- Suzuki (8/5): 客室の空調問題はありましたが、総体的に見ても良いホテルだと思います。渡韓の際はまた利用させていただきたいです。 - 日本語を話せる受付の方がいたので助かりました。 宿泊したお部屋は広く清潔感もあり、居心地が良かったです。 また、地下のレストランの電子レンジがいつでも使えるのも便利で有り難かったです。 一応客室内にある案内を見て操作はしたものの室内の空調がきちんと作動しているのか分かりづらく、室内温度の方を下げても部屋の中が蒸し蒸ししておりかなり寝苦しかった。そこだけがマイナス。 五月でこれなので真夏だとかなりしんどそう… それと人によっては駅〜ホテルまでの坂の道のりも結構な勾配なので、自分はちょっとした運動になったので気になりませんでしたが、キャリーが重い場合は少し覚悟したほうがいいかも。

- AKIKO (8/5): - バス、トイレは別で、トイレは流れも良く、ウォシュレット付いてたので良かった。 フロントの方は、日本語が出来る方も居るのでとても助かりました。 シャワーの使い方がちょっと分かりにくくて シャワーするのにかなり時間がかかりました。 電気ポットを使って、翌朝見たら なんか底から水が漏れててびっくりした。

- Anastasiia (10/5): Обязательно вернусь снова! - Отель классный! Смутил только немного старенький диван, но это не критично. Сам номер очень хороший, ванная и туалет шикарные. Очень понравилась уборка в номерах. Никогда не приходили и не доставали этим, всегда убирали быстро, хорошо и незаметно, даже когда выходила всего на 20 минут за продуктами, я была приятно удивлена. Выход на крышу моя отдельная любовь. Слышимость вполне обычная, не скажу, что соседей было хорошо слышно. Только немного, иногда. Не мешало совсем. Отель на 5! При этом адекватная цена и очень удобное расположение Отмечу только, что до станции метро нужно немного подольше пройтись. При этом две ветки, что удобно.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 청결과 관리상태 아쉬움 - 4층에 묵었는데 방이 전체적으로 낡었고 관리가 잘 되지 않은 상태였습니다. 구석에 먼지가 쌓여있고 길에 다니닌 차량 소음과 다른방 화장실 소음까지 들려서 불편했습니다. 조식은 운영하지 않았고 숙박객을 위한 별다른 서비스가 없었습니다. 주로 일본인 관광객 대상으로 영업하는 곳 같았습니다. 베추합니다.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel located in the middle of 2 subway stations - Good choice to stay at Hotel Senne because it is just 3 minute walking distance to Plastic Surgery Clinic. Very convenient, nearby many restaurants and Yeoksam Mart. Hotel Senne is located in the middle of 2 subway stations which is walking distance to Yeoksam Station (Line 2) and Eonju Station (Line 9). So it is very convenient to take subway

- Stephen (2/5): - I am a frequent traveler and I have stayed in all kinds of hotels in many parts of the world. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. Generally hotels in Seoul are nice, clean and cost effective, but NOT this one. Avoid it at all cost, though their competitive price and heavily photoshopped pictures may look tempting. * Water pressure is not bad, but sometimes hot water would run out in the middle of a shower. * The building must have been OK (not great for sure) when it was first built, but it was NOT well maintained. * Towels are so worn out, I had to procure my own hand towel during my stay. I even left hefty tips to have nice bath towels, but I didn't get any. Some towels are not even worthy of wiping floors with. I gave up on getting decent bath towel, and used hand towels after shower. * Sewer smell kept creeping up into the room. So did cigarette smell from other rooms. Completely disgusting. * I could hear lots of noise from other rooms. Street noise level was high, as windows were not well insulated. * Bed sheets were horrible on some days. Many times, it was so rough and worn out, I asked the staff to change the bed sheet in the middle of the night. When the staff brought a new one, it had many holes on it. He brought another one, and when he opened it up, there was a big hair ball in it. Unbelievable. * Outside line is turned off on the telephone. * They turned off room temperature control. Either too cold or too hot.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I recommend this hotel for city getaway or business trip in Gangnam area. Great location with walk-in distance bus station, lots of restaurants and cafes, stores, etc. If you bring a vehicle, you will need to do machine parking because there is no parking space. The room I got was non-smoking, but I could smell smoking, so I request room change. All in all, it was a good stay considering the reasonable price and staff and maid service, and location.

Because we have meeting to attend, the hotel staffs was very kind to allow us to check in early and late check out without extra charges. They even help us to call for taxi. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, separate toilet with high technology bidet and shower area with bath tub.
- Tanner (10/5): Amazing hotel next to Gangnam area - An absolutely fantastic hotel even at the last minute price. Clean room, everything worked fine and check-in was pretty hassle free. If I ever came back to Seoul I would absolutely stay here again.
