• İmece (10/5): - Genel olarak Social Hub konseptini seviyorum. 5 yıldız bir otel konforu ile kendi çamaşırınızı kendiniz yıkayıp, yemeğinizi pişirebildiğiniz apart ayrıcalıklarını bir arada sunuyor. Lavagnini özelinde ise çatı katındaki bar belki de kentin en iyi manzarasına sahip. Özellikle de geceleri. Sevmediğim hiçbir şey yok. Sadece konakladığım dönemde havuzu onarımdaydı. Sanırım artık hizmete açılmıştır.

• Diana (8/5): Tolles Hotel in super Lage und mit top Blick über die Stadt - Das Zimmer war zwar klein - hatte aber alles was man braucht. Das Bett was super bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist super - zum einen für die Anbindung an die Bahn, aber auch zum Erkunden der Stadt zu Fuß. Die Bar mit Pool und Blick über die Stadt ist Wahnsinn. • Sophie (8/5): Séjour agréable ! - L’emplacement ! Au pied du tram direction la gare et l’aéroport, d’un côté, la place San Marco donnant accès a la galerie des arts directement, de l’autre. Le petit déjeuner. L’accueil. La chambre n’est pas très grande. Nous avons été obligées de demander eau et café alors que compris dans le service.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, Gang sowie Aufzüge sehr ungemütlich und gruselig. Viel zu teuer für die Leistung. Schläuche in der Dusche waren kaputt.

• Beat (3/5): Es gibt sicher bessere Optionen - Der Ausblick von der Poolterrasse und die Tramhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel Die Betten waren zu hart. Die Bettbezüge mit diesen Luftkissen. Ganz schwierig. Die Ausstattung ist von tiefer Qualität und man sieht, dass möglichst günstig gebaut werden musste. Der Wunsch nach zwei Einzelbetten wurde nicht erfüllt stattdessen gab man uns das Eckzimmer, bei welchem man in den „Genuss“ der ganzen Strassenkreuzung kommt. Die Zimmer sind gegen Aussen schlecht isoliert, sodass man viel Strassenlärm mitbekommt. Die Klimaanlage ist starr ausgerichtet, sodass sie direkt aus Bett windete, was sie unbrauchbar macht. Da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, gab es sicher bessere Optionen. Wenn nicht, dann will ich die anderen Zimmer nicht sehen. Die Terrasse ist faktisch nicht vorhanden, weil viel zu klein für die Nachfrage, sodass man als Hotelgast nicht mal einen Drink nehmen oder dort essen kann. Das Checkin ist eher ein Self-Checkin am Computer. Trotzdem müssen dort ständig 2 Personen anwesend sein. Da frage ich mich, weshalb nicht gleich ein kundenfreundliches Checkin angeboten wird. Zudem verlangt man von allen Gästen Name+Adresse+Passport-Nr. und dann auch noch EMail+Telefonnummer und eine elektronische Unterschrift. Datentechnisch halte ich das für schwierig.

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the rooftop bar view an amazing view over Florence and beautiful sunsets. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We even got a discount in the bar after waiting too.long for our wine. All in all a good place if you want to explore the city. Parts of the bathroom need a bit of maintenance. No one is cleaning under the beds, we have found glasses from previous guests. I think it was mentioned already in some other reviews. If you are sensitive to noise the hotel is near a very traffic heavy street with trams and cars. I can't believe they didn't put better windows as you can clearly hear the traffic, especially police cars and ambulance. Really not a 4 star hotel standard. Breakfast is super pricey with 19 EUR per person, we skipped it and found multiple places near the hotel - Valu is a great breakfast place just 5 minutes from the Hotel. Or just go to il Mercato Centrale die Firenze you will find something.

Unfreundliche Kellner, Tische nicht abgeräumt, keine Hilfsbereitschaft bei Bestuhlung und man wird als Gast einfach ignoriert und warten gelassen.

• Carlos eduardo (10/5): Tutto Molto bello - Ho trascorso un bellissimo weekend a Firenze con i miei amici soggiornando in questo albergo, e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: si trova vicino al centro storico, quindi è stato facilissimo visitare le principali attrazioni senza dover usare troppo i mezzi. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e ben curata, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per la città. Un altro grande punto di forza sono gli spazi comuni: davvero bellissimi e molto curati, con mobili di design che rendono l’ambiente elegante e piacevole da vivere. C’è anche una splendida terrazza panoramica con vista sulla Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, dove si può rilassarsi e godersi l’atmosfera della città. Il piccolo bar sulla terrazza è meraviglioso, con cocktail e aperitivi davvero ottimi. Inoltre, al piano inferiore ci sono diversi spazi dedicati al lavoro, molto ben organizzati e confortevoli. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, c’è un piccolo aspetto migliorabile: il caffè e il cappuccino sono disponibili solo tramite macchinetta automatica. Personalmente, avrei preferito un caffè preparato da un barista, perché il gusto non è lo stesso e l’esperienza ne risente un po’. Nel complesso, consiglio questo albergo a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno a Firenze in compagnia, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Chambre minuscule, sale et sans intérêt et le prix ......no comment L’hôtel ne correspond malheureusement pas au standing attendu d’un 4 étoiles. La chambre est très petite, peu agréable et l’ensemble manque de propreté. De plus, l’insonorisation est insuffisante, ce qui nuit fortement au confort. L’expérience globale est décevante et se rapproche davantage d’une auberge que d’un établissement haut de gamme. Une expérience intéressante… si l’on cherche à redéfinir les standards d’un 4 étoiles.

• Katharina (5/5): Preis-Leistung ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt, vier Sterne ebenso - Dachterasse und der Ausblick ist das einzig gute an diesem Hotel Zimmerreinigung besteht lediglich aus dem Wechsel der Handtücher, von Sauberkeit hat das Hotel wohl keine Ahnung(verkalkte Dusche und Armatur, Teppich wurde gefüllt noch nie staubgesaugt). Doppelbett bestehlt aus zwei nebeneinander stehenden Matratzen, bei einer hat ein Fuß gefehlt. Im Bad fehlt es an der Ablagefläche, beim Spiegel gibt es keine Steckdose, was beim rasieren oder föhnen nicht sehr praktisch ist. Lichtschalter im Zimmer ist kaputt. Frühstückt kostet rd 20€, haben wir genommen

Aamupala todella kallis (19.5€/henkilö) ja erikseen ostettava. Kaiken lisäksi uima-allas oli suunnitellusti poissa käytöstä eikä siitä ollut mitään ilmoitusta ennen saapumista. Se on erityisen huono asia, koska juuri uima-allas oli ehkä ainut myyntivaltti tässä kohteessa.
