- Ashley (4/5): its cheap, and good location, - its cheap, and good location for shops, restaurants and bars,, the friendliness of staff is hit and miss.. the wifi is non existent most of the time, I do suspect they have a cheap data package , so limit it or turn it off . seems they also control the hot water, only on one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening,, 4 days we had no hot water. The rooms are very dark,, the corridor very dark. they put in very small bulbs . Its near the church and clubs, so either you can hear the music from the clubs until about 6 am , or woken up by the singers in the church. Breakfast is basic, but , its what you expect from the price.. watch out for the exchange rate . They seem to have a limit on towels,, couple of times they had none . stayed nearly one month, would not even give me a free upgrade for the last night,, seem very stingy and penny pinching . Every room has a tv that does not work.. seems they do not want to pay for new digital tv's in the rooms

- Sanjay (6/5): It's satisfactory in that price for two people. - Breakfast is not good as i think. There is only two pieces of bread with one tea bag with hot water. coffee
- Tarek (9/5): Superb - The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable I guess the loud music from downstairs pool tables place.
- Anonymous (7/5): Of great help for my holiday in Uganda. Weebale nnyo ! - Good place to stay for a nice price. The shower and the light in the room could have been better.
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved. But then again - it's cheap :-)
- Ssebata (1/5): Bad - I reserved a room of 33000 UGX around 4pm and to my surprise the room wasn't available. I was then taken to a guest house which had a stinking toilet. I wonder how a motel will post a room on booking.com and it's not available when you reach there. They claim they don't have any room at that price.
- Innocencia (7/5): Good -
- Jens (2/5): Dont go there, if you want to sleep at night and be awake next day. - Extreme loud noise from the bar: In my room the window panes chinked and the doors rattled. Sleeping was impossible. The staff couldnt help. Finally i left the house in the middle of the night and went to another hotel. Of course they refused to give a refund to me.
- Rutaro (9/5): Next time when i come again - Cleanliness, hospitality and privacy No Duvets only used a second bedsheet to cover myself for the entire night,

- Yowasi (7/5): It was generally a nice place - It was superb The wifi was very poor
- Hassan (7/5): Good -
- Fsuan (7/5): Good - Good location in Kampala The rooms on the left side are a bit loud due to a bar across the room
- Fsuan (7/5): Good -
- Nelya (4/5): If you cannot find anything better, it is an ok place. - It was ok for a solo traveller like me. I just do not need much. Internet was good. Poor lighting in the hallways- the place looks like a prison with cells.
Consider breakfast non- existant- this is how bad it was!
- Cristiano (5/5): Noway - The rooms are well furnished The disco bar down the hotel too much noises
- Ilie (9/5): Superb - 1. The single bed rooms give the impression they have a one-person bed but that's wrong, all room have double-person beds and some rooms have even two double-person beds.
2. The location shown on the booking dot com app is on top of the KFC but that's wrong. On Google maps it's almost where "perfect & precise" hotel is.
Close to town center. Not much noise except for some mosque during the night.
Dry cleaning service is near as well.
Exceptional value for.money I'd say.
At the check-in they told me I cannot pay by card so I paid cash.
- Gintaras (8/5): Great for the price - Low price, off the main road, not too far from the centre, good breakfast Lack of understanding communicating with the manager, not quite competent reception people, not reliable wi fi
- Ossie (7/5): Fairly Good - Rooms were good, comfortable. I don’t know if it was a one time thing, but the breakfast I had wasn’t good. I like the local meal served called (Akatogo). It should be fresh for someone to eat it if not you let them know and they choose deliberately. Otherwise not more than that. I loved the coffee.
- Pierre (10/5): Exceptional - This is the best price-quality ratio of Kampala, I rhink. Nice and clean rooms, nice view, good breakfast, very nice staff, and not too loud. And the price is great. The internet connexion is a little bit slow at times, but at least it is there.
- Moh (10/5): Exceptional - Ferry nice 👌 Spa ferry nice 👌
- Ali (9/5): Good Place to live in - Good place to visit
Add doors to wc is preferable No things
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ahmed (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious room with balcony. Clean. Comfortable bed. Noise from the bar downstairs. Pricing was completely different from what on booking and they don't check on booking.com (simple reception with booking sheets and no computer). Very poor WiFi.
- Zaidi (10/5): Exceptional -

- Anand (8/5): Good for short stay - Breakfast was decent not very good but average, if omlette or any extra can be added good for visitors Food arrangements, some time too noisy
- Al-azri (7/5): Good -
- Yvonne (9/5): Superb -
- Francis (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly staff and good service
- Lee (7/5): Good - Really close to Kampala town, amazing staff. Early check out time.
- Damir (7/5): Good -
- Ayat (8/5): Very good - Most thing i like is stiff are friendly and helpful , also location not very far from town. moving chairs and tables early morning it makes noisy and waking me up, because of my room was near that place.
Also breakfast is small.
- Anand (8/5): Memorable and take good value for money stay - I like cleanliness and polite staff WiFi signal was not reaching, intercom not working, hot water shower water pressure can be improved
- Udo (7/5): budget stay - Location is a bit of a shocker, it's just a building with rooms, hence "motel". Staff is always friendly and kind within their means. I tried out a budget place and got for what I paid for. the whole package was just not a nice stay and I have seen very nice places in the same budget class.
- Kadooli (6/5): Pleasant - Strategically located for the city view with nice breakfast No room delivery
- Medhanie (8/5): Very good -

- Kasibante (9/5): Superb -
- Elvin (3/5): Not very great. - Reception Poor and insufficient beddings. Beddings are outdated. Waitress did not seem to understand my request for tea with milk. Gave me milk instead and poured the hot water she had served for tea!
- Martin (8/5): Very good - The staff was absolutly nice. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and will to help in any situation. She was always available and caring about the guests needs. The place is a great budget stay and good value. The fan was wrongly installed so u couldnt use it because u didnt reach the power plug
- Marin982 (10/5): Great place in Kampala -
- Gian (9/5): Great value for money with suprising views - Like a hidden gem in a very authentic and peaceful neighborhood. Was very surprised by the beautiful view over Kampala! Friendly staff, a comfy bed and the hot shower completet the pleasant experience. GREAT value for money! Be aware that it can be loud in the building, especially on weekends. Personally though I didn‘t mind.
- Medhanie (7/5): Good -
- Altan (5/5): Passable - Room was so dark, lights were not working. They serve only mango for breakfast.
- Peter (7/5): Saving money in Kampala - The hotel is cheap. That's the main thing. And the staff was helpful and polite. The room lacks furniture. Some rooms have no chair...just a bed.
Shower water pressure is very weak and it's not easy to get the right temperature...too hot or too cold.
The location is so-so. You'll need a boda to reach anything of interest.
- Alvinator.lukubisa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Amos (9/5): Superb - The hotel is clean as you can see the workers engaging in cleaning every 30 minutes. The WiFi is not working in the rooms.
- Sharon (8/5): You get lots for the price - staff are great!? - Amazing staff, friendly and hard working. Breakfast was served on a lovely open deck. Consisted of local fresh fruit and boiled eggs and vegetables and chapati or something similar. Had a fan in our room and mosquito net. Rooms have own bathroom, and showers had hot water. Very central to local markets and street stalls. Everything in walking distance. Its off the main street, so quiter at night Has large gates around property and security guard to help.yiu feel safe. For the price it's a great hotel. They also run some kind of night club downstairs. This can be noisy but walls seam very thick and concrete so less noise once you are in your room.
