμε — μια κίνηση που μας διευκόλυνε πάρα πολύ. Η γειτονιά είναι όμορφη, με ωραία σοκάκια, και πολύ βολική, με εύκολη πρόσβαση τόσο στο αεροδρόμιο όσο και στο κέντρο. Σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να ξαναμείνουμε! Μια εμπειρία που ξεχώρισε για τη ζεστή και αυθεντική φιλοξενία της.

• Enrico (9/5): Wonderful stay in the heart of Trastevere - I had a great stay at Top Floor Trastevere. The place was clean, cozy, and very well located in the heart of Trastevere, perfect for exploring Rome. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

• Vivanti (4/5): Non rispecchia le aspettative - La gentilezza della ragazza che pur avendo ritardato 5 Min dalla fine dell'orario della colazione ha fatto quel che ha potuto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze Le foto proposte non rispecchiano la realtà,la stanza si presenta pulita ma molto angusta per non parlare del bagno che presenta un muro davanti al sanitario che per una persona alta più di un metro e ottanta risulta quasi impossibile andare. Stanza molto rumorosa per il passaggio del tram n8 piu i rumori delle altre stanze. Per quanto riguarda i servizi interni proposti sono rimasto deluso della presenza di una sola bottiglia d'acqua e di una colazione scarsa con alimenti di bassa qualità. In fine il check out era previsto per le 10:30 e nel momento della colazione che era previsto dalle 9 alle 10 mi é stato chiesto di uscire dalla stanza perché i prossimi ospiti erano già presenti nell'area colazione subendo una pressione non desiderata.

La dame antipathique, qui depuis notre arrivée accuse sont patron de ne la pas avoir averti de notre arrivé. Parle sec, demande les documents presque comme un ordre. Mauvaise insonorisation, moisissure dans la salle de bain. Dans la cuisine pour 4 chambres il y'a seulement 3 tables pour le petit-déjeuner, stock de linge dans les sacs.

Molto comodo avere la colazione a disposizione La camera è piuttosto rumorosa sia per il traffico del viale su cui si affaccia sia per i rumori interni (frigorifero, ascensore, porte delle altre stanze).

• Messina (8/5): Permanenza piacevole, ritornerò assolutamente! - La stanza è in una località perfetta, in una zona molto bella di Trastevere. La stanza è spaziosa e la colazione inclusa è molto varia. Staff molto disponibile e simpatico! Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere delle istruzioni per accendere il riscaldamento in quanto faceva un po' freddo di notte. Nonostante questo c'erano diverse coperte disponibili.

• Britta (8/5): - Gute Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in 30-40 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten auch Bushaltestelle gleich in der Nähe. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Check-in und Check-out super funktioniert. Oksana war sehr freundlich, hat kleines Frühstück (Croissant, Toast, Müsli, Wurst, Käse, Jogurt...) mit leckerem Kaffee zubereitet. Zimmer war sauber, hat einen kleinen Balkon Zimmer recht klein; wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer zu zweit, dadurch mehr Platz auf dem zusätzlichen Bett Kleidung bzw. Koffer abzulegen.
• Robert (8/5): Great location at a very clean room - Oksana was a very good host. Everything was clean and tidy and breakfast was simple but the italian way with good coffee. We had a room with a small balcony to the back so it was very quiet at night. The location is great. The picture is not very meaningful. You expect more than you get. It is a bit to expensive because it is a bit worn out.
• Jing (3/5): I’m so glad I only booked this place for one night then I moved to the Loly Boutique Hotel for the same price and only 3 - Good location Horrible host who was yelling on the phone when I had to call to ask for the code to get in “I send you all the information on WhatsApp!!!” Excuse me! I don’t use WhatsApp, my legal contact information was my email. However, the host has never sent me the email with all the information I need. The room was cold and they don’t allow you change the temperature. I found a filthy polyester blanket in the middle of the night to keep myself warm. I didn’t bother to eat the breakfast after found out that everything was came in a plastic bag-from croissant to bread. Also the WiFi was shared with at least 4 apartments and the connection was very weak. I paid $180 for the night plus tax. It was the worst stay during my trip through Italy.

• Irka (7/5): Was okay for one night. - We found the rooms much smaller than expected. Not much was provided as far as toiletries. It was okay but nothing special. Eduardo did provide us with lots of good info; where to go, best restaurants etc which was appreciated. We loved Oksana. She was welcoming and lovely. Very small rooms but you can’t do anything about that. It would be nice to have a few drawers or more toiletries. They were a bit stingy compared to other hotels we had been in Italy.

• Simone (10/5): Een absolute aanrader!! - Een hele goede, schone en ruime kamer met een heerlijk bed en balkon op 6 hoog .. het heet niet voor niets Top Floor. Heerlijk ontbijt. Goede badkamer. Rolluik voor de Openslaande deuren. En heel goed contact met de eigenaar. Locatie is perfect om Rome te verkennen. De hilarische lift 🤣 Het was even wennen maar we zagen er maar de humor van in.

Joka paikkaan jaksoi muutenkin kävellä, ei tarvinnut käyttää julkisia kulkuneuvoja. Aamiainen oli perushyvä ja henkilökunta ihanan ystävällinen. Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Äänieristys olisi voinut olla vähän parempi huoneissa, muuten ei mitään valittamista.

• Amrit (10/5): - It was my first time in Rome and I had a blast! Trastevere was recommended by many friends and it was very convenient to walk or transit to main tourist areas from this property. The staff was very nice and the directions for check-in were quite clear. I wasn’t expecting to receive instructions over WhatsApp, but I had internet so it wasn’t a problem. A couple things I noted: - I could hear people in the next room and the hallway, but it was pretty muted. Just enough to know people are around. - The safe in the room was unfortunately not bolted or attached to anything. It doesn’t provide much security because it’s so small and light, you could just take the whole thing. Thankfully the building felt secure, but this would be easy to fix for the property. Overall I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend Top Floor Trastevere.
