• Alexei (7/5): - The location is immerse in nature, with a great view of tuscany hills. The atmosphere is calm and very pleasant. With small touches, this property could be a perfect place for a weekend escape. It is 10mins away from Arezzo, a few good restaurants near by with local food snd very reasonable prices. The property could be taken care of better, the spa area needs maintenance and upgrades. The pool was not in use and covered, even though outside were more than 25 degrees. We didn’t take should for 2 says, because at our arrival we found it full of hair and not pleased to shower in. The cleaning needs more attention: dishes dirty, kitchen cabinets dirty. No kitchen towel or kitchen roll provided, no coffee pods.
• Hernan Victor (6/5): Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und das Interieur ist vollständig renoviert. Die Unterkunft wird als Haus gelistet, tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch um ein Apartment. Die Bilder zeigen nur die obere Wohnung, wir wurden einer Einheit zugewiesen, die nur wenige Fenster hat, die meisten zum Parkplatz hin. Die akustische Isolierung ist schlecht – die Nachbarn feierten bis 2 Uhr morgens, Schlaf war schwierig. Die Wohnung ist sehr heruntergekommen und entspricht nicht den mitteleuropäischen Standards.

Lovely hosts. Place well maintained. Always on call if there was a problem. Good TV and WiFi. Great beds. Pool area often to ourselves. Air conditioning could have been stronger. A few more facilities eg. A small table in front of sofa. Tea towels for drying dishes etc. More information regarding places to visit, with directions. Information on how to use air conditioning system. The controls were a little confusing!

• Lilliu (4/5): Bello si, ma prezzo esagerato e pochi servizi inclusi. - Il paesaggio esterno, il panorama, la tranquillità ed il silenzio. Spazi dell’appartamento ampi. Comodo il parcheggio interno coperto e poter usufruire della cucina. Host molto sgarbato. Inizialmente c’é stata un’incomprensione sulla prenotazione e mi ha chiamato insistendo in maniera molto prepotente sul fatto che lui avesse ragione. Dopo avermi fatto parlare ha capito che era stato quest’ultimo a capire male. Struttura dotata di molti servizi, ma l’apparenza inganna. La jacuzzi è a prenotazione ed a pagamento. Cucina poco pulita e presenti alcune ragnatele dentro l’appartamento. Prezzo veramente esagerato in considerazione della posizione e dei pochi servizi offerti. Non è compresa nemmeno la colazione. Presente la macchinetta del caffè ma non ci sono nemmeno le cialde. Sono presenti dei climatizzatori ma l’host riferisce che si accendono solo per il raffreddamento. Quindi se gli ospiti hanno caldo/freddo devono arrangiarsi in base agli orari preimpostati dei termosifoni. Totale pagato 324€ per due notti, senza colazione, senza jacuzzi.

• David (9/5): - הדירה מרווחת מאד, מאובזרת באופן מלא. גינה גדולה ומטופחת ובריכה משותפת למתחם. דניאל, בעל המקום, נחמד מאד והיה קשוב לכל הבקשות. המזגנים מפסיקים לפעול לאחר פרק זמן מסוים באופן אוטומטי וצריך להפעיל אותם מחדש.

• Niels (9/5): Heerlijk, relaxed, privacy - Het prachtige zwembad en de rust : maar een paar mensen in de villa. Er zouden iets meer basis dingen aanwezig mogen zijn in de keuken zoals peper,zout, thee, keukendoek e.d.
• Dilek (9/5): Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. - Mooi zwembad, tuin netjes onderhouden en groot appartement met overdekt terras. Geen aparte wc maar dat is een detail.

• Bart (8/5): Great location from which to explore SE Tuscany - We had the top apartment with is new and has very nice views. The apartment was comfortable and large with plenty space outside and for parking. Not too far from Arezzo and the host had good tips for trips, supermarket, restaurants and parking. As the weather wasn't so nice we didn't use the pool, but it looks great. Arezzo is just 1 10-15 minute drive. The main room lighting is a bit harsh and one or two additional table lights would make it more cosy in the evening.

• Christoph (10/5): Exceptional - Daniele was a great host. He did a splendid job renovating the whole areal recently. Everything is on top condition and matches the advertised images. We have seen many places in Italy but this was hands down one of the nicest pools we had. It’s close to enough to Arezzo, yet in the heart of typically Italian landscapes.
• Garry (8/5): Overall our stay was lovely, peaceful and beautiful scenery. Our host was kind and very welcoming. - Would have liked linen change offered. Bit difficult to take out the trash. Needed a bit more equipment in the kitchen and more cooking utensils so we could enjoy the local produce. We did cook at our Villa and that was relaxing and enjoyable, also the pool and gardens are quiet and inviting.

We even had friends over and enough cuttlery and seats for everyone (including the couch of course, but this is not possible by far in all appartements). Some kitchen utensils and bath supplies were missing. The host immediatly took care if it, when asked though. It is a new place, so just let him know, when something is missing. Very eager to help out :)
