Algunas esquinas de la habitación tiene restos de humedades. Se oye a todo el que pasa por las escaleras. La pequena cocina en el balcón no sirve para nada, tenia el hueco de haber quitado la vitroceramica. No esta mal la habitación pero de Luxury NADA.

• Ahmad (8/5): Very good - Hotel facility in the room so good. Parking is the issue. On the roadside. If the hotel have own parking its perfect.
• David (5/5): A friendly staff. Very ‘Bai cha cha’ (slowly slowly), but, a fair price for an old hotel. - Close to the beach and the temples. Easy to get to from Hat Yai. Friendly staff 1st: Bathrooms were not clean (a genuine surprise for a Thai hotel). Although it advertises was ‘Breakfast available’…….it isn’t. There are two, quite acceptable Thai/Chinese eateries almost next door to the hotel..but the hotel doesn’t offer that service..so why claim that they do? 2nd: They (did) advertise offering transfers to and from Hat Yai airport. No chance. And it seemed an odd offer because it’s a 25k/30k drive. We used Bolt which was excellent but, again, why claim that service if it isn’t actually on offer? I should close by saying that the Airport transfer does appear to have been removed from their page on Booking. No worries.

• Joanne (2/5): It met our needs to be close to the tennis court but if people are there for holiday they may choose other hotels - It was very close to Samila beach as well as the tennis club. There was no elevator and some of us had to climb up 4 - 5 flights of stairs with suitcases to their rooms. It was not convenient for people without strength. We didn’t know there was no elevator. There was no proper parking too. Hence we had to park at the roadside. Loading and unloading luggages was not convenient too.
• Stephen (8/5): Decent hotel in Songkhla, but a bit far from the Good Stuff to walk. - Very convenient to walk to Tang Kuan Hill, laundry place right around the corner, easy to get a Grab or GCOO bike to the Old Town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bai helped me book a taxi to take a day trip to Phatthalung. The room looked like the photos, but didn't actually feel as nice as it looked. It felt much smaller. The shower space was awkward, with no containment for the water, and I had a lot of ants coming in if I left anything food-related on the counters.

Also the location is very ok because it's not far from the tourist places, and the service is really good.
• Blackrock (1/5): This hotel is a hazardous, unsanitary disaster that jeopardized my safety and well-being. I cut my 7-night stay short af - I can’t think of one thing good about this run down hotel. The hotel was very run down, dirty, there are molds everywhere and open electrical wire in the kitchen.

• Vismantas (9/5): Brilliant value for money! - We travelled up from Hat Yai to stay a night and celebrate at Buzz Stop Bar just behind the hotel. The location of The Luxury Residence is perfect if you would like to explore the short bar and restaurant street just behind. The front of house team were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, managed to get into our room very quickly. The rooms were cleaned well and everything was in working order. I can comfortably say that the value for money is brilliant. Monkey mountain is also just a short walk up the road! The obvious issue with the hotel is the absence of a lift. However, it was not too much of an issue during our stay but could be for those that find walking up flights of stairs quite tiresome. There is an absence of parking directly outside the hotel, but again, not that much of an issue.

• Kirill (7/5): Nice place but overpriced. - Room was pretty good. There is a kitchen in the room. Nice small garden with a smoking room. Fast wifi connection. "Please clean my room" sign was on the door for 2 days and no one came to clean it. Lots of stairs, no elevator.

• Hilary (6/5): Not so comfortable staying - There are 2 TV provided. Can watch different channels. Near to Samila Beach and Thai massage centre. No parking is provided. The bathroom wasn't clean as the soap and some leftover from previous customer were still in the bathroom. Toiletries are not provided. The bedroom is not ideal for the family of more than 3 people. There is only one Queen bed provided.

• Bbjanice (1/5): Bad - no！it's worse experience i never met before When I checked in, the administrator only knew that I had booked. I was given a room on the 4th floor. There was no lift. It’s really hard to walk up 4 floors of stairs with your luggage when I'm 24weeks pregnancy. There were many mosquitoes in the room, no minibar, no drinking water, the refrigerator also leaked. The room's sound insulation was poor. The dishes in the kitchenette were not clean. There is no shower gel (not refilled), only shampoo.

Good location. should have lift in the property… we stayed at the highest level and it’s SO TIRING after every time we walked up and down. the cleanliness can do better, there’s lizard in our room and some hairs on our bed before we even lay in it.
• Garth (10/5): Great place! - Loved it here!! 15 - 20 minutes walk from either beach. 7 - eleven just down the street. Many restaurants and bars on street behind the hotel. But hotel is nice and quiet. Would definitely come back. And Bo at reception was very helpful with directions and sites to see.
