• Sara (7/5): Great location, clean place to stay a night or two - Very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. No staff on site to ask any questions. Only one pillow per person. The bathroom was so small it was basically impossible to shower without drenching the whole room. I would not recommend for longer stays, especially if you need to shave your legs or want to have a relaxing shower.

Comfortable beds and kitchen. Quick replies to my emails. The cost was fare. Easy location. Walking distance to the Acropolis. Washroom/Toilet was a little bit smaller comparing to the suit. But we managed.

• Gonzalo (9/5): Un alojamiento de calidad en un sitio justo para no estar ni en barullo del centro ni muy lejos - Teníamos dos habitaciones y una de ellas nos dieron un apartamento por el mismo precio. Esta como a 7 minutos del centro subiendo por unas calles preciosas del pueblo. Es una zona tranquila y aunque no es tan espectacular como las calles del centro, sigue siendo bonita. La chica que nos recibió muy amable y simpática y los alojamientos muy limpios y bien cuidados. Nos recogían la habitación un poco todos los días y nos daban toallas nuevas Imagino que como teníamos contratadas dos habitaciones y por una de ellas nos dieron un apartamento por el mismo precio lo compensaron. Pero la otra habitación que teníamos contratada era un poco pequeña y sin ventanas y la terraza era en una zona de paso de otros huéspedes.

• Carolina (7/5): Für eine Nacht okay. - Gute Lage - in 10min bei der Akropolis Der versprochene Parkplatz war in einer sehr kleinen unterirdischen Garage mit einer sehr steilen und engen Auffahrt. Mit einem VW T-Rock war es so gerade möglich ohne Kratzer herauszufahren - man muss allerdings rückwärts mit Schwung die Rampe hoch. Nur etwas für gute Fahrer! Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig.Auf dem Zusatzbett im Wohnzimmer bin ich nachts oft von dem Kommen und Gehen im Treppenhaus aufgewacht. Das Apartment hat Aussicht auf eine Hauswand. Das Badezimmer ist winzig.

• Somar (4/5): - Location is good I stayed for less than 12 hours and had to pay 16 € for basic things that should be available in every flat or hotel: sheets and towels. The peroblem is that when resreving this place i thought this will come by default and after 2 months they sent me to ask if i have my own sheets and towels, and that if not the cost is 8 € per person. I consider this a hidden coset or a trap for all guests. Another problem: i reached the place exhausted and very late . The door of the bedroom can not be closed due to a big bed . I left my bags on the floor next to the bed, and the next morning, i was surprised to have docens of ants inside my bages around them and everywhere.. taking into consideration it is a 4th floor i was in shock, spent 30 minutes to clean them away. The bathroom needs reform, i didn't want to have a shower there. So i paid for towels and not used them.

Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile nel soddisfare ogni richiesta. Mi è piaciuto tutto tranne il bagno, è un pó rovinato e vecchio, fossi in loro farei qualche ritocco.

• Walter (7/5): Gut gelegenes großes Apartment mit Schwächen im Bad. - Das Apartment ist angenehm geräumig.Die Lage war für meine Interessenlage ideal. Die Korrosion an den Fenstern im Bad ist sehr stark. Der Zahnpitzbecher war beim ersten Betreten des Bads sichtbar benutzt (Reste von Zahncreme).

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis 8€ zusätzlich pro person für Bettzeug und Handtücher zu bezahlen finde ich unangenehm. Lieber wäre es mir gewesen es ist im Preis drin und fertig. Die Bilder (gerade vom Badezimmer) entsprechen nicht der Realität. Es ist viel älter und nicht so cozy eingerichtet wie man meinen mag.

• José M Pérez (7/5): ESTANCIA AMARGA - Me encantó la ubicación, estaba muy cerca del centro y a 15 min del Partenon No me gustó, que el día antes de mi llegada al apartamento me dijeran que tenía que abonar las sábanas, concretamente 6 € por persona lo que sumaba un coste a mayores de 24 €. Al hacer la reserva esto no se indicaba de que tuviera que abonar las sabanas, suponían que estaban incluidas. Me pude ir sin abonarlas pero como soy un señor las pagué y voy a reclamar ese dinero a booking porque creo que este apartamento abusa de ese importe y es una publicidad engañosa el ocultarlo, será mejor que lo digan en grande, que se vea bien si quieres o no sábanas.

The parking lot... an underground room that is easy to enter but exiting is an extremely unpleasant experience. Attitude - I told a woman at the office that I had a problem with parking... She looked at me... turned around and hissed something like "get over yourself, what are you doing to me" The bathroom and toilet are 1.5 m². A person over 80 kilograms will not enter. There is no TV.

• Rebecca (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zum Sightseeing ist die Lage der Wohnung perfekt. - Lage und Sauberkeit Das warme Wasser ist nur mit vorherigem Vorheizen vorhanden. Zusätzliche Kosten für Bettwäsche, Handtücher von €8 pP. Die Sicherung ist mehrfach rausgeflogen. Die Wohnung ist nicht so ausgeleuchtet und gemütlich wie auf den Fotos.

• Yvonne (6/5): Cheap basic sty close to main landmarks - Location was great, very close to the Parthenon and other landmarks. A few restaurants and supermarkets nearby They charge €8 per person for towels and bedlinen which is difficult to see when booking and they ask for this in cash. This came as a shock a few days before arriving as who brings bedlinen when travelling?! Little to no cooking amenities in terms of things like oil, salt etc for guests to use. Only coffee and sugar is provided. The kitchen facilities themselves are very basic. You need to heat up the water 15-20 minutes in advance but this seems to cool down very quickly if you don’t take the shower straight away. For those with a lot of luggage, note that while there is an elevator, you still need to go up a small flight of steps before you get to it.
• Stefano (10/5): Atene meravigliosa e misteriosa - La forza di questo luogo è la posizione, centralissima, fai pochi passi e vieni abbracciato dal Partenone che ti accoglie ad Atene, la struttura è piccola ma accogliente e con tutti i servizi e comfort, la signora delle pulizie è stata molto gentile e professionale, se dovessi tornare sarà la prima certezza che avrò, grazie ancora. Che non c'erano difetti, poi se li vogliamo trovare penso che tutte le ciambelle hanno il buco.
• Sawicki (7/5): - Location was perfect and balcony. Very good contact with the landlord. The apartment requires renovation, especially the bathroom and kitchen. Due to lack of insulation it was very cold in the bathroom (we were in March). The A/C (outside unit) was very loud and had to turn it off for night. Breakfast was tedious and 4 days in a row the same with very limited choice.. It would be better if sold without breakfast.
• Karolina (8/5): Polecam - Byłam tutaj już drugi raz podczas kolejnego pobytu w Atenach. Na plus lokalizacja, czysto. Rezerwowałam innym pokój a dostaliśmy inny ale sprawę załatwiliśmy z obiektem :) tak więc polecam bo nawet przy zmiana obiekt jest pomocny. Blisko sklepy, blisko zabytki i Akropol. Zmiana pokoju na inny spowodowała że dostaliśmy bardzo małą łazienkę.

• Halász (3/5): Ha központi helyre szeretnél menni akkor talán jó lehet. De én nem feltetlenül ajanlanám. - A szállás nagyon jó helyen van. Gyakorlatilag a központban. A látványosságok gyalog 15 perc Teljesen eltér a valóságtól…. Azok a képek amik fel vannak töltve meg sem közelíti azt ami ott van. A fürdőszoba minősíthetetlen volt. A fal repedezett az ablak betörve. A kád koszos.A lakás jéghideg volt. A falak vékonyak. Mindent átlehetett hallani. Ha én ezt tudtam volna biztosan nem foglaltam volna le. Nekem nagy csalódás volt. Csak az volt a vigasz hogy központi helyen volt.

• Marie (10/5): Byli jsme moc spokojený, ubytování v centru-vše v blízkosti. Pohodlný check-in a vše bylo čisté - Postel byla neskutečně pohodlná, dlouho jsem se tak dobře nevyspala a ubytování je navíc přímo v centu kousek od Akropolisu, takže moc příjemné. Chyběla mi televize v ložnici
• Jackie (3/5): I wouldn't recommend this property - The light refreshments that were left for us were very poor, no tea was provided and there was ants feeding in the sugar. I have images The place was very central but the streets were very loud and noisy. As the window were single glazing you could hear everything we both had a very bads nights sleep. The refreshments were not good, plenty of ants in the sugar bowl and no tea was provided. They also wanted us to pay extra for linen €16 which was not stated and they mentioned that there linen was organic, the towels definitely were not. This felt like a scam. Wall paint was peeling off and the bathroom smelled mould. This property was very disappointing, I was so disappointed as it was or last nights stay in Athens. I couldn't have a hot shower as it takes 15 to mins for the water to heat, I was leaving for airport early so there was no way I could factor the time in.

• Michelangelo (9/5): Oltre le aspettative - Siamo riusciti ad effettuare il check-in anticipato in quanto la nostra stanza era pronta. Ci hanno dato la disponibilità di un parcheggio coperto lasciandoci il telecomando del garage. La stanza era molto grande con cucinino dotato di ogni accessorio, stanza pulita (signora delle pulizie molto gentile e disponibile). Per avere lenzuola ed asciugamani chiedono 8€ in più a notte ma dato il prezzo già molto basso della stanza, era più che accettabile. Zona centrale, 10-15 min a piedi dall’acropoli. Per sicurezza portate tappi per le orecchie, sarà che abbiamo soggiornato di sabato e domenica ma a tarda notte si sentiva musica altissima. Se può essere utile: Per il parcheggio coperto è necessario avere un auto piccola altrimenti non riuscite a fare manovra.

• Zoe (8/5): - L’appartamento è un po’ vecchio ma molto pulito. Lo staff si è dimostrato molto disponibile, accesso in autonomia molto comodo. La posizione, una volta che ci siamo orientati, è stata comodissima. Dotato di climatizzatore per i mesi più freddi. Consigliato. Forse l’unica pecca è stato un po’ il bagno. La doccia si faceva ma era un po’ scomoda, ma ci siamo adattati più che bene.

You can only try to find a spot somewhere near the building, which is very difficult. They also charge extra for towels, which are old and torn.
• ioannis-panagiotis (7/5): για εναν γρηγορο υπνο ειναι οκ - Η τιμη του για 1 βραδυ ηταν μια χαρα, δεδομενο της προσβασης σε κεντρικα σημεια με τα ποδια. Ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν φιλικος , και μας βοηθησε σε οτι χρειαστηκαμε. Το μπανιο ηταν ακραια μικρο, δεν το χρησιμοποιησαμε καν, το παρκινγκ ειναι πολυ δυσκολο στην περιοχη και το κλαμπ διπλα ακουγεται μεχρι αργα το βραδυ. Μειονεκτημα επισης η ελλειψη τηλεορασης!

• Gabriella (9/5): - Ár-érték arányban egy nagyon kiváló szállásról beszélhetünk. Elhelyezkedése és felszereltsége nagyon kényelmes volt az utazásunk alatt. Könnyen bejutottunk az apartmanba, továbbá volt lehetőségünk a csomagokat letenni. A szállás nem tartalmaz ágyneműt és törülközőt sem, ezt 8 euró/fő lehet kérni. A falak kissé vékonyak voltak. A fürdőszoba minősége teljesen eltért az apartman többi részétől, az ablak nem záródott rendesen, a falak rozsdásodó lemezekből álltak, ellenben makulátlan tiszta volt.

• Artur (9/5): - Mieszkanie bardzo blisko Akropolu, tuż przy Świątyni Zeusa, niedaleko do wszystkich najważniejszych miejsc do odwiedzenia, nie ma potrzeby używania transportu miejskiego. Bardzo przydatne wskazówki jak dojechać do mieszkania, bezpieczne miejsce, pokoje ładnie urządzone, ogrzewane klimatyzacją, wygodne duże łóżko, dostawki w drugim pokoju rozkładane. Mimo pobytu w lutym mieliśmy ciepłe dni, a i tak w łazience było zimno, nie wyobrażam sobie aby użytkować łazienkę w zimie, połowa ścian to pomalowane okno, bez izolacji, w lecie pewnie jest ok. Łazienka odstaje standardem od pozostałej części mieszkania.
