There is a Smart Box Tv Box - can watch netflix and youtube The mini fridge had rotten food in, it had a very awful smell.
We could not use the fridge as it was stinking tooooo much!
There is a coffee and tea mini station but no kettle, rather skip on the coffee tea station then

- Maria (5/5): Stay experience - The TV and the bathroom The bed wasn't comfortable 😕. The rooms were too close to one another.
- Nombeko (6/5): My accomodation was fair. - The room and the bathroom were spacious. The staff do not have a uniform. Makes it difficult to identify staff members.
The owner did not contact me and hear my side of story when I had a disagreement with the staff member.
When the property was advertised on Booking.com. The advert indicated that the breakfast was included.
- Fillemon (5/5): Passable -
- Elina (8/5): Very good -
- Hausiku (7/5): Good premises in a good neighborhood, but there's a daily fee for air conditioning use in your room. - The premises is located in a good neighborhood. There's a daily fee to pay for usage of the air conditioner in the room. This information wasn't included on the properties booking.com page.
So it's quite important to publicly outline that there's a daily fee to pay in order to use the air conditioner, which in my case was 50 NAD per day.

Extras
pay to play for a TV
pay to switch on the fan
- Hester (3/5): Not comfortable at all. - Location was okay. No towels in the room. Staff was poorly dressed and wore no shoes. Had to pay N$50 per night for the aircon remote. Very noisy. Poor parking. Was woken up to move our car.
- Lanna (6/5): Pleasant - I was not offered any breakfast, however the location was good and safe. Walkable distance to a shopping center. I would have much liked a little bit of quiteness. The Staff would be loud at times.
- Paulus (2/5): Very poor - The arrangement of the room
- Oosthuizen (7/5): Good -
- Mohamed (1/5): Very bad experience - Nothing The behavior is very bad and the whole experience was too bad for us as a family arrived after 24 hours flight and their behavior really was disgusting
- Hamdia (10/5): Great experience - The workers are very friendly and polite, the place is very clean and value for money is worth it,I have never met such friendly people with great hospitality in my life...will definetly be back😊 N/A
- Rauna (9/5): Superb -
- Santos (1/5): Horrible service! Grumpy workers with poor customer service and ill attitude. Hidden costs (rooms are equipped with air - Nothing to like about the property. Literally everything!!!
- Muyenga (9/5): Superb - It's a cozy place really comfortable and has friendly staff true value for the amount asked Well no kitchen though but that's not much of a problem for most but at least one can make a hot beverage so thats good
- Lushcious (6/5): Stay was ok for the price paid it was above avarage. - Friendliness of the staff, and the method of communication in terms of following up with the booking in. Staff was always readily available to assist. The fact that you have to pay an additional fee to make use of the aircons in your rooms which should be a standard to every guesthouse.
- Temus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (7/5): Good -
- Sheryl (8/5): Very good -

- Harry (3/5): Poor - Friendly staff B&B that offers no breakfast and charges extra for breakfast,, card payments & air-conditioning..
- Paul (7/5): MY stay was fair and the breakfast should be improved - I did not order breakfast because it is bad and not worth having it the hostesses were not professional
- Imelda (7/5): Good - Good location No remote for the gate. Had to call the workers to open or close the gate.
- Roy (7/5): Good -

- Sylwia (9/5): very good location for a short stay in Windhoek - Good location with easy access and possibility to park Toyota Hilux car in the property, It was a comfortable place for our final night in Windhoek offering free wifi, TV and tea maker - good value for money. The owner was very helpfull with all our requests,
- Murat (8/5): Very good -
- Medson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yusuke (8/5): Very good -
- Marym (9/5): Superb - The room was very clean and comfortable. It is very good value and a short drive to the centre. My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay here. There's no breakfast so it shouldn't be called a bed and breakfast!
- Medson (9/5): Superb -
- Allie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kilian (5/5): Passable -
- Mavuka (5/5): Passable - The facility was comfortable They did provide towels, cup and didnt clean the room for 4 days
- Thabisa (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff The fact that I couldn’t cook and they didn’t serve breakfast 😭
- Renata (8/5): Very good - Nice room near the Windhoek centre. All we needed. Nothing.
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Michael (3/5): Ok - The location was not too far from town and our room was spacious and private really appreciated the Netflix Firstly the parking situation was quite tricky. The welcome was OK but the staff was not friendly never got a smile from any of the ladies working there. The cleaning was not the best we had one towel to share that was never replaced, same as the bed sheets. We had to ask for plates and utensils maybe we were meant to bring our own still not sure. You have to buzz for them to open the gate for you . So many hidden costs like bank charges when paying by card and the AIRCON REMOTE IS 50 dollars per night.
- Johannes (7/5): It was good. -
- Smile (10/5): Outstandingly Awesome!😍 - I highly recommend this Guesthouse. The whole team did an outstanding job!👏🏽👏🏽
We started having great communication from my homeland (Angola) and once I arrived that was way more than I expected. I'm thrilled and have enjoyed my stay. No complaints!
They always asked if I need something else and when I asked for what I needed they undoubtedly assisted me. I'm elated.
- Chrispinus (9/5): It was a comfortable hospitable stay in a quiet neighbourhood. - The location was good but the taxi driver I took could not easily locate the street address as provided. Additional information of the streets can be added for easier access. Breakfast costed extra NAD $50 each so I decided not to have it at the property. The AC was available but at an extra cost, though there was a fan in the room which I used and it worked very fine.
- Ágnes (9/5): Stay in Coco Palm - Its a cosy nice place with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a lovely, amazingly arranged patio for smoking or barbeque, the room has fridge n microwave and electric water heater, everything for few days of stay, there is a supermarket just a walk away, the place for parking inside is okay, however with big 4x4 safari car a bit tricky to park in especially if other cars are also parked. Its a remote, silent location, about 5km from city centre. Very good price/value ratio, I was very much satisfied with this double room for a reasonable price, I recommend it to all travellers and I will surely book the place again if i am in Windhoek :-) thanks a lot for the nice place to stay! The doors are making some noise, probably need a bit of greasing- not to bother othets when going in or out at late or early morning. :-)
- Bruno (4/5): Brother house - . The Room wash clean and comfortable, but its wasn't a tradicional guest house , but a brother where the girls receive customers até all hours off the day and night.
- Medson (9/5): Superb -
- Russel (6/5): Pleasant - Was not told before hand that breakfast was not included in our stay there That we had to pay extra fee for the room airconditioner remote 😢
- Changxin (7/5): Good -
- Stefan (7/5): Good -
- Nguvi (5/5): Quite relaxing. - It was quiet and peaceful. The shower wasn’t working in the morning, there wasn’t any body wash aswell.
- Monteo (9/5): Superb -
- Mika (7/5): Awesome - The privacy. The TV was small and too far from the bed.
- Lazarus (10/5): Amazing - I love the privacy😊 There was no breakfast😅
- Felix (6/5): Pleasant - We could check out at 2pm for an additional nominal fee, that was really great. The room is spacious and wifi is fast. For a layover night it was okay and did no harm. The attitude of the staff on site was a bit low. They seem not to be informed, or care, very much about the arriving reservations and visibly bored asked us which type of room we have, if we prepaid, how long we'll be staying etc. We didn't feel very welcome at the place.
Location is far outside and we prefer to be closer to Wernhill Mall and city center, as we did on previous stays in windhoek. These simple and affordable guest house usually are lit up by interested and caring hosts - this is not the case here.
- Simon (7/5): Good - The location Parking is difficult to enter and exit
- Aberua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nguvauva (7/5): Good -
- Fanuel (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place to stay, would definitely spend sometime there on my next visit,
- Charles (8/5): Convenient - No breakfast, but could have ordered basic bacon and eggs
- Rumbidzai (7/5): The Management is friendly and is very quick to answer questions and is always available to assist. - Breakfast is not inclusive but upon request. The location is out of town therefore you need transportation. The fact that breakfast is offered upon request and it was not communicated prior to booking. The blanket in the room was dirty. Supervision should be done occasionally on cleanliness. The blanket was and the electric jug were dirty.
- Tomaz (8/5): Good value for money. - Good value for money. Good and safe location. Comfortable and clean. Room service might be more enthusiastic.
- Nguvauva (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kauna (8/5): Very good -
- Mutiu (9/5): Superb -
- Minami (4/5): the room was full, we couldn't stay. -
