- Sjaak (9/5): - De accomodatie en ligging hotel. De grote kmr was ook een pre. Het ontbijt voor westerlingen. Broodkeuze en beleg waa minimaal. Desondanks een uitstekende locatie.
- Arthur VdB (9/5): Aan te bevelen. - Niet ver van de haven af en treinstation. De toproof met cocktailbar. Het restaurant, zwembad was ook super. Ontbijt hadden wij niet genomen omdat we vroeg op moesten om de eerste trein te halen naar Malang. Transport naar het treinstation werd ook via de receptie geregeld. Top! Niets eigenlijk.

L’impression d’être à l’intérieur de la mosquée à côt - Chambre spacieuse Personnelle très gentils Alors c’est simple le but d’un hôtel étant d’y dormir, nous n’avons pas du tout pu le faire ! A partir de 2h du matin jusqu’a 8h au moins car c’est l’heure à laquelle nous avons quitté l’établissement, nous avions l’impression d’être à l’intérieur de la mosquée. Et nous sommes musulmans donc l’appel à la prière c’est avec plaisir que nous l’entendons mais la c’était absolument inadmissible c’était un coup de la récitation à 3h du matin ??!!!! Un coup des chants ???? Non mais comment c’est possible que les chambres soient si mal insonorisés ?!! Surtout que c’est une ville étape pour le mont ijen donc le repos y est plus que primordial. Passez votre chemin si vous voulez dormir car c’était la même comédie toute l’après midi aussi. Et encore une fois nous sommes musulmans donc je n’imagine même pas la frustration des non musulmans je n’avais jamais vu ça et pourtant on en a fait des pays musulmans.
- Gianmarco (8/5): Un felice sorpresa - L’hotel è molto moderno con grandi spazi e ben curato, la colazione ha una grande selezione e viene servita nel ristorante al terzo piano con vista piscina dal quale si può vedere anche il mare e Bali. Il letto era molto comodo. Gli spazi comuni non sono climatizzati, i cuscini delle sedute in camera macchiati.

- Ernst (10/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel. Ausgezeichnetes grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner Pool. Grosses Zimmer. AC funktioniert perfekt. Eine Reparatur im Zimmer wurde innerhalb einer Stunde erledigt. Angestellte sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt's ausser einiger Warungs nichts. Wir waren drei Nächte dort. Einerseits um den Mount Iljen zu besuchen und 2 Tage zum relaxen vor der Überfahrt nach Bali. Nicht, alles perfekt!!!

Once we understood, the chef's pick was very tasty and generous in amount and variety of dishes. The pool and gym were nice. The location did not have much to offer for outside dining. The shower in our 11th floor room lacked pressure and sputtered. It was hard to control the temperature.

- Stay15448126625 (10/5): Memorable Honeymoon Getaway! - Our honeymoon decor request was prepared beautifully, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the pool had a gorgeous view, and the other facilities were all well-maintained. The food was tasty and had plenty of variety, and the price was really affordable for everything we got. Just a small note: the bidet hose could be cleaned a bit better as it was slightly discolored. Overall, we had such a great stay, definitely will come back!

The food in the restaurant was excellent which is just as well because there isn't anywhere else around this hotel to eat. It's not in a real tourist location. They have a water machine to refill your bottles as well on each floor. Good choice for breakfast as well. Nothing.

We moesten alles direct betalen. Kon niets op rekening worden geschreven. Geen toilet deur.

Uitgebreid en gevarieerd ontbijt Het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd, met voor ieder wat wils. Er ligt van alles, dus je start de dag goed!

- Aura (8/5): Clean and spacious room with an extremely confortable bed, I would return! - Very spacious, clean and quiet room. The bed was very comfortable. I was sick when I arrived and I was able to recover fast in such relaxing environment. The staff is amazing, always available, ready to help and so kind.the breakfast as a very wide selection of food. Poor cleaning standard of the tables at the Spice restaurant, lots of staff available during breakfast and during the other meals, but they don’t always clean tables or properly especially between guests. I raised my concerns about the tables hygiene to the duty manager, he was really kind and understanding, however the day after same lack in keep the tables cleaned. I am sorry to say this but from a 4 star hotels I expect more hygiene. The rest was perfect!

But disappointed to restaurant staff, my cappuccino was spoiled cause AC dew drops but he didn’t change it and still charge. Of course I don’t mind to pay BUT at least he change with the new one

- Pieter (9/5): Geweldige uitvalsbasis voor Ijen tour. - Prima hotel, dat we vooral kozen als uitvalsbasis voor Mount Ijen. Heerlijke bedden, was ook wel nodig na ons nachtelijke Ijen avontuur. Sanitair is schoon. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en goed. Fijn personeel. In de directe omgeving is niet veel te beleven, het hotel ligt ongeveer 5 auto-minuten van het centrum.

- John (8/5): - Perfect location and price for pick up for climbing the volcano great staff oh also breakfast awesome and 11th floor We needed to sleep in the day for climb in evening and rooms noisy we should have asked for a quieter room but it's a hotel in the day

- Melinda (9/5): Très bel hôtel au pied du mont Ijen - L'hôtel est très spacieux, bien décoré et soigné. Il n'est pas situé au centre de la ville mais permet d'être plus au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La piscine est superbe avec une belle vue sur la fôret et le Mont Ijen d'un côté, et sur la mer de l'autre, d'où donne aussi la terrasse du restaurant. Le petit déjeuner buffet était succulent, un des meilleurs qu'on a mangé lors de notre roadtrip. Seul bémol nous avions une chambre avec balcon dont le balcon.. ne s'ouvrait pas. Nous avons constaté ça dans tous les hôtels en Indonésie, aucune fenêtre ne s'ouvre alors que la clim ne suffit pas à aérer correctement c'est dommage. Le personnel était très aimable malgré le ton un peu suspicieux qu'avaient les employés avec nous dû au fait qu'ils ne parlaient pas très bien anglais sûrement...
- Lena Carina (7/5): Inte ämnat för västerlänningar? - Rummet var bekvämt och välstädat. Skön säng och kuddar. Hotellet har inget samarbete med någon resebyrå. Man får ingen hjälp med att boka utflykter eller transporter. Personalen hänvisar till att man själv ska boka allting på internet. Hotellet är inte inriktat på att ge den servicen som vi annars får på andra hotell.

Restaurant Pesona… richtige abzocken Restaurant 😩 wir sind sehr enttäuscht darüber. Bitte nicht hingehen. Liebe geht ihr in kleine Restaurant wie Seafood Restaurant warung biru . 👍👍😃😃😃 sehr gute Preis und gute Portion.
