- Andreea (8/5): Tornerei - La camera e il bagno erano ben ordinati e puliti, inoltre erano abbastanza spaziosi. Inoltre è in un eccellente posizione per prendere i mezzi pubblici che portano vicino a lingotto fiere. L'unica cosa su cui avrei da ridire è il fatto che la seconda mattina si erano dimenticati i cucchiaini per mescolare il tè. Inoltre sarebbe ottimale mettere un coltellino da burro per poter spalmare la marmellata sulle fette biscottate.

- a.pozzi (4/5): Deludente - Zona molto tranquilla Gli imprevisti possono capitare a tutti, nel nostro caso di trovarci sotto la grandine in autostrada e bloccati nel traffico; situazioni che ci hanno portato ad arrivare alle 21 anziché alle 20 (orario limite previsto per il check-in). Nonostante la telefonata alla proprietaria per avvisare della situazione, ci hanno obbligato a pagare ben 50€ di penale. Capisco che certe strutture si debbano tutelare ma in questi casi bisognerebbe avere un po' di umanità e buon senso. Sulla pulizia non ci siamo: ho trovato dei capelli sul cuscino e delle ragnatele nella doccia. Oltre a ciò l'insonorizzazione è veramente pessima: abbiamo sentito il vicino di camera russare per tutta la notte e delle ragazze alla mattina alle 7 con la musica a tutto volume. Non penso assolutamente di tornarci

- Elma (10/5): Superdeal zonder koffie 😉 - De kamer had een groot balkon om buiten te kunnen zitten. De ingang van het hotel was goed beveiligd. Er was een ontbijtblad met toast en jam. Een waterkoker en kopje om thee te maken, maar géén koffie. Misschien vergeten, maar dat miste ik.
- Roberto Antonio (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno, ritornerei senza indugio.Manca poco per essere una struttura di livello superiore - L'impegno per rendere il cliente il più soddisfatto possibile è evidente, molto gradita e apprezzabile. Personale davvero gentile e sempre presente. Molto comodo il servizio con le macchinette presenti all'ingresso della struttura. Prezzi buoni e ottimi prodotti, acqua, caffè, cappuccini, snack e tanto altro La TV è sistemata in una posizione un pò complicata, si può fare di meglio anche se funziona perfettamente. Manca un pò di insonorizzazione nelle pareti perchè si sente talvolta russare al contorno. Molto apprezzabile però la puntualità della pulizia giornaliera e rifacimento letto e sostituzione degli asciugamani ogni giorno. Un consiglio: è evidente un rinnovamento della struttura relativamente recente. Il tocco di un bravo architetto avrebbe giovato di più alla riuscita dell'intervento (comunque apprezzabile) senza particolari maggiori spese per la proprietà a tutto vantaggio della longevità della struttura.

A bit complicated system to connect to wifi, so, I even didnt have a chance to use it. But it was ok in my case as I had mobile internet. But for some guests it can be a bit complicated. Over-cleaning, even if you do ask not to clean the room, no-one listen it. That was a bit strange.

Camera consegnata dopo le 18:00, trovo inammissibile pagare una quota intera per usufruire della stanza solo la sera, in più chiedono di lasciarla alle 10 del mattino. Non si preoccupano di Lasciare i clienti tutto il giorno senza la stanza ma hanno la pretesa di farla lasciare nel primo mattino. Dopo un diverbio mi è stato concesso di lasciarla alle 12:00 (era il minimo) Cucina presente in camera, ma chiusa, viene sbloccata su richiesta e tale richiesta per 2 GG è stata di 105€. Follia pura !!

Inclusa nel prezzo era presente anche una modesta colazione, dal momento che la struttura non è ancora attrezzata per una sala colazioni. Sono stati molto carini a fornirla. Camere piccole, ma fornite di tutto. Personale gentile e disponibile! Siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla via addobbata a festa per il Natale in arrivo! La posizione un po' scomoda, intorno non c'è niente se non fabbriche, è necessario spostarsi in macchina.

Stanza rumorosa e assolutamente freddissima, dato che il condizionatore non ha funzionato la sera e i termosifoni nel corridoio si sono accesi il mattino seguente, così come il condizionatore abbia iniziato ad erogare aria calda solo il mattino seguente. Abbiamo alloggiato con un neonato di 11 mesi, fortuna una notte sola, mai più! Nella stanza attaccata alla nostra hanno dormito i nostri parenti e la situazione del condizionatore di aria calda è stata identica.

- Thierry (10/5): - Second séjour dans cet hôtel. La literie est confortable, la chambre est spacieuse, dispose d'un grand balcon et la propreté irréprochable. L'hôtel ne sert pas de petit déjeuner, mais il y a de quoi prendre une rapide collation dans la chambre. L'accueil est très sympathique. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable !
