Guest Reviews
- Robert (8/5): For the money - It met all my expectations -
- Patrick (10/5): -
- Kevin (9/5): - Didn't know this was a timeshare property. They pressures us at check-in to attend the meeting.
- Mallori (10/5): -
- Larson (10/5): Always a favorite - Pool heat was perfect
Location is convenient
Low key property
Hiking access was amazing
- Doroteo (10/5): -
- Elizabeth (2/5): - The location was good We didnt like that at 7am they were trying to come in out room to service something and we were not made aware.
- Julius (5/5): Fair. - Location. Spacious rooms. Check in wait up to 3 hours and was repeatedly informed that room would be ready shortly.
- Therese (7/5): - Clean, convenient, and good location Rooms were not ready at check in.
- Deborah (7/5): -
- Hannah (7/5): - The pool was warm! Spacious suite. Paid wifi - also could have had more coffee/dishwasher tabs in the room in accordance with number of expected guests.
- Jessica (8/5): Would recommend! - Location. All staff was friendly. Pricing fair. All around great facilities and comfortable room. Gym has limited equipment, out of order equipment, and very light dumbells. Complimentary breakfast would be nice. Floor/carpeting can be cleaner. Was not interested in the timeshare spiel during check in especially since I was short on time. Please consider having EV charging and I'll definitely be back!
- Tammy (9/5): - Great locations, lots of space and storage. Hiking close by. A bit dated
- Patricia (8/5): - Stor lägenhet med allt som önskas, trails direkt bakom resorten Att man direkt vid ankomst försöker att sälja in sin timesharing concept. Tack men nej tack bör räcka.
- Sonia (8/5): - Location, amenities, spacious rooms We were initially given a room that was full of mosquitoes and were bitten as soon as we walked in. We called to request a different room, but front desk told us the mosquitoes were seasonal and didn’t have another room for us. We called a second time asking to be moved to another room and were told that they happened to find another room. However, this was because maintenance was not able to come treat for the mosquitoes right then & there. We had an unfortunate welcoming full of mosquitoes & were left uncomfortable for the duration of our stay due to the bites.
- Angela (6/5): Mediocre. - Spacious. Comfortable beds if you like soft. No/poor lighting to go up/down stairs… definitely a fall hazard. TV did not work, had to call maintenance then had to replace box which I don’t like to bothered so I forwent the box exchange until we checked out. One of two hot tubs worked so it was always crowded. Biggest issues were you get charged 9.95/ day for internet and they PRE-charge your card $250 for incidentals whether you had them or not AND takes up to 15 days to get money back on your card. Never have I been pre-charged. Leaving a card of incidentals is one thing but to charge it regardless is another. disappointed. No ziplock bags, coffee filters etc so bring your own if you think you’ll need.

- Nielsen (10/5): Maria in the front office office was awesome. Very personable. - The property was nice and beautiful. The only issue I had was that I booked a room with a oversize tub/hot tub Jacuzzi tub in a room that was pictured when I booked it, but the room did not have that I was a little bummed out, but the property was beautiful itself, and the staff friendly. The property had a lot of amenities also that guest service was open 24 hours. You can get a hold of somebody via text. The picture is below are of the living room dining room and the spare bedroom second bedroom.
- Nathan (6/5): -
- Cherie (5/5): Falsely advertised and overpriced. - Location Rooms extremely outdated. Appliances were falling apart. HVAC system was incredibly loud.
Property is advertised as a resort but the only resort amenity is a decent pool. Staff was not helpful until we complained to the management.
- Jose (9/5): - Nice and quiet
- Christine (8/5): - The property was great for the value and for a big family. It was spacious and quiet. Check-in was at 4pm, but we didn’t have our room ready until 7 pm.
- Anderson (10/5): -
- Patricia (10/5): Excellent - Close to trails- great pools Nothing
- Kemraj (7/5): Was decent. - Good overall in a nice location One of the front desk staff was not helpful she is usually there early morning and was kind of rude when I just ask for a print out of my receipt when I was checking out. Could be cleaner..
- ELIZABETH (10/5): - Great stay. Loved the private garage. We walked over to Turning Point USA to pay respects to Charlie Kirk. The patio in the morning breeze, wildlife, and a cooler was very peaceful. As always, Worldmark doesn’t disappoint!

- Roshawn (10/5): -

- Marcella (8/5): Phoenix Weekend - Cond bath needs upgrading. Carpets and fixtures are dated
- Sonia (8/5): -
- LiNay (10/5): - nice and clean
- Roman3255 (10/5): Todo excepcional - La habitacio Todo muy bien
- Ілона (10/5): -
- Tangee (9/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): Great hidden gem!! Fit our large family with great amenities - Trails, friendly staff, pool, spacious rooms Nothing
- Vanessa (8/5): Very good -
- Vanessa (9/5): Superb -
- Gonzalez (1/5): Not relaxing - Harassed for timeshare presentation crap, they don't accept no for an answer, in 1 day they called me 5x and knocked on my door twice, that's excessive bothersome and patronizing.
I said no multiple times they still don't quit, and they charge $10 a day for wifi BS
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (10/5): A great stay all worth all the pennies . - The staff was friendly and welcoming.there is a concierge on this property if needed to help book any need by activity.
I love the location close to my CE class. We absolutely love the beautiful South mountain..
The apartment was clean and Super big.so much room for three people. Let's say it was an amazing treat. One of my best stays.
I highly recommend staying here. The pool was refreshing and much needed a short vacation. thank you for the great stay. Cell phones don't really hardly get service here at this property so you have to buy internet to use your phone in vacation rentals apartments.. starting 10.oo day for few devices but besides that I love the property
- Estella (10/5): - ...
- Camille (9/5): Convenient, safe, and affordable while going above and beyond to ensure guests are happy. - First, the location, accommodations, and price was what I was looking for in our stay. The garage was a bonus that added security, privacy and convenience. There was lots of parking if we were to have guests. The pool, gym, and trails were also a great bonus for added amenities. The washer and dryer and fully loaded kitchen were great. The jacuzzi tub was fun as well. I’d love to come back. We visit Arizona annually during the winter holidays. I would like curtains but that’s just being picky. The “master” bedroom is a little odd with openness to the bathroom. I’d suggest a curtain next to the jacuzzi for a bit more privacy from the shower and toilet and the bed. But that’s just nit picky. This place is great and quiet… my favorite!
- Avila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lourdes (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and neatly Smelled dog pee
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (4/5): - Booked on-line and received confirmation but upon arrival there was no room despite acknowledgment that they did confirm the booking.
- Mcvhisky (6/5): Promised so much - could be so much better - Size of apartment, reasonable complete kitchen -no toaster State of furniture. New mattresses required. toilets in ensuite are open to bedroom. NOT COOL! Window very dirty, curtains to small
- Gonzalez (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and accommodating
- Amber (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cota (10/5): Perfect for our needs .. 👍🏼 - Everything !!
Had issues with the A/C one night and they gave me another unit cuz it was after hours … Next day it got fixed .. and we kept the same unit with no need to move !! All good!!
- Gina (10/5): We will definitely be back! - The suites were amazing and comfortable. Just what we needed for a family vacation Everything was perfect!
- David (4/5): DANGER! WARNING! AVOID! - WARNING!! DANGER!!
Avoid staying here. I stayed a short time and had a room that random people came in and out. I actuality purchased a traul camera to capture who was moving pillows and changing the TV to BET.
I had 2 bokkings and neesed to go back a 2nd time. When i arrived back from a weekend hime they didnt have a room for me. No prior call or notification. I arrived at 1am and was told "sorry.... its your problem. Figure it out".
DO NOT STAY HERE!!
- Seeley (9/5): Our stay was short but it was an excellent experience. - The rooms were big and clean
- Patricia (8/5): Pretty good - WiFi not included
- Alishia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lateca (9/5): Superb -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I love the location of this place and the pool/spa is great. Both times I have stayed there were several maintenance issues in the place I was given so wish they would maintain the property better.
- Felyn (8/5): Very good -
- Kimberly (9/5): Delighted with the front desk staff! They met all our needs immediately and without hesitation.love - The staff was Excellent!!! More signage at front of property to designate your driveway..google maps didnt track it very well
- Mcnair (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kerstin (8/5): For us a nice place to stay - Very clean and professional. The woman at the reception was not really friendly
- Ian (8/5): Watch out for the timeshare pitch - We had an apartment overlooking the reserve which was fantastic. You can walk straight out of the complex into the desert hills with trails everywhere. Apartment was large, clean and well equipped. Very close to the airport. We arrived late in the evening after a 12 hour flight. Not normally an issue but we were given the hard sell on attending a timeshare pitch the following day. We were able to decline but seriously, I booked this via booking.com, we just wanted a place to get some sleep. Staff were friendly about it though.
- Rita (7/5): It was great for our family stay. - The pool Facilites were dated
- Karen (8/5): It was good. The no pets policy is archaic and needs to change - The pool hours were shut down too early.
- Oshea (10/5): The stay was wonderful the entire family had a blast! - The property was secluded and next to nice hiking trail.
- Andrea (1/5): Bad - The place is nice but that is it Staff
- Roshawn (10/5): This was my 3rd stay and I will be back - Very comfortable Beautiful
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place, kitchen and living room is a huge plus compared to booking a traditional hotel room. Pool was great because there were 2 of them as well as 2 jacuzzis. Room was a little dusty and the fridge had an annoying broken piece. Also could have used a few more towels in the room. Mainly minor things, nothing that ruined the stay.
- Keyana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kyle (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jun (1/5): Bad -
- Jun (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing to dislike
- Gregory (8/5): Would be 5 stars....but it's a timeshare! - These are townhouses/condos that were scooped up by a timeshare company in the 2010's. So the layout of the units are very nice. When they have spare units that are vacant they will put a listing on hotels.com and the other rental websites. The main gripe is they use high pressure sales tactics from the 1970's to persuade you to buy or join their timeshare. So if you are not in the market for a timeshare, be ready to put up with annoying salespeople that will
- Money (10/5): Exceptional - Everything so home like There is nothing to not like
- Angela (10/5): - The rooms were nice and spacious. The pool area needs to be updated very small.
- Lou (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Beautiful hikes right outside the door. Nice and quiet. Nice pools. Showers were lousy
- Christie (10/5): Perfect! - The pool area was beautiful and fun for kids and adults. the ping pong table in the pool area was a hit for my older kids. The scenery around the resort was beautiful as well. Private patios and garages were also great amenities. The location but so worth it to the the beautiful scenery surrounding it.
- Tmb1973 (5/5): Mixed Reviews - The 3 bedroom accommodations size for 3.
Located in a quiet area.
Check In staff was very pleasant.
Washer and dryer in the unit.
Balcony is quaint. Didn't like the barrage of sales pitches to attend a timeshare presentation while on my PAID vacation after I checked in.
No elevators so lugging heavy luggage was not ideal but we handled it.
Private parking garage accommodates a mid size vehicle at best. Anything bigger and it's very tight.
If I had been the only traveler I wouldn't have booked here at all as timeshare stays are not my style. Booked only cause of the group.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The unit was lovely, clean and well cared for. We enjoyed coming back to it after a long day of hiking or sight seeing. The people at the front desk were cheerful and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.
- Wilson (4/5): - Unfortunately the “non-smoking” condo unit my family stayed in had a very strong cigarette smoke stench which caused my son to have headaches and throat issues the entire trip. This was especially disappointing since we were there for my son’s soccer tournament. The cigarette smoke in the room impacted our ability to get a good night sleep which ultimately made our stay experience horrible. In addition, the garage attached to our condo unit turned out to be the “maintenance” storage room with broken down golf karts and a mess of supplies. Seriously why do they think anyone would be ok with that, especially at this high per day price point. Lastly, the unit was just dirty period, dirt and gunk all over the walls and hvac filter was clearly not changed for years. See pics. I was told that the mgr would call me a day after checkout to discuss accommodations for the poor experience my family had but haven’t heard anything at all. Literally this place is like a motel 6, just bigger =(. Stay away.
- Vicki (8/5): Very good -
- David (6/5): Sales team was a turn-off - The property was nice, good location with South Mountain Park trailheads at the property. The condo was clean and comfortable and the cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly and nice. The pools were fun for the family. The downside was the sales team that, before they hand you the keys to your condo, accosts you at check-in with high pressure sales tactics to attend what they say is a 90-minute sales presentation the next morning. They catch you with your guard down (I'm on vacation) and dupe you into talking to the salesman by introducing him as the "concierge." I told them that I did not want to go to the meeting because I was not in the market for time-share and I had limited time to be with family, but they were relentless so I agreed to an early morning meeting. This prompted me to do a little online research about Worldmark and, well, the research speaks for itself -- look up "Worldmark lawsuits." The experience created stress on my holiday weekend. I cancelled the meeting the next morning, but ran into the sales team the next day who treated me with disdain when I told them I didn't go to the meeting. Because of the sales team and Worldmark's M.O. to pressure it's guests this way, I would never stay at a Worldmark again, even though, otherwise, I really liked the property and the other support staff.
- Breeahna (10/5): - It was great! Spacious and exactly what I needed while working.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Djemica (10/5): - Very nice property all around..
- Seung (10/5): - Great location and space in the rentals.
- Tonya (8/5): Ok room with garage parking - The downfalls about this property is they try to push a presentation on you for timeshare! And the location is more to be desired and DOES NOT HAVE GOLF COURSE ON SITE
- Patrice (10/5): - Loved location next to hiking trails and freeway
- Julia (10/5): Very satisfied with my stay - Comfortable environment, beautiful scenery, very helpful staff and great location for golfing
- Ralph (8/5): - Great location would definitely recommend and stay again
- Dean (10/5): - Very nice
- Elisabeth (10/5): - Very happy with our stay. Very affordable and perfect for 2 households staying together.
- ABIGAIL (8/5): - Spacious rooms. Family friendly
- Lancer (10/5): Staycation - Very clean two bedroom Unit with the garage had everything I needed and more. The only thing I didn’t understand is the cost for wifi knowing your in a low reception area. That’s the only thing I would change other then that excellent stay.
- Latascha (10/5): Desert Oasis - Very comfortable stay. Quit, felt like we were not in the city. Very clean and staff was pleasant. Loved this place and can’t wait to book again.
- Kevin (6/5): Good size room, not great, parking is terrible - The hotel was okay but not great. A word of caution, unless you're driving a motorcycle to the hotel, their parkinging is horrible, incredibly thin spots. I have a nice new ding on my door and someone wrote a nasty message on my window not realizing half my SUV was on the curb and the other half was on the white line. Their are nice trails to south mountain right outside of the resort which is what we liked best about the property. The sales people were a little pushy at the beginning but then didn't hear back from them the rest of our two night stay.
