Claudia (10/5): Un luogo incantevole nel cuore del bosco - Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso all’Hotel Gran Duca con la mia famiglia. Eravamo già stati molti anni fa e lo abbiamo trovato completamente trasformato: oggi è davvero bellissimo. La camera splendida: ampia, curata, perfettamente pulita e con la suggestiva esperienza della stanza del sale, che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. La cucina è eccellente: abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo, tipico dell'appennino toscano e la colazione con torte fatte in casa è stata semplicemente deliziosa. La struttura è immersa nella natura, nel cuore del bosco, in un contesto silenzioso e quasi magico. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e accogliente. La spa, raccolta e su prenotazione, garantisce un’atmosfera intima e rilassante: una vera chicca. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Riccardo (10/5): Esperienza Magnifica!!! - Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto. La stanza dove ho soggiornato (quella con la grotta del sale) penso che sia una delle stanze più belle dell'hotel, ideale per regalarsi un po' di intimità e relax con la propria partner. Mi è piaciuta molto anche la cena, con piatti tipici della zona, molto buoni ed abbondanti. Ma la vera chicca secondo me, è il percorso nella Spa privata, se si alloggia in questa struttura bisogna assolutamente provarla. Un momento di relax totale per 2 persone, dalla durata di 2 h e 30 Min , suddiviso in 3 fasi. 1) Piscina con idromassaggio ed aperitivo. 2) Sauna e bagno turco. 3) Lettino massaggiante e stanza Relax. Una volta finita l'esperienza vi sentirete come rinascere. Un ultimo apprezzamento lo voglio dedicare ai ragazzi dello staff, che son stati molto gentili con noi ed hanno saputo regalarci una bellissima esperienza nel loro Hotel! L'unica cosa che mi sento di dire di "negativo" è solo una. Io aggiungerei qualche foglietto o targhetta in giro per le stanze o per l'hotel con qualche indicazione in più. Per semplificare il lavoro dei ragazzi dello staff ed inoltre evitare che la clientela si lamenti o chieda informazioni diciamo inutili. La mia non è una critica, è più un consiglio per rendere ancora più bella, l'esperienza in questa struttura. 😉

Francesca (10/5): Amazing location, great rooms, and truly lovely staff who made us feel very well cared for! - We stayed at this hotel for two nights with friends and had an amazing experience. The location is absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are extremely spacious and very well equipped. We had everything we needed, including a kitchen, a large living area, a beautiful bathroom, and a bedroom with a hot tub. Having access to a salt cave was also a unique and wonderful touch. We truly loved the rooms we booked and spent a lot of time enjoying them. The 3-step SPA experience was fantastic as well, with a hot pool, sauna, and a relaxing chill-out area that made our stay even more special. On top of all that, the staff was absolutely lovely. Everyone was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We would 100% recommend this place and would happily come back again.

Nicolas (10/5): Di nome e di fatto: un trattamento reale! - Siamo stati 3 notti al Granduca Mountain Wellness Apartments con la famiglia ed è stata davvero un'esperienza unica poter stare in un centro benessere esattamente all'interno delle meravigliose Foreste Casentinesi! È stata una vera e propria fuga dalla realtà! Una gestione impeccabile che è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: sempre gentili, disponibili e generosi! Ne vale davvero la pena e ci torneremo sicuramente!

La struttura dell'hotel immersa nel bosco è internamente nuova e curata. La cena in camera di ottima qualità.il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Peter (10/5): A hidden gem in the national park - Very modern hotel with rooms that are more apartments than just hotel rooms. The food is great! There is a small spa, too. 50 Euros for two persons/three hours was a bargain. Staff was very helpful, but only one member spoke English. The charming lady who welcomed us made good use of Google Translate. Perhaps even better than the hotel is the nature reserve in which it's located. The drive up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult, but well worth it.

Reinhard (10/5): Eine reise wert - Sehr schön modernisiertes Haus, im Zimmer, alles da, was man für Selbstversorgung braucht, zusätzlich ein Whirlpool – sehr angenehm. Das Haus liegt mitten im Wald etwas unterhalb der Passhöhe, wäre es ruhig mag ist hier absolut richtig. Nichts

Manon (10/5): Un séjour inoubliable ! - Un séjour inoubliable ! Une adresse incroyable, nichée au cœur des montagnes : tout paraît presque irréel dans cet établissement. On s’y sent comme dans un cocon, totalement déconnecté du quotidien. Les chambres sont spacieuses et pleines de charme. La cuisine locale est délicieuse, un grand merci au chef qui a eu la gentillesse de nous préparer un repas malgré notre arrivée tardive ! Le spa est un vrai bonheur, parfait pour compléter l’expérience de détente. Un immense merci également au personnel, absolument adorable, toujours aux petits soins et prêt à tout pour rendre le séjour parfait. Mission réussie : ce fut un séjour inoubliable… mais bien trop court. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir. Merci pour tout ! Rien

Bellissimo mini appartamento che con un paio di accorgimenti in più (un po' più di attenzione per le forniture della cucina e del kit di cortesia del bagno in una struttura a 4 stelle sarebbe preferibile) sarebbe perfetto. Molto bello e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo il percorso benessere. Il bagno non pulito al nostro arrivo. Stanza leggermente rumorosa, fortunatamente fuori è tutto molto silenzioso ma i rumori da bar e hall arrivano abbastanza chiari.
GIOVANNI (10/5): Un'esperienza indimenticabile da libro dei sogni - Colazione ottima e molto assortita. La posizione della struttura è splendida. Grande cura dei dettagli: sapiente scelta degli arredi delle luci e delle finiture. Personale molto cortese e pulizia perfetta sia della camera che degli ambienti comuni. Graditissima la vasca idromassaggio in camera, ambienti funzionali e spaziosi. La struttura è nel complesso molto elegante pur conservando i caratteri tradizionali dell'edilizia locale Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto

Emily (10/5): A dream - The perfect spot for a little getaway in the forest. Location is great. We loved how many trails began right outside Granduca including a beginner friendly one. Our apartment was very comfortable, and well equipped. We could have easily spent a week there. Staff were incredible, very friendly, and we were well looked after by Nicole and Anna. We ate well at the restaurant/bar and enjoyed the spa. What a dream! We would have appreciated window screens so that we could have let the fresh air in but keep the large flys out.
