• Thierry (10/5): le paradis - C'est le propriétaire qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport Pendant le trajet nous lui avons demandé de s'arrêter pour que l'on puisse acheter une carte SIM indonésienne (ce qu'il a fait avec plaisir) en arrivant à la villa, il nous ouvert cette sublime villa avec tous ce qu'il faut une boisson offerte pour la bienvenue j'avais réservé un scooter (il nous attendait :-)) Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place car avec ma femme nous aimons découvrir des breakfasts dans des coins insolites Super séjour Sa femme et lui même sont très gentils comme la plus part des indonésiens c'est notre deuxième voyage sur Bali et on y retournera c'est sur Rien à dire

• Alina (10/5): - Отдыхали в апреле 2026 на вилле с 2 спальнями. Отличная вилла в тихом месте, есть абсолютно все необходимое без исключения. По расположению очень удобно, 10-15 минут до центра. Но вместе с тем, очень уютно и тихо. Наилучшим украшением этой виллы однозначно есть их собственники - Наджа и Ленни ( и конечно же вся их семья). Нас окружили неимоверной заботой с первого до последнего дня. Вам доступен любой трансфер от Наджи в самые интересные места Убуда и не только. Ленни готовила отличные разнообразные завтраки, уборка выше всяких похвал! Благодаря Надже мы увидели все самое интересное. Отдельное спасибо им за возможность посетить церемонию в храме. Это незабываемые впечатления на всю нашу жизнь. Всем рекомендую. И огромное спасибо семье Наджи, вы невероятные люди!

• Nistha (10/5): Dream villa - The villa was a dream 😍😍 We were 3 people who stayed in the villa and it was perfect. The place was really clean and very modern. There was a pool as soon as you enter, 2 rooms on either sides and an open kitchen which was amazing. The villa has been decorated with a lot of thought and it was a perfect blend of culture and modern vibe! The host (Naja and his wife Nyoman) live right next doors so they are very quick and helping and responding to your messages. Naja was really helpful! The first day after check in we were really hungry so he took us to a very good Indonesian restaurant and offered to pick us up as well! He has a book in the villa that has details of all the attractions. The explained to us a lot about the Indonesian culture. Nyoman (his wife) came every day to make breakfast and made whatever we wanted from their menu. She was really sweet and always smiling. On our last day she also brought some Indonesian snacks to try. In addition, she also provides cooking classes!! She came to the villa and taught us how to make Indonesian dishes. They also store luggage if needed. The pool in the villa was really beautiful as well. I took a lot of videos but couldn’t upload them. The villa looks exactly like the pictures. Nothing

• Eugenia (9/5): Private Villa mit netten Besitzern nebenan - Die Villa besteht aus zwei Bungalows mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. In der Mitte der Bungalows ist eine überdachte, Küchenzeile. Der Kühlschrank ist ziemlich praktisch. Vor der Küchenzeile ist ein privates Schwimmbecken. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super, es ist sauber, die Betten sind bequem und die Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Aufenthalt wird uns in angenehmer Erinnerung bleiben. Das Frühstück macht die Familie direkt in der Küchenzeile. Es war etwas störend, weil man dann nicht wusste ein mit sich, außer im Zimmer zu bleiben. Man konnte entsprechend auch nicht noch verschlafen im Pyjama oder Unterwäsche aus dem Zimmer stolpern. Das hat mich persönlich gestört, weil ich mich nach unseren beiden Kindern erst zum Schluss fertig machen kann, was sich als schwierig gestaltet, wenn die Sachen auf zwei Zimmern verteilt sind und man nicht hin und her laufen kann. Am ersten Tag wurde nach der Zubereitung des Frühstücks auch noch geputzt. D.h. nackig mit Sonnencreme einschmieren und dann zum Ausflug bereit machen, war auch etwas komprimiert. Die Lage des Hotels war auch weit ab vom Schuss, aber mit Grab ging die Hürde gut zu überwinden.

We learned so much about Balinese culture through our conversations with them, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. They not only cooked the most delicious homemade meals for us, but also invited us to join local ceremonies, giving us a unique glimpse into hindus traditions. Naja also drove us during our stay in Ubud, and choosing him was without a doubt the best decision we made. His guidance and knowledge made every journey special, and we felt safe and well taken care of at all times. The villa itself was simply wonderful—spotlessly clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. Every little detail was clearly done with so much love, making the place feel magical. Cap soroll ni de dia ni de nit, nomes animals de camp. Els espais per caminar són justos, sobre tot si plou. Manquen una pica o prestatgeries als lavabos per deixar les coses. Per seure nomes hi ha cadires, es troba a faltar un sofà o similar. Es troba en un carrer bastant secundari.

What I think makes the place more special is the owner Naja, who is always attentive to what you need. He offers breakfasts prepared in the villa with fresh ingredients every morning. If it's your first time in Ubud and you want to experience some of the real Bali, Naja is the right person. He always offers more local and quieter alternatives than the popular Instagram spots and he can drive you around.

They live nearby and came to make us a beautiful breakfast everyday, arranged a guide to hike Mt Batur for sunrise (one of our best experiences in Bali) and were always happy to help and advise. . They were the most helpful and accommodating people we stayed with a huge trip around Asia. Such lovely people. We liked everything. There are roosters nearby and a Gecko you can sometimes hear at night. It didn't bother us at all but might not be for everyone.

Having read previous reviews I had communicated prior our arrival and arranged a pick up from our hotel, already combined with a tour before arriving at the beautiful Villa. Naja was amazing and explained everything well to us. It was fantastic to learn about Balinese life including a trip to the local temple. The hospitality could not have been better! Breakfast was prepared for us beautifully and we also enjoyed a floating breakfast experience. Ni cooked an evening meal for us which was DELICIOUS! I can't recommend this stay enough. It has been a true gem. Thank you Naja and Ni 😊 That we had to leave after our three nights...

• Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - The owner have a wonderfull attitude to us. He helped with everything and also prepare for us a dinner, which was absolutely great. We recommend this accomodation after arrive in Denpasar and we will come back if we flight to Bali again.
• Lauren (10/5): Great villa and host - Lovely private villa with all you need - we stayed 4 nights. Very quiet apart from some of the wildlife noise ( and the thunder we had!). Naja was a great host - friendly and helpful. He took us around Ubud one day on a trip for a very reasonable price. It is a little far from town but easy to get taxi/ grab and we did walk it one day. Matur suksma! And good luck with the frizbee!

• Shi (10/5): The best villa in Bali with the best hosts you'll ever meet - This is the best villa ever. If you're looking for something luxurious, this is it. It's so beautiful and comfortable with kitchen, gazebo, lounge chairs, and a small pool. You get your own garden area which is so peaceful to sit in and listen to the pool fountain or watch the rain. The room is huge but air conditioning cools the whole place, and the bed is amazing and comfortable. We slept so well here. Naja and his wife Leni are the most hospitable hosts you'll ever meet and Naja can help you plan tours or even take you himself if he's available (and he is a great driver, which you need in Bali lol). We were so lucky to get 2 nights here and we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can - it's very popular so get in if you see an opening!
• Franziskakoenig (10/5): Exceptional - If you look for a quiet place (just nature noise) with reasonable distance to Ubud center (4km or 45 min walk), great hospitality (getting to know a Balinese family and their house), a villa with private pool, kitchen - this is your place! We particularly liked the hospitality of our host Naja and his wife Leni. Leni is preparing your breakfast every morning including fresh fruits from their own garden, fruit shakes, eggs, banana pancakes- delicious! The family assists you with every need.

• Emily (10/5): Luxurious, Perfect Location, Stellar Hosts - Naja and his wife were exceptional hosts and guides. Amazing communication, out-of-this-world villa, delicious food. Naja also has a car service and knows all the best spots. He has ready-made itineraries and will customize the day to anything you want. This villa is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Very accessible as well! Visited with my mom and godmother, both of whom are in their 60s. Nothing to improve on the host end! As a guest, I wish I had booked in advanced with Naja for the airport pickup and day-tour when he offered right after we booked! I thought we would figure it out when we got there, but ended up using Naja after seeing how knowledgeable he is. Would have been easier to just say yes up front!!
• Nicole (10/5): Tranquil Stay - Our two bedroom villa was exceptionally clean and the beds were super comfortable. There were plenty of gekkos and roosters to remind us of the charm of staying on the outskirts of the village. Our hosts were warm, helpful and knowledgeable of the area and its culture. Our teenage daughter and son could have benefited from more space from one another. 😕 A trip into town was 10 mins via GRAB or bluebird taxi but again our teenagers would have preferred easier access to Starbucks!!

• Emily (10/5): A little bit of heaven on earth - This is the most fabulous place to stay, where to start… Naja and his lovely wife take care of your every need. The villa is beautiful, the breakfast was amazing but mostly you feel like you are being looked after by friends. I travelled alone and Naja ensured I saw the best parts of Ubud, introduced me to great restaurants and ensured that my stay was far better than expected. I loved it so much I’ve already booked to return! Nothing
• Cláudia (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Ubud - Spectacular accommodation 😊 beautiful room with a really comfortable bed, the bathroom had all the amenities you should expect and the water was warm. The pool and poolside were a treat to relax after the chaotic traffic of Ubud! Saving the best for last, Naja (and his family) were truly sweet and kind. We dependend on them to arrange tours, renting scooters etc. he even showed us is beutiful house and temple. Most definitely won’t regret staying here, by the contrary! Claudia and Pico -

The hosts were extremely kind and invited us to a wedding at their house, which made our experience even more wonderful as we got the chance the experience a Balinese wedding, adding to the overall experience we had, making it an unforgettable trip. Nice and private Villa, good location in Ubud and can rent a bike if needed Would be a 10 but in the middle of rice fields so had a disturbed sleep by chickens & smart TV didn’t work :(
• Joanna (8/5): Well designed villa with great rooms and pool. Really lovely owners. - Lovely designed and executed two bedroom villa. Great little pool and gorgeous bathrooms. The owner and his wife are really helpful and as he speaks such great English we learned alot about Balinese culture on our taxi to the ferry port. It’s quite far south and whilst there’s a lovely walk through the rice fields towards Ubud during the day it’s more difficult at night. Basically the pavements are non existent and the road to town is busy so it’s not pleasant walking to restaurants. Taxis everywhere but we enjoy walking so that part was a shame for us.

Also the hosts Naja and his wife were amazing! Very accommodating and helpful. If you want to experience the real Bali, stay here. Naja is the man for the job. We liked everything about this property.
