Alexander (9/5): Friendly and clean in a beautiful setting. - Staff were friendly and everywhere was clean. The location is good, right next to a very old church in what I assume is the older part of the town. A short walk down a very picturesque street brings you out into a more modern area with many restaurants and shops. There is ample free private parking in a carpark close by. A bit hot and stuffy in the room but there was a window that could be opened so not really a problem.

DedouT (8/5): Belle semaine de vacances au ski - L’hôtel est situé à 20 minutes en voiture de Baqueira. Il y a une navette de la ville toutes les heures mais nous ne l’avons pas prise car ça nous a paru compliqué. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et avec beaucoup de choix. Pas de possibilité de repas le soir sur place mais il y a un restaurant qui est jumelé avec l’hôtel. Cependant nous n’avons pas testé car nous avons trouvé moins cher et très bien chez CAN PÈRE et dans un restaurant italien pas très loin.

Daniel (7/5): - Limpio, acogedor y desayuno decente. La proteína del desayuno, huevo revuelto y lacón, estaba muy bueno. Pero si pasas 4 noches, echas en falta alguna alternativa, para algún día. Por lo general, buen desayuno.
Charles (9/5): - Gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel in einer traumhaften Lage. Frühstück hat genügend Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

MARIA (8/5): La estancia ha sido muy agradable, en recepción mucha amabilidad y disponibilidad - La ubicación muy buena, con aparcamiento propio, está a 8 m andando del centro de Viella, sitio muy tranquilo, la amabilidad de los que llevan el hotel, dispuestos atenderte en todo momento, te sientes muy cómodo y con confianza No había una mesa o mesita para poder apollar

Oscar (8/5): Hotel acogedor y agradable cera de Vielha - La ubicación me gusta mucho, estás cerca de Vielha. Fuimos 4 y la habitacion era confortable. La habitacion para 4 nos es funcional fuera de dormir y utilizar el baño.

Sara (8/5): Agradable i correcte - Un hotel amb els serveis fonamentals de 3 estrelles. Respecte al confort, caldria revisar el matalàs molt dur i al mateix temps, s'hi fan bonys i clots. A banda la decoració és molt agradable, muntanyenca, i hi ha una zona molt agradable de sala d'estar. L'esmorzar és bo i complert i un moment de relax. El personal és molt agradable i predispost malgrat uns problemes anteriors amb una possible anul·lació i el pagament de la reserva que no vaig poder resoldre però que s'obliden davant l'amabilitat del personal. En general, correcte i agradable i ben situat. El matalàs del llit, de matrimoni 1m 35cm, era incòmode. Els serveis d'una habitació estàndard és escàs, la TV no té opció a plataformes i no s'hi veien les cadenes catalanes, no hi ha ni una butaca, però està neta i és agradable.

Ainara (8/5): Acogedor y amable - El personal, el desayuno, lo acogedor que es el hotel y el microondas de la habitacion Hemos echado en falta algún armario mas en la habitación y hubiéramos agradecido que el desayuno empezara algo antes de las 8 de la mañana.

Manuel (6/5): Estancia muy agradable - Ubicacion desayuno limpieza y personal La puerta del baño no es apropiada para compartir el servicio ya que es una puerta de bar del oeste americano. Y en segundo lugar, no hay baño en el interior del spa.
