La casetta si trova su una piccola collinetta con vista mare, ben ventilato e sempre fresco: perfetta per rilassarsi. Grazie alla navetta messa a disposizione, in appena due minuti si arriva comodamente al mare. Consigliatissimo!

Paesaggio meraviglioso e zona gradevolmente ventilata… la nostra casetta era moderna e con un patio fuori perfetto per mangiare e godersi il panorama, c’era il necessario per cucinare ma consiglio di portare moka e biancheria da cucina. C’è il servizio navetta che ti permette di essere al mare in 1 minuto, i ragazzi sono stati super disponibili a venirci a prendere e portarci al mare anche fuori gli orari della navetta… piscina super curata, bar e area giochi attrezzate. Siamo stati veramente bene! Torneremo!

- Katarína (10/5): Thanks for great relax ❤️ - It was beautiful place to stay, Raffa with his family was very nice and helpfull, their shuttle bus to the beach was TOP. 👍😁There is super butcher restaurant near here where you can choose your meat and staff will grill it. We liked it all very much. 👍I really recommend this accomodation all who want to relax and have perfect holiday. Thanks a lot. ❤️

- Ian (9/5): Most enjoyable and relaxing - The property is a collection of different chalets set in a wooded location on a hillside which gives great views to the sea or countryside. We spent three very peaceful nights there and really enjoyed the pool. The entire sire was spotlessly clean and well maintained. I particularly liked the feature of undercover parking bays near the properties. Staff helpfulness was excellent and there was always someone around reception to answer questions.
- Martin (10/5): Best place to stay - Best place to stay. Lovely rooms, very friendly host - in the middle of nature. Such a peaceful and lovely place and a very good possibility to explore vieste and all the beautiful places and beaches around.
- Andrea (8/5): Very good - very nice staff, nice location, nice entertainment for kids in the night. Beach nearby is beautiful. Rooms too hot at night (August), even with fans running. Outside was simetimes cooler. It would be great to have air conditioning. Noisy with entertainment music till midnight but this could be a positive if you like to participate.

Loved the apartment, complex and location. Great pool and it's right by the beach too! Would have liked a coffee pot and a few more things in the kitchen.

Rafael was very helpful with all requests, questions we had. It is very good value for money paid. The distance to the nearest beach is 800 meters, but there is another one with walking distance.
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - The property is really nice, with a wonderful view to the sea. It’s also really quiet and calm, perfect for resting during our holidays! The pool is super nice! You can go to the beach by walk or they offer a ride so it’s very comfortable. The staff are really friendly and always taking care of you!
- Giulio (10/5): Very relaxing and comfortable week. - Great location with a nice view of the seaside, very close to Vieste and with great services like transportation to the beach every 10minutes and a nice swimming pool with a tennis court next to it. The apartments are new and comfortable. The aircon missing in the apartments but with 35 degrees as max temperature during the day we were OK.
- Louise (9/5): Superb - This family run aparment hotel is located on top of a hill looking out over the water. Our apartment had a great layout with a full view off the sea. They have an excellent shuttle service to and from the beach 5 min away. And the son that greeted us when we arrived and drove us to the beach, was so attentive and sweet. Thank you for a nice stay! The pool is not open all day, and you have to wear a bathing cap.

- Kurt1974 (7/5): So beside this cons it was a perfect stay - Its a very nice and cultivated facility with a 20m pool and the location on the hill with the view is gorgeous. The apartment itself with 2 separated sleeping rooms was big enough and not typical for Italy the oversized shower. The missing AC like mentioned in other posts wasnt a problem as there is most of the time a breeze on the hill and its cooling down in the night. So with the installed fly screens we slept with open windows and very good. There are nearby 3 supermarkets which are reachable within 5 minutes by bike. Its a 15min walk to the nearest beach Molinella and there is a shuttle service available. We didnt use it cause we visited beside this one also a lot of them around Vieste and most of them are very nice. After 2 visits in Vieste i personally recommend Lido Delfino on the Spiaggia di Portonuovo where the complete package which was offered was the best. It would have been a absolutely perfect place beside 2 things we recognized during our visit: 1) Beside the offered equipment there was nothing else there at the arrival. Means. As every guest is buying some basic stuff like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. and is not completely using it my guess is that they remove absolutely everything after departure. I never had this in Italy before. We also bought some additional glasses, knife, etc. Even as there are also no dishtowels there we had to buy them. So you have to take absolutely basic things also with you. 2) The staff at the beach bar i had never the feeling that they have fun with their job. Personally i had always the feeling that i am a disorder of their day. Maybe they are different to Italians but it was like this. Also as my daughter liked some fired potatoes at 2pm they were looking at me like i am an alien and asked me how i came on that idea as they wouldnt start the fryer.
