Kleiner Golfcart kostenlos mietbar für distanzen in der stadt Zimmer wird nur morgens gemacht, also wenn man lange schläft keine chance auf ein frisch geputztes zimmer (5 sterne!?). Frühstücksbuffet war gewöhnungsbedürftig

- Alexander (10/5): Für Sonkhla Stadt ein sehr sauberes und freundliches Hotel - Das Hotel war wunderbar, Ich bin zum wiederholten Male dort gewesen. Die ganze Stadt ist fußläufig zu erkunden, jedoch hat das Hotel einen Wagen, ein etwas größerer Golfcart, sehr schön angemalt, damit bringt das Personal jemanden zu jedem Punkt der Stadt. Manchmal ist es schon sehr heiß, da lässt man sich verwöhnen. Das Zimmer war perfekt, Betten ausgezeichnet und sehr zuvorkommender Service. Das Frühstück hat dieses Mal nicht so gut geklappt. Aber nachdem wir bescheid gesagt haben wurde es von Tag zu Tag besser. Etwas mehr Obst wäre sehr schön gewesen.

Ample, guarded, free car Parking next to the hotel. While breakfast selection was fine, it was ice cold. I had to ask the attendant to warm up the eggs and Sausage in the microwave before eating.

- TATCHA (5/5): Not recommend for short stay - The hotel seems to have been renovated to look more modern, but some facilities and walls still appear old. The room is decently spacious with a flat-screen TV, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Overall, the room looks clean at first glance, but there's actually quite a bit of dust—especially along door edges and behind the TV, which makes it feel like the cleaning was done in a rush. The bathroom is clean with strong water pressure, though the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and soap are provided, but the bathroom trash bin is broken. The hairdryer in the room is melted and looks unsafe to use. The toilet flush button appears corroded from cleaning chemicals. While the bed is comfy and we slept well, the blanket was disturbing—there was a visible bloodstain on the inner filling (not the cover), which is completely unacceptable. It should’ve been properly cleaned or replaced. Also, the wallpaper near the air conditioner is torn, adding to the eerie vibe, as seen in the photo.

- Hong Gee (8/5): Leisure trip - Room is clean & comfortable. About 15 mins walk to old town, 18 mins walk to Samila beach. Nearby the hotel, there's a restaurant eat Tim sum & bat kut teh , quite delicious and very friendly and helpful boss.

Nice location and free taxi service to old town. Big comfortable bed and very clean hotel/room Did actually have free bycles to use but nobody told us and only noticed on last day. To start with booking.com sent ne a email asking if I wanted a room upgrade to a sea/ lake view room at extra 200 baht per night which I agreed, after check in went to room on floor 5 and no sea/lake view! Back to reception who did not understand so put me on the phone to the manager who said she would upgrade us at no extra cost (which I have already paid) to room.on floor 7 as more peaceful so I agreed. OK so room on floor 7 exactly same room.as room on floor 5 except 2 floors higher but the safe had no key, ok back to reception who finally found me the key back to room. Key not work back to reception finally found another key and this time came with me to room to show me how it works ....it didn't Then informed me they would supply another safe which came 10 minutes later with key and it works except its the most unsafe safe I have ever had as it was not fixed to anything so you could have just picked it up and walked out the door with it 🤣 Day 3 Oh I think I have discovered the sea view as Basil Fawlty once said its the blue bit between the land and the sky please take a look at my room view see if you can spot it! Breakfast possibly the most unhelpful miserable staff I have ever experienced the greeting consists of one word 'room' one toaster which only one side works ffs buy a new one. Very limited buffet style, everyday eggs overcooked, pathetic amount of fruit and had to ask staff to fill any trays/juice that was empty as all they seemed interested in was eating the food themselves! Oh ok will add this but nothing to do with hotel itself, I see before I booked many complaints about music noise late a night from bar restaurant next door this establishment has now closed down happened during our stay. Also local beach is absolutely disgusting covered in plastic and litter so much you must wear shoes on the sand. So if you want go swim find hotel with a swimming pool Montana does not have one.

- Elisa (8/5): Bequem, gut, sauber ! - Sauberes, modernes Hotel etwas ausserhalb der Stadt . Sehr angenehmes Quartier mit Restaurants um die Ecke. wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5.Stock mit Balkon. Morgenessen ok mit asiatischen Gerichten. Für uns war alles pk. Nahe Samila Beach u Attraktionen.

- Troy (8/5): Really had a great time just wish I had stayed there longer - I like the view for the Room the balcony watching the sunrise nice restaurant next door with live music and free use of the courtesy car to drop off and pick up at your location and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach along the Esplanade with restaurants and entertainment bars The only downside to the property was that there was no swimming pool

- yvonne (8/5): Okay but needs refining - The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. The room was really big and bed was big and comfortable. Location was good for local restaurants and bars mostly owned by expats. There was a very nice massage place around corner, turn left out hotel take fist left then first right very nice clean and relaxing massage Although the room was big it was not well thought out. Next to bed no table and sockets high off floor so I had to ask for a small table. Sockets for kettle/ coffee behind to hard to find. Shower head rusty and dirty, toilet flush scratches everywhere needs replacing. Under sink looks like cupboard but only doors so very little shelf for toiletries etc. no soap. Everywhere from reception to hall to b/fast room could do with a good sort out, things dumped everywhere, not tidy. Eggs cold. All these things easily remedied and would make hotel much better

Staff seemed surly (except the breakfast ladies). Space under the bed hadn't been cleaned for a long time). The music from the bar next door can go late into the night

- Suwajjanee (8/5): - ห้องพักกว้าง ที่นอน+หมอนสะอาด นอนสบาย ในห้องมีกลิ่นหอมสะอาด จำนวนห้องพักในแต่ละชั้นมีไม่มากทำให้ไม่วุ่นวาย ไปครั้งนี้ไม่มีเสียงรบกวนจากร้านอาหารข้างโรงแรมในตอนกลางคืนทำให้นอนหลับสบาย 1.สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบที่สุดในครั้งนี้คือพนักงานต้อนรับตอนเข้าไปเช็คอิน ไม่มีรอยยิ้มเลย ค่อนข้างจะไม่เป็นมิตร ไม่เหมาะกับการให้บริการที่แผนกต้อนรับ ไม่มีการแนะนำใดๆ(อย่างเช่นเวลาอาหารเช้า) แต่พนักงานท่านอื่นที่เจอดีหมดนะคะพนักงานตอนเช็คเอาท์ก็ดีมากค่ะ 2.ไดร์เป่าผมค่อนข้างเก่า 3.โถสุขภัณฑ์จะมีกลิ่นนิดหน่อย 4.ที่จอดรถของโรงแรมมีน้อย ถ้าที่จอดเต็มต้องจอดริมถนน
