- Shea (9/5): What you would expect plus a little bit more for the price point. - We had a room with beautiful views of Bagio. It is such a beautiful city. Hotel is on a hill and we were on the 4th floor with a view. We have memories for a lifetime as it is a unique place in a great location if you have a car. No tissue and only bar soap with the plumbing leaving you with something to desire. Also had a weird sliding door for the toilet area but what are you going to do. Also we booked for a lower price and was told a different price upon arival and I had to deny the room and they had to make a phone call to confirm our original price but we got it for cheaper than the walk in rate.

The toilet is always wet after taking a bath. the Bed is creaking whenever you sit and get up. the noise is soo loud, specially the room in front of us, when they use the TV you can hear everything from our room. the building is so old and so are the applicances, utensils.

Make sure your cardio is at good level. The water heater is defective, after the staff fix it at night went off again in the morning.

- Ron (7/5): Overall is still a good stay. Yes, will definitely give it a chance and stay here again. - The property has a good location, it’s clean, and we have a good view. Staff is okay, but that time I was parking, he’s at the entrance but didn’t even bother to guide considering the space is steep and he just continued smoking. Next is when I was trying to contact the reception downstairs, there’s no one around to help. The door has one lock only so it’s a bit risky to leave valuable things inside your room. The CR doesn’t have a lock on couple room.

- Hndee (10/5): Not recommended for elderly - We got a surprise karaoke in our room. We're a group of 4 people but the room has a capacity of 8 people. The property is facing sunrise. You can climb across the highway going to the Teacher's camp It's a little steep for parking. The room I got was beside the staircase so I could hear all the chatter from the reception and every noise the guests would make while climbing the stairs.

With free wifi, netflix, drinking water, free to cook and a comfort room. Some of the utensils, kitchen wares and kitchen appliances needs to be replaced already. Some of it are already rusty. No remote for the videoke tv.

- Rhos18 (10/5): Family Baguio Weekend Gateaway - What I like about this place is thier furniture and fixture, minimalist room ambiance, very spacious bedroom, comfort room and living room as well as complete kitchen utensils and functional equipment. I love thier mini refrigerator with freezer I didn't expect that on the room. Most of all friendly and approachable staff. Parking is too steep but bearable and you can assure that your car is safe.
