• Brian (6/5): Fair - Lovely sea view. Clean and beautiful inside Hard to find. Luckily a neighbour was leaving his building and he helped. You have to go to another place to pick up the keys. There is a lot of noise from the next apartment. Music playing all the time. On our last morning the locked front door was opened by a tradesman to check the property. We told him we hadn’t checked out. He was apologetic and said he had been told the property was empty

• Aylie (8/5): Comfortable and cosy flat in an amazing location with fabulous views. - Amazing location with everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable and warm. Extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Balcony a bit wobbly underfoot and needs a good clean (bird poo etc).

• Eileen (8/5): Good location for girly trip - Good location - close to beach and the town centre. Spacious apartment - good views to catch the sunset from the balcony. It would have been better if more information about picking up the keys could be explained when booking as the pickup/drop-off point is quite a distance from the property. If you were coming by public transport it would be a fair trek. Whilst we were there there was scaffolding up on the building - I think it would have been better if we had been pre-warned of this. It didn't affect our stay but it is off-putting when you first arrive.
• Nik (7/5): Eigentlich gute Wohnung, aber irgendwie war der Wurm drin... - Eigentlich gut ausgestattet und geräumig Gerüst hat den Ausblick aufs Meer gestört, Teile davon sind beim Sturm rumgeflogen. Balkon war sehr dreckig (Möwen...). Waschmaschine hat auch nicht funktioniert und ist einmal komplett ausgelaufen...
• COYLE (7/5): - Accommodation was very nice and spacious There was a scaffolding outside the building, which was disappointing as we booked specifically for my elderly mother, who is in a wheelchair would have been nice to have been notified about this before booking

Communication very good, staff very helpful Lack of utensils for cooking, a small kitchen table would fit with chairs so could eat at a table and a 4th comfy chair would be helpful. There was an issue with the heating which was resolved for within 30 minutes of contacting Donnini, The wine bottle opener was also missing and again was replaced within 30 minutes of contacting Donnini, it was v impressive. There was nothing not to like

• Stephen (8/5): Ayr stay Scotland an honest review: - The apartment was great, Bad bits: showers filled up rather quickly, the owner may want to send someone in to unblock shower and bath plugholes, the bath was dodgy felt like I was going to go through the bottom of it didn't feel very sturdy at all, the second bedroom bed mattress was shocking! needs a new one. Good Bits: the apartment was as in the photo's fantastic views of the bay area, the apartment was very clean, the balcony was a great place to sit out in the evening, the living room was very clean and tidy. Central location even though it was on the beach, shops and restaurants were only a short walk away, sound proofing in the apartment was very good we never herd anyone from next door.

• David (10/5): Birthday break - Lovely apartment , very comfortable with amazing sea view. Managed to sit on the balcony even in the November sunshine. 5 min walk to town center and plenty to do in the area. Would definitely recommend
