• Carol (9/5): Great location, good size room, bring your own coffee pods! - the location was gteat, good size room and really nice to have the small sofa to sit on and the mini fridge to put a few things in. Easy to get to from train and close to the lake, grocery really close. Nice reception when we got there. Only having 2 coffee pods when we were there for 2 nights was very annoying. You can buy more, but when spending a lot for the room, more pods should be included and NOT for a fee! Didn't;t like the bathroom door-hard to keep closed. The shower door didn't completely close- may have been missing a plastic strip.

We were charged a 100 francs deposit and also tax, which was not mentioned when booked We were given a loft room with lack of head height so kept banging my head. We very warm in loft but was not allowed to use air conditioning until June Mattress was very poor quality and uncomfortable
• Manuel (7/5): Hotel simpático, muito bem situado, mas a precisar de pequenas remodelações - A fachada do prédio é charmosa, a localização é excelente e a funcionária que nos atendeu foi muito simpática. O quarto também é bastante espaçoso e confortável, mesmo considerando que uma modernização já seria bem-vinda. Algumas áreas do hotel são muito pouco atrativas (em particular os átrios de acesso aos quartos), os quartos têm alguns pormenores de qualidade duvidosa, o pequeno-almoço, apesar de bastante variado, não é de grande qualidade, e os funcionários que atendem durante o pequeno-almoço são pouco simpáticos. Nada de muito grave mas um upgrade seria bem-vindo. Os preços são caros para a qualidade, mas não nos podemos esquecer que estamos na Suíça... em que tudo é caro para o nível de vida português.

• ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΑ (7/5): Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου πόλη καλή. Προσφέρει basic υπηρεσίες. Θεωρώ ότι είναι υπερεκτιμημένο. - Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι κομβική, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Ο χώρος υποδοχής κ η ρεσεψιόν χρειάζεται βελτίωση. Οι υπηρεσίες όπως δωρεάν καφές κ καθημερινή καθαριότητα χωρίς να το ζητήσει ο πελάτης είναι απαραίτητα.

• Hüsnü (8/5): Harika konum, güzel kahvaltı, rahat yatak - Konum şahane, merkezi ve her yere yürüme mesafesi. Toplu ulaşıma ve şehirlerarası otobüs durağına çok yakın. Yatak çok rahat, yoğun ve yorucu bir günün ardından çok güzel bir uyku çektik. Kahvaltıyla ilgili çeşitli yorumlar var ama çok iyi bir kahvaltısı var. Benim için tek eksik zeytindi. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili. Cenevre’ye tekrar gelirsem yine bu otelde kalırım. Banyo kapısı sürgülü bir cam, tamamen kapanmıyor. Bir de checkin ve checkout saatleri biraz daha esnek olabilir

• Lauren (9/5): Great stay in Paris - Staff are so friendly, very helpful and accomodating. They stored our luggage which was very helpful. Rooms are very small and not much room to move around, we also had views inside other apartments. Very close to Passy metro station maybe 4 min walk and great food around the hotel. Eiffel Tower views just down the street. Room was small

Breakfast is basic but adequate..plenty of cereals, fruit,bread cheese and boiled eggs. Unusual entry into room..a step up and a steep wooden stairs right outside the door.

Lacking in all basics - no toiletries other than cheap body wash. No kettle, one small and one large cup. No spoons. Two tea bags and one coffee pod - extras to be paid for. Tatty towels and stained carpets. Staff surly. Earlier reviews just don't stack up!

• thanh (4/5): - Clean, location is good. There is no telephone in the room (room 602), we have to go to reception every time we need. There is no kettle in the room. The room is not made up everyday. Tea, coffee are not topped up everyday, we stay there 4 nights but it has never topped up.

• Ismael (8/5): - Le séjour a été fait en fin janvier 2026 L’emplacement de l’hôtel est en plein centre de la ville, 2 min pour voir le jet d’eau. Le personnel est gentil. La chambre était propre. L’alcool Il y a un dépôt de 100 frs en plus sur le montant de la réservation et qui est restitué à la fin du séjour. J’ai trouvé radin que les capsules de café et de thé soient facturées 1,50 fr l’unité. Les oreillers était un peu dur et le lit aussi, la première nuit ça été mais la deuxième j’ai eu des difficultés à m’endormir.

• Jovana (8/5): Hotel is good and with suggested improvements it will be even better. - The location is fantastic. For this price, cleaning of the room shouldn't be on request. After every cleaning, the coffee capsules should be added, which wasn't the case in our room.
