• Lorna (6/5): Spotless but very poor customer service and no breakfast available - Immaculate No staff. No food. Unresponsive to emails. I accidentally booked the wrong date and politely apologised and requested a small discount for a booking on the correct date. This was because I paid for the first date but did not show up as I had mistakenly booked a month early. I emailed twice and got no reply. There were no staff on the premises, a workman gave us our key. There was no one there in the morning and therefore no breakfast.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great hotel for a short stay. Just outside the centre of Cuevas so easy walking distance to shops. - Did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment. Rooms were exceptionally clean and beds were very comfortable. Air Con was a bonus. Only negative was the very dark corridor leading to the lift with exposed ceiling. (I believe this was in the process of being repaired). Nothing. Very welcoming lady on Reception. Nothing too much trouble.
• Steph (5/5): comfortable and clean, but slightly disappointing as booked for a base while property hunting to make it easier but ende - room was comfortable and clean the restaurant / bar was shut most of the time we were there so could only get breakfast / evening meal once. a strong smell of cigarettes in the corridors.
