Connor (10/5): Great choice, you won’t regret it - Beautifully maintained home with spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time. A short and safe walk into town made getting places a breeze. The team was very knowledgable, welcoming, and kind! Nothing, was all perfect.

We also really appreciated the great tips he gave us for exploring the area. The view from the pool is truly impressive. The whole place has such a cozy, loving, and peaceful atmosphere. The colors, the interior design, and all the thoughtful details make it feel very special. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind. We also really liked the location. In just a few minutes, you can reach the main street with several options for food and drinks. At the same time, it is a wonderful base for exploring the area. The Franschhoek Wine Tram was easy to reach, and even without having our own car, everything was uncomplicated. With Uber, we could get to some of the most beautiful wine estates within just a few minutes. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant, safe, relaxing, and special. We would happily come back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

A experiência foi simplesmente impecável do início ao fim. A vista é de tirar o fôlego, o café da manhã é fantástico e preparado com muito cuidado, e os quartos são extremamente confortáveis e impecáveis em todos os detalhes. Close safe walk to mainstreet with restaurants in 400meter. Even at night. The great Franschhoek area with wine farms. The owners where not at the location. Fully outsourced to the staff Crane for shower very difficult to adjust. So you spill a lot of warm water. ( thermostaat crane would be the solution)

The moment we arrived Dino described it perfectly: „You arrive as a guest and become family“ The garden, the pool area, the indoor lounge with a perfectly equipped bar where you can pour yourself a drink and the room with beautiful interior, bathroom and a private outdoor seating are just beautiful. Walking distance to town is max. 10 min and perfectly safe. Everything here felt just easy going and thought after at the same time.

I am vegan and the chef went out of his/her way to create delicious cooked breakfasts. They really made a huge effort to make sure I didn't get a second-best experience - I was never made to feel my diet was an inconvenience. I really cannot fault Cape Vue. I paid more for my stay than I planned to - but got way more than the extra money's worth! It is a small place and they obviously make every effort with every single guest.

The most beautiful property in the most amazing setting. Felt like a home from home. The most welcoming team to greet up and felt like we were staying with family. Suck a welcoming place and we loved the free range style of hosting with the help yourself bar and relaxed atmosphere. We loved our stay and already looking into dates we can come back for a longer visit! Nothing. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Tom (10/5): Beautiful views and the perfect location to explore Franschhoek - Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and the most excellent mountain views from the pool. We loved being close enough to walk to the main street for food/drinks. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, we had a brilliant stay! Met great other guests and even got invited to two of their weddings! An excellent base for exploring the area in Gary Barlow’s footsteps… Nothing

The scenery was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus! It was really close to the Main Street in Franschhoek so we could walk there for dinner easily. Nothing

The staff was fantastic, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is excellent, but we recommend having a car to explore the area more conveniently. There is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, and we found the shower water temperature a bit hard to adjust.
