- Oliver (8/5): Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel mit toller Lage am Strand und in reizvollem Umland - Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel mit toller Lage am Strand. Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich eingerichtet und wurde täglich gereinigt und gewischt (bei einem Strandhotel sehr wichtig). Der Mitteltrakt des Hotels mit hellem Lichthof, Palmen und Blumen ist faszinierend. Das Zimmer hatte einen ziemlich kleinen Balkon mit Wäschespinne, auf dem man aber sitzen konnte. Die Lage zur Seitenstraße raus ist tagsüber recht lebhaft, nachts wird es dann ruhiger. Wahrscheinlich sind die Zimmer auf der vom Eingang aus rechten Seite ruhiger. Das Personal war fast durchgängig sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie allgemein die meisten uns begegneten Sizilianer. Auch bei unserer späten Ankunft war es noch möglich, in der Bar im Nebengebäude einen Imbiss (Toast mit Käse und Schinken, Caprese Salat) und einen Absacker zu bekommen. Der Strand verfügt über eine sympathische Beach-Bar, und es waren tagsüber immer zwei Bademeister anwesend. Der Poolbereich ist einfach aber völlig ausreichend. Das Wasser war leicht salzig und das Becken für ein bisschen Sport durchaus ausreichend lang. Zum Ende der Vorsaison waren die durchaus vorhandenen Bars und Restaurant im Ort noch geschlossen. Aber im Nebenort Pozzallo, das man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen kann, ist stets eine ausreichende Auswahl von unterschiedlichen Restaurant, Trattorien und Rosticerien vorhanden. Ausflugsziele gibt es mit den schönen Barockstädten Ragusa, Modica, Sciclia und Ispica genügend in der Umgebung. Heißt, morgend schnell hin, sich umsehen und das Ambiente genießen... und nachmittags schon wieder am Strand chillen. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Sind normalerweise recht anspruchsvoll bei Sauberkeit und Modernität, und wir wurden da nicht enttäuscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt durchaus angemessen. Da wir aber neun Nächte hier waren, muss man doch sagen, dass die Auswahl letztlich etwas eintönig wurde. Besonders für Vegetarier fanden sich nicht viele Varianten, aber ein Grundstock an verschiedenen Cerealien. Rührei und Bacon wird ziemlich auf Vorrat ausgelegt, so dass sie dann nach einer Weile nicht mehr frisch aussehen. Weiter erwähnenswert sind die nicht so guten Kaffeeautomaten im Speisesaal. Diese sollten besser betreut (Reinigung, Nachfüllen) werden und machten irgendwie keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Mehrmals habe ich erlebt, das Gäste das Personal darauf ansprechen mussten. Die Qualität der Kaffees ist irgendwie nicht dem gewohnten italienischen Niveau angemessen. An dieser Stelle könnte das Modica Beach Resort wirklich noch mit wenig Aufwand und Invest die entscheidenden Fehlpunkte zur 10 von 10 gutmachen! Frisches Rührei an den Tisch und Kaffee nach Wahl, und schon freuen sich alle...

Nosotros contratamos media pensión y, sinceramente, habría sido mejor no hacerlo. La variedad es bastante escasa y muchos de los platos de la cena no estaban buenos. En el desayuno, los pancakes estaban duros como una piedra, no había pan integral y la bollería era de una calidad bastante baja. Para tratarse de un hotel de 4 estrellas, deja mucho que desear. Además, cuenta con un spa bastante limitado, ya que únicamente dispone de hammam y sauna, por lo que también resulta algo pobre en comparación con lo esperado. La piscina estuvo 2 días con el barrefondo las 24h y no nos pudimos bañar

J’ai dû donner un ultimatum de 15 min supplémentaire si non je partais, mes du coup la directrice passait par la, nous a demandé si sa allais et ces a ce moment la que elle nous a héberger dans une autre chambre.

- Dominique (10/5): très bon hôtel que nous recommandons - Très bone hôtel , à taille humaine, un accueil EXCEPTIONNEL! prêt à rendre service et qui considère que le client est un client!! grande chambre, claire, bien équipée, vue sur la mer, salle de bains bien équipée, , dîner assez sximple mais d'un bon rapport qualité prix, la structure de l'hôtel est presque neuve et tout est parfaitement conçu, tout est très propre accès direst à la plage bien entretenue, c'est une folie petite baie, grande piscine impeccable, il est plaisant de prendre un péritif face à la mer et au jardin, le personnel est attentif. RAS un peu à l'écart des grandes zones touristiques, mais ce n'est pas si loin et le calme repose...

Das Abendessen vom Buffet war nur Durchschnitt und die Speisen waren kalt. Der Weißwein zum Essen war ungenießbar. Frühstück war ok. WLAN funktionierte sehr schlecht. Die Zimmer haben zwar einen Kühlschrank, dieser kühlt aber nicht, laut Personal nicht defekt sondern so gewünscht. Macht leider überhaupt keinen Sinn!

Good sea and country views. Very quiet location. Great Customer Care. I always travel to hotels with a sea view room. It had exceptional views, BUT you have to stay up to see the views since how it is structurally built, you only see the terrace walls if you opt to sit down to have a coffee!!!... Also be aware of the location. It is perfectly nice but simply no shops around, not even a restaurant. The nearest is about 25-30 minutes by walk and the only two open, they only sell pizzas and sweets. You surely need to have a car/bike or a taxi. This was beginning of May.

- Nina (10/5): - Die Rezeptionistin Serena war die netteste und liebenswürdigste Person, die wir auf unserer Rundreise durch Sizilien getroffen haben. Sie hat uns immer freundlich unterstützt und war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, eine große Terrasse lud zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden ein. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt, sauber und stilvoll. Das Personal war freundlich. Die direkte Strandlage haben wir sehr geschätzt. Viele sehenswerte Orte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und die Ruhe im gesamten Hotel sehr gemocht. Das Frühstück ist gut, der Kaffee hat uns allerdings nicht so gut geschmeckt. Wir können das Hotel, für einen angenehmen Urlaub auf Sizilien, wärmstens empfehlen.

- Iveta (8/5): :) - Čo sa týka personálu, ten sa snažil byť milý a ústretový. Izby sú krásne, pohodlné a čisté, pani upratovačka chodila každý deň. Čo sa týka okolia a miesta, kde sa nachádza rezort, je to veľmi zanedbané a špinavé okolie, mali sme prenajaté auto a chodili sme denne na výlety. Sú tam samé odpadky, pri cestách, na ulici. To hovorím o okolí, rezort ako taký bol čístý, tam sa personál o čistotu a vzhľad staral výborne. Wifi nefungovalo po celý pobyt, nebola ponúknutá ani žiadna kompenzácia. Z izby sme mali výhľad na budovu, ale to sa asi musí platiť navyše, ak chcete krajší výhľad. Ešte by som sa chcela vyjadriť ku strave, čo sa týka večere, tam bol veľmi bohatý výber, jedlo bolo chutné, vždy teplé a naozaj výborné. Čo sa týka raňajok, bolo stále dookola to isté, chýbali mi jedlá ako napr. palacinky, pomazánky, párky, domáce koláče, ovsená kaša, určite by mohli byť pestrejšie. Čo sa týka dezertov po večeri, určite by som ocenila domáci koláč, je mnoho jednoduchých koláčov aj nepečených, ktoré sú omnoho chutnejšie ako polotovary torty, ktoré sa ponúkali. Videli sme kus Sicílie, more je prenádherné a v hoteli bolo o nás dobre postarané. Ďakujeme a prajeme všetko dobré Napísala som všetko do jedného komentára, v skratke - zanedbané cesty, špinavé ulice, plné odpadkov (zato hotel nemôže) - rovnaké raňajky - polotovary dezerty

- Tania (9/5): - We had a lovely stay at the Modica Beach Resort, where we spent a few nights towards the end of our trip in Sicily. It was the perfect place to unwind by the beach. The hotel provides sun loungers, and the water is crystal clear and very calm. We hope to return again. The reception staff were super friendly, and we especially wanted to thank the lady who checked us in. Throughout our stay, she helped us with various queries and made our stay super easy. The town is small with few restaurants and limited variety, some of which don't open during the low season, but it was fine for us - the hotel restaurant offers a buffet for lunch/dinner that you can book directly with reception (there is no menu but a per-person surcharge for each meal). We enquired but didn't book as we preferred smaller meals.

- Charlotte (8/5): Tolles Hotel zum entspannen und Baden - Das Zimmer war sehr groß, und sehr nett eingerichtet mit Kühlschrank, großen Fernseher und Balkon. Vor der Türe waren genug Parkplätze gratis. Die Anlage ist sehr nett Pool und Strand Top. Am Strand kann man direkt ins nächste Zentrum gehen zum Essen, Trinken, Einkaufen nur ca. 500m Frühstück war süß und Pikant, jedoch leider ohne Liebe, eingetrocknet, kalt was warm sein sollte und auch aus der Dose. Strandtücher sind einmalig Kostenpflichtig.

Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Wenig frisches Obst, ausser aus Dosen. Wenig Müsli-Auswahl. Am dritten Tag schon keine Körner mehr. Zu viel Süsses im Verhältnis. Das Abendessen überhaupt nicht gut, wenn man kein Fleisch und Fisch ist. Die Auswahl war daher sehr dürftig. Der Essensraum hat keine Atmosphäre, dieser sollte anders beleuchtet sein. Wir durften am Strand unerklärlicherweise die erste Reihe der Liegestühle nicht nutzen, was sich keiner erklären konnte. auf unsere Nachfrage hin hatten wir nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Der Pool war toll, allerdings ist es nicht gut für die Handtücher noch zu zahlen.

Kamer prima, netjes schoongemaakt en iedere dag schone handdoeken. als je een badhanddoek wil moet je daar 5 euro per stuk voor betalen, als je een schone wil moet je weer 5 euro betalen. Er waren veel kleine mugjes, daardoor kon je niet op het terras bij je kamer zitten of ‘s avond buiten bij de bar wat drinken. Avondeten was erg wisselend, soms prima, soms erg matig. Ontbijt op zich prima, veel onrijp fruit. Geen ontbijt om koolhydraatarm te eten. Waterige gebakken eieren, gekookte eieren ijskoud ( uit de koeling). In het dorp is niets te beleven.

- Carina (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, das Pers - Die Lage war traumhaft schön. Direkt am Meer mit privatem Strand und liegen (inklusive). Die Bar am Meer war super. Tolles Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war sehr gut….große Auswahl. Das Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Pool und man konnte in der Nacht ständig die Poolpumpe hören, was etwas störend war.

The food was very disappointing. We had a half-board. The selection was very small and for breakfast there are almost no fresh fruits. For hotel of this price and location we were expecting much more. Food is certainly the biggest and quite important downside.

Das Personal richtig zuvorkommend und super nett. Wir hatten noch unsere kleine Hündin dabei, selbst sie wurde von allen freundlich empfangen und im Zimmer stand sogar ein Welcome Packet für unseren Hund bereit. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen war top und richtig viel. Preis in der eher höheren Klasse aber das lohnt sich. Wir werden wieder kommen ♥️ Abendprogramm hat gefehlt, aber ich vermute dass es keins gab weil wir in der Nebensaison dort waren.
