Claudia (8/5): Ideale Unterkunft für Reisende mit Auto. - Ein freundlicher Familienbetrieb. Sauber und nett gestaltet. In zehn Minuten waren wir zu Fuß im historischen Zentrum der Stadt. Das italienische Frühstück einfach aber gepflegt mit hausgemachten Kuchen. Wir konnten problemlos parkieren und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Villa liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Trotz geschlossener Fenster und Fensterläden ist der Verkehr für empfindliche Ohren gut hörbar. Aber für uns war es eine ideale Unterkunft für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise nach Süden.

Questo b&b è situato a 2 passi da Urbino. La camera è pulitissima e attrezzatissima, offre una domotica che va dal servizio wifi, TV con streaming Prime dove la sera puoi goderti un film a piacere, non dimentico una doccia modernissima e accessori di prim'ordine e moderni, dormirete in un letto di piume con cuscini in Memory foam per non dimenticare una colazione ricchissimae variegata. Non vi resta che soggiornarvi e non vi pentirete dei soldi spesi. Assolutamente nulla, il prossimo viaggio lo farò senz'altro da loro quando mi recherò da mio figlio che abita in zona

CarolaPVR (7/5): - La pulizia, la vicinanza al centro, il parcheggio, il bagno della stanza molto spazioso, la camera carina. La colazione. Non c'è trasparenza: su Booking c'è scritto "colazione inclusa", sul loro sito si parla di una ricca colazione a buffet. La realtà? Innanzitutto la colazione non è affatto a buffet, ma ti portano loro i vari prodotti (porzioni minuscole). Ma la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è che se vuoi mangiare qualcosa in più devi pagare. Esempio: uova e bacon +5€, spremuta di arancia +3€, pancakes +4€, toast prosciutto e formaggio +2€. Sinceramente mi sono sentita presa in giro. Non è un comportamento che ti invoglia a passare più giorni in questa struttura o a prenotare per la cena. Sicuramente non tornerò.
Patrizio (10/5): Decisamente consigliato - La struttura è abbastanza vicina alle mura cittadine, raggiungibili a piedi in una decina di minuti senza affrettarsi. Il parcheggio è adiacente. Camera e bagno sono spaziosi e confortevoli. La camera da noi prenotata affaccia su una strada abbastanza trafficata, ma il rumore causato dal transito dei veicoli non è eccessivo. La colazione è varia e soddisfacente. Abbiamo optato per la cena in struttura, buona e con un discreto rapporto prezzo/qualità. I proprietari sono stati sempre estremamente cortesi e disponibili.

Sheldon (10/5): We can't wait to go back! - It was newly renovated, everything bright and shiny. Our room had a large balcony with comfy chairs. Bathroom had a fancy shower that was a treat. The food, including dinner was very good. They had on site free parking. It was a very uphill hike to the centro. Luckily there was a shuttle bus stop nearby.

Conte (6/5): - La struttura è tenuta molto molto bene, le camere sono molto pulite e noi avevamo un terrazzo molto grande e i comodo, i gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili. Purtroppo la scritta 0,5 km dal centro ci ha tratto in inganno, e pensavamo di essere in una posizione diversa però in 5 minuti si raggiunge Urbino tranquillamente. Colazione nella media, il caffè però era veramente cattivo.

Jana (10/5): A perfect quiet place for exploring the town - We spent 4 nights in the double room with own bathroom on the 1st floor. The room was perfectly allright, comfortable with a good bed and a great big bathroom. Everything was super clean. The breakfasts were also good, there was a possibility to choose food and drinks for the next morning via an on-line form. There is a basic option included in the price for the room or it is possible to pay for extra items. We do not need much in the morning so the basic version was OK for us. There is a good and safe parking directly in front of the villa. It takes some 10 minutes to get to the centre of the old town on foot. A piece of the way leads on a busy road but after 2 minutes you get to a path without cars. You have to climb up to the hill to get to the main part of the historical town, for some it can be quite steep but no problem for those who like to walk and explore new places. Urbino is a fantastic small historical city full of young people, as there is a university. It is set in a pitoresque landscape. The owners are very nice people, we used the opportunity to order a supper composed of local specialities, which was fantastic. We loved the stay. Everything was OK

Fabio (10/5): Un eccellente B&B ad Urbino - B&B Villa Paradiso ha superato le nostre aspettative. Struttura completamente restrutturata, pulita e accurata nei dettagli. Bagno/ doccia grandi e letti comodissimi. La colazione semplice, ma molto buona, composta da dolci fatti in casa, yougurt, frutta, bevande calde e su richiesta prosciutto e formaggio. I proprietari sono persone disponibili e squisite. La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalle mura del centro storico. Pochi posti auto.

Isabella (10/5): - Il b&b è appena fuori Urbino raggiungibile, volendo anche a piedi. La struttura è tranquilla, pulitissima e ben tenuta, il bagno è spazioso, camera con TV e frigo. Il posto auto è su strada davanti all'ingresso. I proprietari Michele Sabina sono fantastici, disponibili ed accoglienti. Si può anche cenare, su prenotazione, anche tramite il loro sito. Il cibo è ottimo tutto fatto da loro. Colazione super!!!! Consigliatissimo Niente

Vittorio (9/5): Assolutamente da provare! - Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Struttura bella, pulita e ben posizionata rispetto alle attrazioni turistiche. Colazione abbondante, con prodotti di prima qualità, dolci sublimi. Unico aspetto è il bagno della camera che non era finestrato e io personalmente non amo i bagni ciechi.

Alessandro (10/5): Urbino belissima, scorpacciata di arte - Ho provato a trovare qualcosa che non andava, ma niente tutto perfetto. Nuovo, domotica, indipendenza dell'ospite, pulizia, colazione buonissima, personale cordiale. Veramente tutto OK Di fatto nulla, un po' distante dal centro, per arrivare alla città bisogna camminare con delle belle salite ed attraversare due strade senza un marciapiede di protezione. Ma camminare fa bene

Andrigo (7/5): Un B&B familiare molto ben gestito e curato. - Pulizia delle stanze e bagno; ottima la colazione. Posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico. Scarse le dotazioni del wc a livello di prodotti. Notte purtroppo molto rumorosa a causa di un locale notturno vicino, (musica ad altissimo volume tra la mezzanotte e le tre del mattino); il proprietario molto gentile (che dorme in struttura) si è scusato. Spero che vengano fatte delle azioni nei confronti di quel locale.
