Beach restaurant and rooms are not open due to Government rules and restrictions. Beach beds are not permitted on beach side.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. The partial View Cabanas are 10 mts behind the sea view cabanas and also have a good view. In terms of accessibility there is no difference between the sea view and the partial View. However we would like to add that the partial view Cabana are located more in the coconut tree shade then the sea view.

The room could do with a small bit of renovation but it was comfortable with amazing views. The resort is quite busy but everything closes around 10 so you are not disturbed by the busy and poular restaurant. So helpful and friendly...the sea is steps from your bed...amazing Can seem like quite heavy traffic in terms of people. It is a popular spot for watching the sun go down.

Yelena (10/5): Замечательно. Приеду в следующий раз. - Понравилось всё - исходя из критерия цена/качество и учитывая индийские реалии, всё было отлично. Дружелюбный персонал, уютные номера ( хотя на момент нашего проживания часть территории перестраивается, что нисколько не помешало нашему отдыху), ресторан на берегу моря с отличной кухней, прекрасный пляж без суеты и шума. Были вопросы к интернету, иногда рвалась связь, но в целом работе это сильно не помешало. Это наш второй приезд в Dunhill за три года и оба раза всё было отлично. Рекомендую.

Peter (9/5): Would go back tomorrow! - Excellent location - central but quiet and peaceful. Staff were superb - very friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean, serviced every day and everything just worked well. Big comfortable bed, brilliant shower, separate toilet. Great air con and fan. Lovely balcony with fan and comfortable chairs - no view but screened by lovely planting. Rack outside for hanging wet swim stuff etc. Beach towels provided. Mosquito coils lit outside room every evening - very thoughtful. Very enjoyable stay. Some lampshades over the bare lightbulbs would be nice!
Michael (10/5): - Dunhill Beach Resort and Restaurant is a fantastic hotel. We originally booked 3 nights only but were so pleased with the hotel and their great restaurant we extended our stay twice. The rooms are large, clean and have wonderful balconies. The bathrooms are very nice with a toilet stall separated from the delightful shower stall. Their shaded, open air beachfront restaurant serves the most delicious snacks, meals and drinks from early morning through late night. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are all very accommodating and helpful. They are all friendly, kind and playful. I highly recommend staying and eating at Dunhill for a wonderful Agonda holiday.

Mihir (10/5): Ein guter Ort zum erholen. - Sehr gute Lage am Meer, wir haben uns durch das Personal und die Security immer sicher gefühlt. Gutes Essen und Zimmerupgrade direkt am Meer mit Rabatt bekommen. Außendusche wäre schön, für die Zeit direkt nachdem man aus dem Meer kommt. Warmes Wasser hat nicht immer funktioniert, wurde aber direkt behoben.

There's a drying rack and chairs in the varanda for every room. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to the manager Kartik ji. Food is great. Restaurant is just opposite the sea shore. L7768EQdavidd (8/5): Comfortable, friendly staff, a little bit tired, we enjoyed our stay - We booked to stay here for two nights on the 10th and 11th March. On arrival we were checked in at Reception which was in the restaurant on the beach. We were then ushered across the road to our accommodation. Our garden cottage was located within the colourful and well maintained gardens with large palm trees and vibrant coloured flowers and bougainvillea. Located along Agonda Beach Road there are loads of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Whilst the accommodation was a bit jaded and dated and the dark wooden furniture had seen better days, it sort of added to the charm of the place. Our accommodation comprised of a comfortable double bed, with clean fresh bedding. There was a ceiling fan as well as air-conditioning. Two bottles of water provided each day and an electric mosquito repelling machine was provided. There was also tea and coffee making facilities There was a safe in the room but an additional charge. However, there was no fridge or television. The toilet/shower room, with some vivid orange tiles, whilst clean and functioning needed some updating. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis and our towels changed. Early evening a member of staff would come and place a lit mosquito repellent coil by the seating area on our porch/veranda. The staff were friendly and polite and we enjoyed our stay here.
Alka (5/5): decent. - location was the best part of dunhill. its close to the beach and the shopping. the room was not so good. first two days they forced us to take a bad room where the shower made constant noise. also they gave me a king size bed instead of a twin bed after I threatened to leave. even the room was changes only after threat of leaving. the manager only responded to the threat of cancelling the booking. the rest of the staff was ok. also housekeeping wanted to do things as per timing. they keep knocking the door and disturbing till u let them clean your room. pretty sad. only reason I was there because of the lack of any other place in the neighborhood.

Feroz (8/5): Very good - The location is spot on, the rooms are good but a bit tired. I wished it had some character. It's just another hotel room and nothing more. Having said that, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the toilet and bathroom spotless, the towels were fresh and the grounds green. The staff were good, I can't complain there and were kind and attentive. Food was a big minus for me. I suppose if you wanted to eat the standard Punjabi fare you will be fine but their Goan dishes were, let's just say, not Goan. The food needs improvement.

Oliver (8/5): Not the place for those who need Wi-Fi. - If you're looking for reliable Wi-Fi, this isn't the place for you. If you value peace and quiet, the hotel by the roadside won't meet your needs. If having a working safe in the room is important to you, this isn't the right choice either—it doesn't work. If exposed electric cables in the bathroom make you uncomfortable, this isn't your place. If you're bothered by bare lightbulbs hanging from the ceiling or wood partially painted over with wall paint, you might want to look elsewhere. That said, these issues didn't bother me too much—I know conditions in India can sometimes be worse. However, next time, I'll opt for the neighbor's hotel, "SEA 2000," which is half the price and appears much cleaner and quieter.

Priyashel73 (2/5): Terrible stay - We went to Goa on 26th Sep and stayed till 30th Sep 2024. The drive to the hotel is far from the station. So that is the first thing you have to remember it's extremely further south. There is no network in that area. We entered the hotel late at night at night. There were no lights outside the hotel nor on the pathway leading to the hotel. No night manager was there manning the hotel. It was just the security and the bell boy who greeted us. We had asked for adjacent rooms before booking, they said no only ground floor was specified. We were too tired to argue so we took the rooms provided. There was no kitchen service so we had to go to the hotel nearby (fatima) for mere tea and coffee as well. Next day, we asked for adjacent rooms again. They said no again. We expected the hotel to be on the beach but it is not. The rooms are old. The room door has a hard half curtain which provides no privacy. The toilet and bathroom is glass frosted but basically see through. There is no intercom facility. Wifi is patchy so basically you are stuck.. There was no person to address the needs. When complained the manager said we should informed the security. She is hardly there. Shampoos, soaps, toilet paper was not refilled. We had to ask. My friend saw they were using bath towels to clean the sink. Post that we stopped using the bath towels. Toilet was not clean. Previous owners dirt was still there. Extremely unhygienic and not something a hotel so do. So to summarize its a unhygienic place. The staff is rude and not at all supportive esp female manager. There is a patchy wifi. No network. No food available on site Not even tea or coffee. Book at your own risk!! Please check latest reviews. There are many other hotels on the same road opposite the beach book there. After all this we decided to explore the beach. That was our saving grace Fatima restaurant, good food and staff where we had lunch and dinner. At the beach, we went to agoda cottages. They have a shack, it is where we spent our time the most. It has food and place to sit quietly and enjoy the food.

Clean property but take the luxury rooms as they are spacious and awesome. Kartik Das the manager I guess is awesome, very helpful and always available if any help needed.

sanikasamant (10/5): Perfect summer getaway! - We stayed for two nights at Dunhill Beach Resort in Agonda, opting for the courtyard room which is just 50 steps from the beach. The rooms are amazing, worth every penny, with fantastic decor and interiors that include all the necessary toiletries. The standout feature was the super powerful AC, which was a lifesaver during the extremely hot summer weather. Breakfast was not included in the room price, but the top-notch room service made up for it. This is the best place for a quiet getaway. We enjoyed peaceful walks on the beach every morning and evening. The hotel's location is ideal; even if you don't venture far, you can explore the area on foot with the beach right in front of you, just 50 steps away. During summer, it's best to choose the courtyard rooms rather than the cottages, as Goa can be extremely hot during the day. The food at the resort was okay. There are small shops right outside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs. You can go on a boat tour to Butterfly Beach, Honeymoon Beach, and enjoy dolphin spotting in the morning. Many local fishermen offer these tours for about ₹3000 for the entire boat. This experience is a must if you're visiting Agonda for the first time. I highly recommend Dunhill Beach Resort if you're planning a trip to Agonda.

Shirish (7/5): Worth staying - The property is very near to beach, just across the road. Rooms were clean and big. No restaurant on the property. The restaurant on the beach side was closed for the rainy season. They should make food arrangements for their guests atleast breakfast should be included.
Sayoni (10/5): Would love to revisit. - Super clean (daily cleaning), very efficient and helpful housekeeping staff, and quiet and green. Solid rooms and furniture, felt like an upscale hotel. Gave us an invoice instead of a bill.

Tracey (8/5): Beachfront delight - Great location, quiet and lovely afternoon breeze. Laundry service was excellent and cheap. Convenient restaurant right on the sand The air conditioner in our bungalow wasn't working properly. It took a few hours for staff to respond, but then they were kind enough to help us move to a different bungalow. The aircond in tbe 2nd bungalow worked well but was extremely noisy and was stuck at the one temperature.

linkmandar (8/5): A option along the beach cottages. - Dunhill Resort is few of well build place on Agonda beach . Check in/out-Resort was courteous to allow us early check in and late check out. staff was very helpful and quick to respond. Location-Good close to beach ,you need to cross a small 6' feet road and 2min walk to reach beach through their shack. They do have sea facing cottages which looks great. Rooms-We booked 2 kinds of rooms Family room and Couple rooms. In couples room 3 People can stay easily In family room 4 beds are provided. Beds are good typical spring mattress and well decorated room with all solid wood furniture. In room you will find bed with side tables ,wardrobe, night lamp, digital locker, Tea/coffee and mini fridge. Ac cooled the room fast. Room is cleaned every day as per requested time. Bathroom-Well designed bathroom with all basic toiletries are provided. Breakfast- Breakfast is available around lot of places as well as at resorts shack, Lot of options in Indian and western options are available. Few Issues can be resolved - 1.Rooms- Need to put a something like film for more privacy. 2.Door locking system for bathroom doors (Room no N5) Overall-A good option to stay around agonda beach.

The rooms were well maintained and clean. They helped us organize a taxi to and from the hotel and were very responsive to our inquiries. I would go back another time.
