Fabio Goffredo (10/5): Soggiorno confortevole. - Puntualità, disponibilità e cortesia dell'host assolutamente ideale. Nessun tipo di difficoltà ad assistere, durante il soggiorno, l'ospite, si ha la sensazione che qualsiasi esigenza si abbia, verrà soddisfatta. L'ambiente è ordinato e pulito, ed anche abbastanza particolare come stile di arredamento, a me ha colpito favorevolmente. Non c'è stato niente del mio soggiorno che non mi è piaciuto, ritornerei sicuramente qualora dovessi avere bisogno di soggiornarvi nuovamente. Il bagno non è in camera, ma è privato e giusto ad un metro di fronte , solo un dettaglio, comunque.

Kazbulat (10/5): Exceptional - Francesco was very hospitable and friendly! His care was extreme! Liked! Parking was easy to find in front of apartments. Water in the evening was hard to balance and not enough hot water. Breakfast is not in the building and is scarce. Wifi was weak.

Steven (9/5): Superb - Large clean room, very comfortable beds. Quiet during the night so slept really well. Train station 20min walk away, so was great for jumping on the train to explore other towns nearby. Included coffee and crossiant at a nearby cafe for breakfast, which at this price that was an unexpected extra. Francesco was very welcoming as a host Wasn't a problem for us but the bathroom was separate across hallway.. it was a private bathroom

Maria (9/5): everything was great - Perfect location - just in front of pension doors you have many different shops, groceries, tasty cheese & meat shop, caffee's, cosmetics, "china" shop. perfect italian breakfast in nearby Cafeteria. We could use bicycles for the whole stay - that was great experience, everything reachable...just you need to get use to "italian style of ride" ;-) nothing
Verified traveler (6/5): - Il proprietario una bravissima persona, posizione praticamente al centro di Barletta... stanza confortevole... alcune pecche: privacy pari a zero; il bagno non è privato, entravano e uscivano tutti gli ospiti; il parcheggio è a pagamento vicino alla gest house, oppure se ti va bene lo trovi di sotto ma non custodito; colazione da fare al bar lì vicino con un buono, davvero scarsa è scadente, di sicuro non è una colazione continentale... che dire da uno a 10 direi 5 (e sono stato buono)
