• Bono93 (1/5): - No me gustó nada del apartamento. El apartamento muy viejo, con un patio y una escalera también muy vieja, sin ninguna comodidad. Ni siquiera dejaron jabón en el baño para las manos, ni cerillas para encender el fuego, ni mantas supletorias, ya que pasamos mucho frío, ni jabón para fregar. El plato del microondas estaba roto. Baño muy pequeño dentro de la cocina, resultando poco higiénico. No se podía dormir por las noches debido al ruido de los bares de alrededor. Tuvimos que ir a una inmobiliaria a por las llaves del apartamento, que estaba muy lejos de donde estábamos hospedados.
• Darlene (2/5): - The property had a number of maintenance issues, which it took me three days of calling them to get repairs done. When I inquired about compensation for the lack of use of the bathroom sink and the door handles falling off, I have heard nothing back from them when I tried to deal with their office. They wouldn’t answer my calls because they were fed up with me calling them about the repairs. They also say they offer free transport but when you try to book it, it’s always too late whether you book it a day it a day, three days or two weeks.
• Stanley2886 (7/5): Fair enough if you are ok to sleep with the sound - The location is good but its up on the hill little noisy at night as there are open bars and restaurants just below even after shutters were down we could still here people chatting and laughing.As the bars close at 2am The things is the cleaners didn't clean the sheets found blood stains on the sheet, emplty water bottle under the side lamp.

• CAROLINE (4/5): - Cet appartement est très bien situé, mais dans un quartier extrêmement bruyant jusqu'aux petites heures du matin. Au moment où nous y avons séjourné, il y avait aussi des travaux de construction dans l'immeuble, donc les nuits étaient très courtes, entre la rumeur en provenance des bars et les bruits des travaux. L'appartement est propre, mais très mal entretenu; les murs sont couverts de moisissures dans le salon et la salle de bain. Le rideau de douche est très peu hygiénique. Par ailleurs, la cuisine est très mal équipée. Il y a peu d'ustensiles de cuisson, aucun torchon pour faire du ménage ou laver la vaisselle, pas de savon à vaisselle ou à vêtements et pas de papier de toilette. Ce sont quand même des produits dont on s'attend qu'ils seront fournis.

The management team was truly outstanding, promptly addressing any needs I had by sending someone over immediately. The rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The kitchen, in particular, was impressively well-equipped. I genuinely hope to have the opportunity to visit this vacation rental again in the future."
• Arianna (1/5): Violation of the apartment - At least the apartment was real. We had shown ourselves willing to wait to give a negative review, having asked for explanations of problems we had in the flat, but in line with the attitude of the host we were ignored, so here is our bad experience. Once we arrived in the apartment we immediately noticed the serious leak in the pipes which created extensive mold damage in the walls of the living room and in the bathroom, which were not communicated in advance in any way. On Nov. 02 2023, the "owner's daughter" knocked on the door informing us of the need to enter the apartment to check the aforementioned problem. Not having received instructions from the “Homing” Agency (located in Largo do Rato 7A/B) where we collected the keys to the apartment, we communicated to this girl our unavailability to enter the apartment. The following day, on Nov. 03 2023, however, we received notification from the agency of the need to allow the private owner and a technician to enter for a brief inspection at 11 am. The night of Nov. 02 2023, however, something unacceptable happened, which violates every type of rental contract and privacy, in fact around 6pm the owner of the flat, with his keys, entered the apartment thinking that no one was there (as per his texts words), finding our presence instead. The actions and the carelessness of the apartment has created great inconvenience for us and we consider such behavior unacceptable. The structure, which we tried to contact several times, told us that it would give us more information and a refund, obviously they disappeared.
• Lena (1/5): Terrible accomodation - The bathroom stank of mold and sewage. You could feel the stench even in the kitchen, which made you not want to cook or stay there. Two toilet rolls for 4 people for 4 nights. The staff does not respond to emails. It was loud at night because of partys in the streets and it was therefore difficult to sleep. Ruffled and worn area. This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. High deposit of 300 Euro which took one e-mail, one sms and 2 weeks to get back.
• Renato (2/5): Horrible experience - Really bad experience, from the communication, being able to check in to the property and smelling of dump. Toilet was really small and horrible, shower curtain would touch you while having a shower, which I found it very unhygienic. Very small bedrooms and beds. Very noisy area until 3 or in the morning - horrible experience

• Jackie (2/5): Stay away if you like nice holiday apartments - The Homing employee came to let us in as soon as we called, despite misreading the instructions to call 24 hours prior, which was kind of him. The area is extremely noisy, even all night. The apartment is very old and the bathroom especially smells terrible and needs serious repair with mould in the shower. There were lots of towels. The bigger bed cannot be called a bed. It’s a very old, lumpy mattress without a box spring and without any comfort. I may have back aches for months from it. The street in not accessible by most vehicles except local resident cars and motorcycles that seem to gun their engines during the night. The kitchen utensils were unclean and no soap was provided to clean them. Normally we would have left this place (which is not a well-kept building outside the apartment either) and found other accommodations, but our schedule in Lisbon was so busy we didn’t have any time available to do so. We were very happy to leave after three nights in this depressing place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
• Lucía (2/5): Apartamento horrible - Apartamento muy viejo, sin ascensor, con escaleras de madera pequeñas. Entramos al apartamento y lo primero que encontramos es un olor muy fuerte a cerrado y sucio. Los muebles estaban sucios, los cojines llenos de pelusa y polvo. Las sillas tenían telarañas. Colchones muy incomodos y lo peor la cocina y el baño totalmente sucíos. Y el baño esta dentro de la cocina, lleno de moho y el vater sin desinfectar. Te cobran 38€ por limpieza, cuando no te cambian las toallas ni se limpia el apartamento en toda la estancia. Le preguntamos al personal (muy poco atento) para que eran los 38€ y nos dijeron que eran para la limpieza de despues de dejar el apartamento. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. El precio es muy caro por lo que ofrecen.
