Die Abwicklung nur über whats app ist störend. der Zugang zum Zimmer über die äußerst schmale Wendeltreppe mit einem Koffer ist eine Zumutung. Es erfordert beinahe akrobatische Beherrschung. Das inkludierte Frühstück in der nahen Bar ist sehr dürftig.
• Tormena (6/5): - La posizione centrale è davvero ottima per una visita a Urbino. I proprietari ci hanno consigliato un parcheggio pubblico e gratuito molto vicino alla camera. La colazione era convenzionata con un bar, i gestori sono stati molto simpatici e disponibili e ci hanno servito una colazione varia e abbondante. Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 4 persone, ma in realtà era adeguata solo per due, la stanza era davvero troppo piccola per 4 letti. La camera si trovava al piano primo e per accedervi abbiamo dovuto salire una scala a chiocciola piccola e un pò pericolosa da fare con le valige. Purtroppo l'ambiente non era pulitissimo abbiamo trovato parecchia polvere.

• Corinne (9/5): La plus belle vue sur Urbino au bout de la rue ! Bonnes jambes et bon souffle conseillés... - Emplacement tout près du parc de la forteresse avec une vue splendide sur Urbino ! Très bon contact avec la propriétaire très réactive. Belle chambre agréable, coin cuisine fermé bien équipé, bonne literie Des voisins peu discrets dans cette maison assez sonore. Bon à savoir : pour y arriver une longue montée en forte pente !

Would stay here again. - Urbino is a hilly town and one of our group has difficulty walking so it was great to find somewhere that is on roughly the same level as the road access, yet close to the centre. Check-in was all online and access was by a key box which worked well. Nadia was a solicitous host and was happy to amend the booking when we asked to add an additional person. She kept in touch by text to make sure everything was OK and that we had been able to find parking (the adjacent car park is used for a market on Saturday mornings). Our group had two rooms - the smaller one made ingenious use of the space to offer a range of facilities despite the size. Wi-Fi speed was pretty good. Breakfast was coupons to be redeemed at a nearby cafe which had friendly staff and served a good classic Italian coffee, pastry and freshly-squeezed juice. No real complaints. The tight spiral staircase was a bit difficult for someone with mobility problems or someone with a big suitcase, but it wouldn't be a problem for most people.
• Kin Wei John (8/5): Conveniently located unit that is clean and well appointed. - The room was clean, well decorated and fairly spacious. It is within about 50m from a public carpark. To get to the historic town centre is easy - just a 10-15min walk (though it is a fairly steep climb back up). The host did not give us any instructions on check-in. Fortunately, we met the cleaning lady who helped us. We never met the host during our stay. There is a staircase down from the main door down to the courtyard to access the second main door into the unit. So if you have accessibility issues or large bags, this place is not for you. Also, if you get a room not on the main floor behind the second main door, eg in the basement, there is another narrow staircase to manoeuvre down. Breakfast was available in a nearby cafe. It was very friendly and helpful, however they are very crowded with kids attending a school next door until 8.15am. Lastly the toilet is a bit tight, especially the door to it.

• Stefano (6/5): Soggiorno nel b&b Albornoz - La posizione ottima a poca distanza dal centro storico, anche se per tornare c'era da fare una salita di qualche centinaio di metri al 30%!!!! Ma quando si sta in vacanza si può fare. Piccolo angolo cottura con macchina del caffè disponibile. L'accesso alla camera tramite una scala a chiocciola molto stretta e pericolosa. Mi sono infatti chiesto essendo la camera da me occupata venduta come quadrupla, come avrebbero fatto quattro persone con relativi bagagli! Bagno molto piccolo e privo di bidet. Colazione non disponibile nella struttura ma presso bar nelle vicinanze e non.

Il mio soggiorno è stato purtroppo molto breve e prevalemnte per lavoro, tuttavia non è mancato nulla e la camera è ben attrezzata anche con un piccolo cucinotto. La colazione è disponibile presso un bar a 100 metri. Comodo il self chek-in, non ho conosciuto l'host che comunque è stato sempre disponibile e veloce nei riscontri.

• Martin (5/5): Steil und eng - In der Altstadt, relativ am Stadtkern. Von oberen Ausgang sind es nur wenige hundert Meter zu einem herrlichen Ausblick über die Altstadt. Das Geburtshaus Rafaels mit Museum ist recht nah. Das Frühstück in einem nahen Café mit Gutscheinen war gut. Allerdings sollte man erst nach 8 Uhr kommen. Vorher ist es von Schülern belagert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief zwar nur über Chat, war aber hilfreich. Sehr schwer bis unmöglich anzufahren. Die angegebenen Parkplätze sind überfüllt. Im Haus führt eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe hinunter zum Zimmer. Für größere Menschen und für schweres Gepäck eine Plackerei. Ansonsten muss man sich auf ein auf und ab mit Treppen und engen Gassen in Urbino einstellen. Die Unterkunft liegt am oberen Rand des Stadtkessels. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist das nichts.
• erica (7/5): Comodo per un soggiorno breve - Struttura pulita, carina e caratteristica. Posizione ottima per visitare Urbino e vicino a un grande parcheggio a pagamento. In camera vengono offerti una macchina del caffè con cialde e un bollitore con tisane, che però ha come unica presa compatibile quella al lavandino del bagno. Colazione con un voucher da 4 € a un bar nelle vicinanze. Comodo per un soggiorno breve. Forse siamo stati sfortunati con la nostra camera che si trovava al piano più basso, camera otaksa: la wifi non prendeva e la sensazione era un po' claustrofobica per areazione e illuminazione, conviene assicurarsi di prenotare una camera ai piani superiori. Docciashampoo scarso, una bustina piccolina a testa, almeno una bustina e mezzo sarebbe stata necessaria. In bagno non c'è il bidet, ma neanche la doccetta igienica.

• Howard In (9/5): Getting high on the cultural splendour of Urbino - The position of the flat, close to the centre but at a high point looking down, was quiet, charming and rewarding. Parking was possible, with awareness of market-day restrictions essential. Breakfast was offered in a local cafe and was very generous. To stroll down and zig-zag up Via Raffaello was a delight and the cultural gems in the centre simply magnificent. Our host did everything possible to help us. If two 70-somethings managed the steep incline leading to the accommodation, it should be fine for most others, but it remains a significant ascent. The top flat is accessed via a spiral staircase which was a tight squeeze when one had to haul suitcases to the flat - but was a delightful feature and a clever use of the space available.

• Elena (4/5): - La camera, pulita e ben arredata Ho prenotato con booking un soggiorno di tre giorni/due notti nella Suite "Misteri d'Italia" al B&B Albornoz, che si è rivelato deludente. La prima notte ho avuto freddo e, il mattino seguente, alla richiesta di avere una coperta più calda, mi è stato risposto di guardare nell' armadio, dove però ho trovato un copriletto leggero (foto), almeno ho potuto accendere lo split del condizionatore già impostato sul caldo. Per tre giorni, la dotazione dei prodotti da bagno consisteva in una singola bustina di bagnoschiuma e una saponetta e per la cucina una sola bottiglietta di acqua da mezzo litro e una sola capsula per caffè: un servizio assolutamente non all'altezza di un B&B e di una "suite". Per quanto riguarda la colazione nei due bar (uno diverso per ogni giorno) era possibile consumare fino a 4 euro di prodotti (un bicchiere di spremuta, 4 euro), il resto andava saldato a parte. Infine, come da indicazioni scritte, mi aspettavo una pulizia giornaliera della camera, che però non è avvenuta. ​Le aspettative sulla suite sono state completamente disattese. Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per la scarsa attenzione al cliente, nonostante ci sia una camera nuova e ben arredata.

• Mats (8/5): - The place is just near the center and close by the perfect viewpoint. A bit difficult to communicate with the owner as they are not at the actual place. It eorks out but needs a few phonecalls. It is written in the description that there are free carparking spaces nearby. That is a truth which needs a modification. There are some free places, but they are mostly full, so you need to be prepared to pay 10€ a day in places beside.

Also the owner was not on site. Everything was handled by WhatsApp so not a very personal welcome. Our room was up a very narrow staircase so not suitable for people who cannot carry suitcases up the staircase - also this was not mentioned at the time of reservation.

La scala a chiocciola prima di entrare in stanza, troppo stretta per accedere con valigie. Scarsa pulizia della stanza. Ci è caduto inavvertitamente un oggetto sotto il letto ed abbiamo verificato la presenza di uno strato di lanugine diffusa. Anche nella guida della porta della doccia era presente molta sporcizia che abbiamo dovuto rimuovere con la doccetta.

La camera è arredata con gusto, con tutto il necessario per rendere confortevole il soggiorno, non da meno il piccolo angolo cottura a scomparsa. Letti comodi, anche quello per mi figlio che è una poltrona apribile. Bagno finestrato. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona l'host ma è stato molto disponibile e gentile. I wasn’t clear what the breakfast at the nearby cafe actually included, but it was fine and the cafe owner was very welcoming and makes a great cappuccino. . No draining space or tea towel to dry dishes…everything stayed wet. Also no sharp knife except a bread knife. The shower was on the tight side.

Very cute place with gorgeous secure courtyard on one side & easy access to the main walk into Urbino central. It’s perfect for us, but not suited at all if moderately mobility impaired due to being at the top of a tight spiral staircase, and at the top of a very steep walk down (& up on the way back) to the main part of Urbino. If this isn’t an issue, it’s wonderful because it’s also very quiet in this part.

• NOBUO (8/5): - このホテルをバールのお兄さんに聞いて教えてもらい、入り口のベルを押したが、壊れている様子で中に入れない。電話番号をメモして、再びバールのお兄さんのところに行って、電話をしてもらい、オーナーが門の前に来るというので、そこで鍵をもらってはいることができた。実は、門の脇にキーボックスがあり、そこに表の門の鍵と部屋の鍵が入れてあり、キーボックスの番号をメールで私に知らせていたという。しかし、私はホテルのWi-Fiを使用しているので、ホテルに入らないとそのメールは開けない。前の晩あたりにメールを送信していたのならともかく、当日では私はメールを読むことができない。お兄さんの助けがなかったら部屋に入れなかった。
