- Verified traveler (2/5): - In three months of budget travel this is the only accommodation I have left without spending a night. The room was infested with ants, in the bed and crawling along the walls. It was very hot, much hotter than the our doors, with a small swamp cooler in the closet but no fan or air-conditioning. The curtains between the room and the busy courtyard are sheer so privacy. Hosts were rude and unhelpful. Be aware that they only take cash. They want payment in dollars and charge 20% more if paid in local currency, so you'll need to go to an ATM and then a cambio unless you happen to be carrying dollars. I paid for two nights and chose not to spend any. Low budget is one thing, I don't expect the Ritz, but the hosts were unpleasant and thats a deal breaker for me.

- Jonnath (8/5): Lugar aconchegante - O lugar é acolhedor. Só não gostei da porta que é de vidro e coberta por uma cortina. Ainda assim não oferece tanta privacidade. Mas diante da receptividade e do aconchego isso foi superado. Ahh. O banheiro é um pouco apertado também. Bem apertado. Mas da pra usar. Só não da pra tomar banho juntinho. Kkkkk

- Janet (10/5): - THis home is in a nice, safe neighborhood, and the property grounds are lovely. The guest room is detached from the house, and the hosts provided us keys so we could come and go as we pleased without disturbing anyone. The host couple was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed chatting with them over tea. We recommend Homestay without hesitation!
