• Jordan (8/5): - Staff were great and always friendly, hotel is in a decent location as well. Room was spacious and has what you need, besides cutlery for the kitchen. Hotel was showing some age in the rooms, didn’t feel like a “5 Star” hotel. Breakfast was good but not great. Entrance to the hotel is apparently hard for Grab or other drivers to find or access, we had numerous drivers cancel or take over 10-15 minutes to get to us despite being only a few minutes away according to the apps.

• Jhennifer (5/5): Didn't feel like a 5-star hotel, but the stay was enjoyed. - I liked the size of the rooms. There are many storage spaces. The view was nice in 11D Tower 1. I liked the Strawberry Crepe and Potato Gratin from the morning breakfast. I liked the pool and the complementary birthday items in the master bedroom. There were large roaches in the bathroom. The bathrooms smelled of bad plumbing. There was an eyelash on the towel hanging from the bathroom door handlebar.
• Franciscus van de Ven (9/5): Een geweldig verblijf met een goede ligging. - De ruime schone kamers. Een ruime woonkamer met open goed ingerichte keuken incl. wasmachine en vriezer. Het meubilair is in goede staat en comfortabel. Het bed is goed en de airco's werken prima. De kamers hebben een zeer goede verlichting voor zowel fel als gedimd licht. De dressing is krap en heeft maar beperkte ruimte om de kleding op te bergen hierdoor ben je verplicht de kleding te leggen in een niet afsluitbare ruimte. Het restaurant heeft maar een beperkte kaart en is niet zo geweldig, bovendien duurt het erg lang.

• Gavin (8/5): Makati stay Alpha suites most excellent location and premises - The view, the suite size and multiple bathrooms. The kitchen was excellent with a fabulous layout and washing/dryer machines too. Pool was perfect. Breakfast was good. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Limited towels (no hand towels), shower gels so small for 4 persons which they didn't refill day 2.

• Mette (7/5): God til et par dage - Stedet var ok, værelserne har en pæn størrelse og det er dejligt med en "stue" og soveværelse. Badeværelset var lille. Alt virkede og var rent og pænt. Wifi virkede fint på værelset, men i lobbyen og restauranterne skulle man have en anden kode/på et andet netværk, hvor der skulle logges ind. Det var lidt underligt. Udvalget til morgen mad var ikke stort og der var rigtigt mange mennesker, hvilket betød, at der ofte var ventetid på brød, smør mv Personalet var søde nok og løb rundt for at forsøge at nå det hele, men måske skulle der have været et par ekstra. Maden i restauranterne var ikke særlig god i forhold til prisen.

• Shari (9/5): Really comfortable stay with beyond excellent service! - The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating! I couldn't imagine better service. The rooms were big with a lot of great features like automatic blinds, TVs and aircon in both rooms, and switches at the front door to control lights, blinds and aircon. There are also fantastic amenities like a gym, a lovely pool area and even tennis courts. The Alpha Suites exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it. Perhaps a few things in the room are a bit old. But everything was very clean, so it is a very minor detail.
• Lindle (10/5): - This was our 10th hotel on a twelve day trip around the Philippines. The staff really stood out at this place. Even with all the other friendly and accommodating hotel staff we had met before staying here. They have everything in this hotel. You dont have to leave for anything. We had a late flight that night and were about to be roaming with luggage or sitting in the airport for many hours after checkout. They approved a very late checkout for us . Imagine the stress that took off of us. We are extremely grateful and left on a very positive note. Wish we would've spent more days here

Есть стиральная машина и сушка . Когда приехали на кухне и в гостиной были очень грязные полы , ну они были прямо очень-очень грязные. Попросили помыть еще раз - все намыли. Спасибо большое. В одном из туалетов плохо работает смыв (это не беда , так как есть еще два туалета) Вода горячая будет работать хорошо , если душ принимают по очереди. Одновременно в два душа ходит не советую.

• Emelita (9/5): Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Makati...complete facilities - Incredible facilities, it's like a little village . You almost don't need to venture out. They have a nurse and a doctor, nice breakfast, basketball court, tennis, table tennis, swimming pools, jai alai, movie rooms...everything. There's a supermarket downstairs as well as 7 Eleven and heaps of restaurants in the compound. Staff are all nice, polite and happy. The room facilities are as pictured, Light and well fitted with washing machine, dryer, stove, oven and basic cutlery and cooking equipment. It is clean and serviced daily, really good. They need to vacuum the carpets in the bedroom, especially under the rug in the lounge. It was dirty. There were no bowls or knife to cut fruits- lack kitchen ware, unlike the previous property I stayed in two years ago in the same building. This time, very little in terms of cooking ware and utensils.

• Mylene (9/5): Highly recommend! - Our stay at Alpha Suites was wonderful, and we would happily return anytime. We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment which offered a spacious and modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large sofa, comfortable beds, and en-suite bathrooms. The apartment also included a washing machine and dryer, which was extremely convenient. Everything was clean and very well equipped. A special highlight for us was the pool area, beautifully designed with a separate kiddie pool and a pleasant atmosphere in the evenings to relax and spend time together. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Alpha Suites was the perfect place to arrive and settle in Manila. The location in Makati is excellent, with a 7-Eleven right next door for any additional necessities. Many thanks to the wonderful team at Alpha Suites for making our stay so enjoyable.

• trevor (9/5): Great, nice rooms and good food in the restaurants. - Was situated perfectly based on my needs. Easy to get a taxi and to get around. Nice apartment, nothing to complain about. Nice restaurants from 7 different countries, Japan, Italy, Spain, Greece, Usa, Thailand and China as far as I remember. Great food and menues. Information about the tricky different electrical ways to use all the facilities in the apartment. No instruction manual. Many TV channels, but few for tourists from other than the local areas. No live music in the bar, not even a piano player during our 4 days stay.

• Eliza (9/5): Great stay at The Alpha Suites, some hiccups but can be addressed. Would love to stay again - Room is sooo nice, very clean and spacious. Fixtures and ammenities are great! Staff area is in front of our room, and we can hear some noises especially chit-chatting, sometimes in the evening, almost bedtime. Wifi needs improvement, i took some very important video calls and had poor connectivity. We were lent a pocket wifi which also did not help.

• Jordan Simpson (10/5): it's a home away from home. - Love this hotel everytime I visit Manila, I stay at the Alpha suites the room and the amenities are beyond what you would get at any other hotel, this place is like my own personal apartment and I love it, it's a home away from home. I can't fault the hotel for anything other then I wish the price was lower that why I could stay even longer but that doesn't put me off staying at the Alpha suites I love the place. I have nothing bad to say about my stay at the Alpha suites.

• Richard (8/5): Generally up to its usual standard, but suffered a disappointing lapse in customer service - I have stayed here on several occasions - 9 days in November alone - and cannot fault the room, breakfast and fantastic staff. On all previous occasions a Caffitaly fresh coffee capsule machine was provided in the room. On this occasion there was no coffee machine, just a kettle and 2 sachets of an awful 3 in 1 drink that purports to be drinkable. The evening receptionist (with sour face and spectacles) argued that the room doesn't come with a coffee machine (thought there was one hidden in a cupboard). After challenging her claim she then went on to inform us that they had a supply problem with the coffee capsules and therefore only 2 bedroom apartments were being furnished with them. Even if that is the case, I would expect to be provided with some instant coffee, tea, etc., but absolutely nothing was forthcoming - simply take it or leave it. As a quite frequent return guest I expected better, based on previous experiences, and while the apartment and provision was otherwise as expected for this price point I will think carefully before booking the Alpha Suites in the future.
• Danny (10/5): Perfect way to end a great trip to Philippines before the long trip home - Only stayed for 1 night before heading back home, supposed to check out by 12.00pm but didn’t need to leave for the airport until a couple of hours later, called the help desk at 10:30am and asked if there was an option for a late check out (expecting at the very least a significant charge at best). Help desk called back within 2 minutes and said no problem and extended checkout by 2 hours for no extra charge. Suite was exceptional and the only disappointment is that I only had the one night there. Nothing negative to add

Alles is gewoon dik op orde, zeker een aanrader. Aan een drukke weg in het drukke centrum van Makati, maar daar merk je binnen weinig van. Verder geen negatieve ervaringen.

Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

Really helped my wife and baby feel at home. I have to give Maria a special mention. Each morning she made my wife and child feel most happy and enjoyed breakfast each morning with her. To help and always check on them very kindly during our family breakfast. We look very forward to staying there again next time when in Manila.

There’s gym, pool, restaurants, grocery, parking, mall, spa, etc. in the same building. Lots of resto outside by walking distance. Staff are so nice. Hotel lobby is beautiful and calming. The breakfast buffet is quality and delicious. The hotel and suites are luxurious. Way better in person compare to in person. My family were amazed and I was surprised cos it was beyond what I expected with the pictures. There washing machine and dryer for clothes in the unit which sets it apart from other hotels. That’s why I chose theirs. Cons: you have to ask for housekeeping everyday, it’s not automatic. They should offer options for dinner and supper because I would rather eat in their buffet than the restaurants outside. Their buffet has international dishes and items. It’s way better than food outside. Please make it an option to serve 3x buffet per day!! Delicious and worth the price! We were 4 in 2 beds app. There was kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and each room had a bathroom.
