The hostel has a very specific reception schedule, from 4:00h(02:00p.m)- 19:00h(07:00p.m.). Check-in must be completed only within this time frame. After 19:00h(07:00p.m.), check-in will not be possible, and we are not responsible for any late check-ins.
• All credit/debit card payments incur a 5% surcharge.
• Bcn Condal Hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items or any other valuables.
• Parties are prohibited in our hostel.
• As our hostel is located in a residential building, no loud noises or music are allowed after 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
• The entry of visitors who are not staying at our hostel is strictly prohibited at all times. If any visitor comes and stays, we will charge you €100 and also check you out immediately.
• Please note that if your reservation is no-refundable, meaning we cannot return your money, according to the policy of EACH BOOKING WEBSITE.
• No bicycles (normal or electric), skateboards (normal or electric), or e-scooters are allowed, as we have no storage space for them at the hostel. Do not store them in your room either.
• Bcn Condal offers the following free services: Wi-Fi throughout the day, and we also provide tea, coffee, and water.
• The towel we provide is free and should be used only for showering. Do not take it outside the hostel (e.g., to the beach) or use it for removing makeup or any other stains. If you do, we will charge you an extra €35 as a penalty.
• It is strictly prohibited to smoke or consume any unusual substances in BCN CONDAL HOSTAL. If you consume any of these substances, we will charge you €100 and check you out immediately.
• Please note that we do not have space to store your luggage after CHECK-OUT due to lack of space.
• If you do not follow the hostel rules, you will be expelled for violating them.

El recepcionista fue muy amable, yo había perdido el DNI y estaba nerviosa, el me supo dar soluciones a la hora de hacer el check in y no tuvo ningún problema. Me dio direcciones para ir a los Mossos y me sentí muy cómoda. En cuanto a los servicios, para el precio que tiene también genial, si bien es cierto que el baño es compartido, hay ducha y lavamanos en cada habitación, hay una televisión y aire acondicionado. La cama doble super blandita y cómoda, dormí muy bien y todo estaba impecable. Lo único que sí puedo decir es que las ventanas están muy mal aisladas y se escuchaba todo, no sé por qué en BCN por la noche deciden las ambulancias que es buena idea ir con la alarma a tope a pesar de que no hay tránsito jajaja.

Public transport within 10minutes of reach Room was a bit small also a curtain or something for the shower might be a good idea. My bed had a weird but small stain otherwise everything else was good.

- Ana (1/5): Horrível - Nada Não gostei de nada as imagens não correspondem ao que encontramos! O quarto está degradado com mau cheiro, o papel de parede está todo a descolar. O quarto não tinha janela e havia uma ventilação a funcionar a noite interdita que não nos deixava dormir! Tivemos de passar uma noite em outro hotel e gastar dinheiro pois o local é precário! Passamos o dia inteiro a andar pela cidade para chegarmos cansados e conseguir dormir naquele local! Sem bastar que andava um idoso sem camisa de noite a andar pelo hostal como se nada fosse! Pelo preço que pagamos não tivemos as mínimas condições!

- Marcela (7/5): Malo - La ubicación creo que es insuperable. En 5 minutos estás en la Sagrada Familia. (Tb hay una estación de metro ahí) Tiene solo un baño de mujeres (y uno de hombres) para las 7 u 8 habitaciones que tienen. Lamentablemente, no estaban limpios, creo que debiesen limpiarlos más seguido si los usa tanta gente. El hostal está lleno de normas, letreros con advertencias de multas por todas partes, para tanta exigencia, la atención debiese mejorar bastante. Suerte que nuestra pasada fue breve y la ubicación nos permitió lograr el objetivo del viaje, de todas formas, no recomiendo el hostal, debe haber otros mucho mejores y más baratos
- Victoria (7/5): This was the cheapest central place I could find for a very short stay and I would recommend it if your hotel budget is - Great location, facilities were okay and I was glad to have a private shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was not too hot or cold. I was very happy that they let us check in early and made our beds and cleaned the room in the morning! If you are claustrophobic you might feel a bit odd, everything is squeezed to the cm! The heating was on even though it was 25 degrees outside and when we asked about it they did lower it but they couldn't fully turn it off because it was out of their control (the fan and ac did balance it out however).

- Bel-12 (7/5): - El hotel está ubicado cerca de la Sagrada Familia y es fácil llegar caminando a diferentes sitios. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los vehículos y fue difícil dormir. Hay carteles con advertencia de muchas cosas que no se pueden hacer y de cuánto debes pagar si haces algo indebido.
