- Ivonne (8/5): Kurzurlaub an der Ostseeküste - Wir hatten einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub. Beim Check in war der Wohnungsschlüssel hinterlegt und wir bekamen Infos zur Ferienwohnung per SMS. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Auch die Nutzung vom Schwimmbad mit Sauna war sehr angenehm. Kurzer Weg durch den Wald zum wunderschönen Ostseestrand Einige kleine Reparaturen sind notwendig- die Türklinke vom Bad war sehr locker, Balkontür schließt schlecht Beim Aufschließen der Eingangstür, brauchten wir viel Geduld und mussten den Schlüssel immer erst in eine bestimmte Position bringen, eh es funktioniert hat. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung mit 5 Personen gebucht und bekamen nur 4 Bademäntel (der 5. Bademantel hätte extra gekostet) Am letzten Urlaubstag fiel der Strom (nur das Licht und der Backofen) aus - leider konnten wir keinen Sicherungskasten in der Wohnung finden.
- Alexander Zart (7/5): Es war sehr schön, aber wir würden es wohl nicht nochmal in diesem Apartment versuchen. - Mir hat gefallen, dass das Apartment sehr gut eingerichtet war. Sogar an Spielzeuge für Kinder und Tonie-Figuren wurde bereits gedacht. Der Zugang zum Balkon war toll und insgesamt war das Objekt sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Schwimmbad war sehr sauber und wurde unseren Ansprüchen gerecht. Uns hat der Umgang mit dem Frühstück nicht gefallen. Das Frühstück kam in einer großen Papiertüte mit großer Auswahl. Wir wurden auch an allen Tagen satt. Aber: Wir haben insgesamt 5 Brote weggeworfen sowie viele andere Nahrungsmittel. Am ersten Tag füllten wir einen Zettel aus und stellten die Sachen, die wir nicht verbraucht hatten mit dem Verpackungsmaterial vor die Tür. Diese Tüte wurde nicht abgeholt. Folglich wurden keine Wünsche berücksichtigt. Am zweiten Tag war der Käse schon ranzig und der Frischkäse war komplett flüssig. Ich hätte es sehr gut gefunden, wenn in der Tüte einfach Zutaten sind, eine Packung Eier, abgepackter Käse und Wurst, Gemüse, Obst, Cornflakes und Brötchen. Dann hätten wir uns selbst ein Frühstück gezaubert. So war es nicht wirklich gut.

Die gesamte. Einrivhtung war sauber mit allem Ausgestattet was ein Hausht braucht.. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen Das Sofa I.m Wohnbereich konnte überholt werden die Seitenteile sind vom Bezug her prosig. Sonst alles perfekt

Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów zwykłych i elektrycznych (dodatkowo płatne). Bardzo dobry kontakt z przesympatyczną właścicielką :) Do tego apartamentu był dedykowany parking garażowany. - Katrin (7/5): - Schönes, großes Apartment mit 2 Bädern. Wir waren zu fünft dort und brauchten auch diese Grösse. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer geliefert und war vollkommen ausreichend und lecker. Leider ohne Kaffee. Der Weg zum Strand geht durch den Wald und dauert ca.10 Minuten. Der Strand selber ist schön groß und weitläufig ohne Steine und Seegras- sehr schön für lange Spaziergänge. Der Pool war sehr klein und auch den Saunabereich hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt. Die Sauna ist quasi neben dem Whirlpool und man kann schon reinsehen. Der Bademeister sowie auch der Security Mann waren extrem unfreundlich. Bei 4 Sternen hatten wir mehr erwartet. Für Massagen oder ähnliches muss man nach Kolberg fahren, es wird nicht dort vor Ort gemacht. Ebenso war auch die Kommunikation dort mit Angestellten nicht gegeben. Wir hatten keinen unmittelbaren Kontakt dort vor Ort. Trotz Anruf bekamen wir keine neuen Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschienentabs und haben das dann selbst gekauft. Auch auf Abänderungen beim Frühstück wurde trotz eines von denen beigelegten Zettel nicht reagiert. Wir würden ehrlicherweise nicht wieder kommen.

- Behruz (1/5): - In der Nähe Stadtzentrum und Strand. Bereits beim Eintreffen in der Unterkunft zeigte sich eine unzureichende Koordination seitens der zuständigen Kontaktperson. Es erfolgte keinerlei Einweisung oder Erklärung zur Müllentsorgung, Wohnungsausstattung, Nutzung des Parkplatzes oder des Spa-Bereichs. Besonders gravierend war jedoch der Zustand der Wohnung selbst: Verstopfter Siphon/Duschdefekt: Die Dusche war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar. Wir informierten den Ansprechpartner am folgenden Tag, erhielten jedoch keinerlei Unterstützung. Duschen war somit nicht möglich – ein unhaltbarer Zustand. Starker Abwassergeruch: Die Wohnung war durchgehend von einem unangenehmen Abwassergeruch durchzogen. Trotz Mitteilung reagierte niemand auf diese erhebliche Beeinträchtigung. Unzureichende Ausstattung: Obwohl wir zu fünft waren, standen nur vier Stühle zur Verfügung. Trotz unserer Bitte wurde uns kein zusätzlicher Stuhl gebracht. Nicht eingehaltene Zusagen: Es wurde uns zugesichert, zusätzliche Handtücher zum Aufwischen des nassen Badbodens bereitzustellen – diese wurden jedoch nie geliefert. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt stark durch die schlechte Kommunikation, die unzumutbaren hygienischen Zustände und den fehlenden Service beeinträchtigt. Wir hatten deutlich höhere Erwartungen an die Unterkunft und insbesondere an die Betreuung durch das zuständige Personal.
- Nicole (10/5): Entspannte Urlaubstage in einem tollen Apartment - Das Apartment ist mit 85 qm sehr geräumig und sauber, die Küche groß und neuwertig. Der Balkon mit Südlage lädt zum Verweilen ein. Positiv ist auch die Nähe zur Ostsee (fußläufig 850 m). Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, hat sehr gut geschmeckt und perfekt für einen guten Start in den Tag. Das W-LAN war sehr gut. Pool (Kinderbecken, Schwimmerbecken mit Tiefe 1,30 m, Whirlpool), Sauna und Fitnessraum sind ebenfalls sehr gut und sauber. Super fanden wir, dass während der Öffnungszeit der Pools immer ein Bademeister vor Ort war, das Gebäude war rund um die Uhr mit einem Sicherheitsposten am Eingang besetzt. Agnieszka stand für Fragen zur Verfügung und war eine angenehme Gastgeberin. Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The sofa bed is a bit narrow for two people to sleep. It's not possible to select what you would like for breakfast, but the breakfast set is quite large, so you have enough options so choose from.

Wem das nicht stört, für den ist der Urlaub super. Unterschiedliche Zeit für die Anlieferung des Frühstücks ( 08:00 Uhr - 09:00 Uhr)

Bardzo miło spędziliśmy kilka dni urlopu basen dla dzieci i dla nas sprawdził się rewelacyjnie, okolica świetna do spacerów oraz jazdy na rowerze. Do plaży kawałek spacerkiem , brakuje tylko sklepu spożywczego w pobliżu , ale to tylko dlatego że byliśmy bez auta. Wszystko ok

- Eric (8/5): - Uns hat die Lage zum Strand gefallen. Und das es für schlechtwetter Tage ein Schwimmbad und Spielplatz gibt. Das Restaurant im Gebäudekomplex hat sehr leckeres Essen und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Spielraum direkt neben dem Restaurant mit Durchgangstür ermöglicht den Eltern ein entspanntes Essen und den Kinder Spaß beim Spielen. Das Personal im Schwimmbad ( Bademeister und der Pförtner egal welcher ) waren alle sehr unfreundlich und nicht wirklich bestrebt urlaubsfeeling zu vermitteln. Der Bademeister hat meinen Sohn (4Jahre) und mich dauerhaft ermahnt obwohl wir die einzigen im Pool waren und niemand durch unsere Spielen/Toben gestört wurde. Die Atmosphäre wurde dadurch sehr gestört.
- Monika (9/5): - Skvělé ubytování. Moc pohodlná postel a zatemňovací závěsy. Až na opravdu nezvykle hlučné racky jsme se úžasně vyspali. Design apartmánu působil luxusně. Barevně ladilo i nádobí. Všichni se smyslem pro detail tu budou jistě spokojeni. Děkujeme Agniezsce, že vše proběhlo nsprosto bez problémů. Lokalita je moc fajn, jen jsme byli překvapeni, jak málo se v okolí nachází restaurací. Skleněné ohrazení balkónu bylo hodně špinavé. Na parkovací místo 8 je pro klasické osobní vozidlo možné jen zaparkovat pozpátku, díky železnému uzávěru a sklonu jsme si při parkování po předu málem urvali přední nárazník. Tuto informaci bychom ocenili předem. Ocenila jsem saunu, avšak chodit do sauny v plavkách je opravdu šílené...

Basen i sauna przydały się przy niepogodzie Śniadania dostarczane do pokoju mało urozmaicone, niestety nie było też lokalnych produktów.
- Nancy (8/5): Kommen gerne wieder - Gute Ausstattung des Zimmers, Betten und Schlafcouch waren bequem. Pool sehr gut. Teilweise nur zu kalt, aber das ist meckern auf Hohem Niveau. 🤣 Bademeister auf Zack, Fitnessraum toll. Gelände gross und mit 2 Spielplätzen. Garage top, Auto steht sicher Der Balkon war für 4 Personen zu klein Keine Backofen, nur kochfeld und Microwelle. Eine kleine Information von Kolberg über Kolberg wäre toll, also wo sich was befindet.
- Anna (10/5): To był bardzo udany pobyt, pyszne śniadania i bardzo miła obsługa! - Przestronny, czysty i jasny apartament, idealny dla rodziny, zlokalizowany bardzo blisko plaży! Dodatkowym atutem są wyśmienite, królewskie śniadania, codziennie rano dostarczane pod drzwi. Obsługa apartamentu jest niezwykle pomocna i uprzejma. Serdecznie polecamy!
- Patrick (7/5): Geräumige Apartments in ruhiger Strandnähe - Lage zum Strand(ca 10 min Fußweg), Indoorpools inkl. Whirlpool,ruhige Lage, genereller Aufbau der Wohnung. Sauberkeit im Badezimmer,Küche und teilweise Balkon. Im Badezimmer war der Seifenspender sehr verdreckt und mit Duschshampoo befüllt. In der Küche der Wasserkocher und auch Duschkopf sehr verkalkt und teilweise die Töpfe nicht komplett sauber. Glasscheiben der Balkonverglasung dreckig und nicht geputzt.

- Joanna (5/5): - Przestronność Daleko od morza, mimo że w opisie przy plaży. Brak jasnych instrukcji jak trafić. Najpierw personel się umawia by pokazać który apartament i przekazać klucze, później nie ma czasu i wysyła słabe instrukcje. Brak hasła do WiFi itd

- Ghazaleh (9/5): Wunderschön und wirklich wärmstens zu empfehlen, für Pärchen und Familienunrlaub einfach nur klasse. Agnieszka hat uns s - Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, welche 15 min fußläufig zum Strand entfernt ist. Es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe, aber man sollte Geduld haben, es dauert bis zu 1 Std. Essen zu bekommen. Die Appartements sind groß und geräumig, Küchenutensilien alle vorhanden. Armaturen waren alle kalkfrei und sauber. Das Frühstück war super, nur ein paar Brötchen zu wenig. Der Poolbereich war klein und überschaubar, sehr gepflegt. Leider haben wir ein Klappbett im Zimmer gehabt, welches wirklich nicht gereinigt war, wahrscheinlich hat man das vergessen. Zudem sind die Türrosetten fast überall lose.

- Jacek (10/5): Jestem bardzo zadowolony, polecam. - Czysto, przestronnie, nowoczesne wyposażenie, dużym plusem było prywatne miejsce parkingowe oraz balkon/loggia usytuowana bardzo fajnie pod względem popołudniowego słońca, łatwy dostęp do siłowni i basenu.

- Marcelle (9/5): Relaxante - Da para ir a pé pra praia passando por um trecho bonito de floresta. A praia é calminha e bonita. A área da piscina é bem legal. Estava vazia mas acho que pela época que fomos provavelmente no verão fique cheia. Tem academia, sauna e jacuzzi. A cozinha é ok, tem microondas, geladeira, panelas, um fogão de indução de 2 bocas, uma máquina de espresso. Não tem forno nem airfryer. O quarto é bom e tem um sofá cama na sala. No banheiro tem um sabonete cheirosissimo e tem secador de cabelo. Poder levar o cachorro é um plus e tem muitas pessoas com animais o que é bacana. Muitas famílias. O restaurante é gostosinho. Não tem nada de balada perto é realmente pra quem quer relaxar e curtir a natureza com a família. o colchão parece ser de qualidade mas infelizmente é macio demais e isso pra minha coluna não foi bom mas o problema é da minha coluna e não da cama
- Peter (6/5): Alles in Allem okay für den Preis, leider aber auch nicht mehr. - Die Lage ist ganz gut, Kolberg City ist theoretisch fußläufig zu erreichen, außerdem ist es nicht weit zum Strand. Der (West-)Balkon war ganz nice, wenn auch sehr exponiert bzw. einsehbar, Privatsphäre hat man dort keine. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Leider roch das Badezimmer bei unserer Ankunft stark nach Schimmelsporen, wir mußten entsprechend dauerhaft die Lüftung laufen lassen, dadurch wurde es besser. Ökologisch gesehen fatal, und natürlich war der Lüfter permanent zu hören. Das Gebäude ist im Allgemeinen sehr hellhörig und wirkt schon etwas abgenutzt, obwohl es eigentlich nicht allzu alt sein kann. Das Wasser im Innenpool war ziemlich grün...
- ShaoKhan (10/5): - Die Entfernung zum Meer mit einem kleinen Spaziergang ist sehr gut. Der Strand ist riesig, sauber mit viel Platz. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, Frühstück (wenn gebucht) ist reichhaltig und absolut ausreichend. Die Mitbewohner im Haus, die der Meinung sind, sie wohnen alleine dort.
- Nadine (9/5): Alles wie gebucht - super - Modern eingerichtete Wohnung, alles entsprach den Bildern - und sehr schöner Balkon. Pools waren sehr toll für die Kinder - das große Becken auch nicht zu kalt (für mich Frostbeule auch). Dazu ein kleineres Becken und einen Whirlpool, die ordentlich warm waren. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bademäntel, Geschirrspültabs, Salz, Handseife usw. Durch den Wald und man war direkt am Strand, der absolut sauber ist und wer mag, kann kilometerweit laufen. Und ja, wie in den anderen Bewertungen steht, man muss kurz laufen, 5-7min. Das fanden wir überhaupt nicht schlimm, da es einfach den natürlichen Charme so behält (als alles zugepflastert bis zum Strand). Anlage ist abgeschlossen. Es sind genügend Fahrradständer und zwei Spielplätze vorhanden. Schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermietung, die sehr schnell antwortet.

- Nancy (7/5): - Im Schwimmbad ist im Becken die Folie am Boden locker , dennoch für Schwimmen in Ordnung. Einer der Herren vor dem Schwimmbad ist sehr unfreundlich und genervt!! Kann einem auch schon mal alles versauen!!

- Stephanie (10/5): - Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, alles was das ❤️ begehrt, alles war sauber, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem herrlichen Sonnenbalkon, direkt am Park gelegen und nur 10 Minuten Gehweg zum Strand entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 👍
