- Diana (8/5): - Hotel navštěvuji pravidelně 2 za rok,v recepci vždy na mě i v noci čekali, a tentokrát jsem byla znejistěná tím, že jsem check-in prováděla na displey v před recepcí v pozdní noční hodinu. Mohl hotel alespoň upozornit ,že na tento typ přechází.

- Ersin (6/5): - Otel temizdi ve konum olarak havalimanına yakın. Otele online çheck in yaparken vize numarası istedi (gerekmemesine rağmen) o sorunu aşmak icin çok uğraştım. Yatak çok rahatsız tahta divanda yatıyor gibi hissediyorsun. Bir de otele merkezden akşam trenle geldik, o tren istasyonundan çıkışımı unutmayacağım bölge çok ıssız o yüzden karanlıkta trenle gidilmez.

- Anthony (7/5): Clean and Basic, but satisfactory for a short business stay. - It was all OK, but facilities are basic. e.g. Wifi available, but slow, Air Con was fine, TV available, but almost only czech language options - access to Netflix, Prime video, disney etc would be a massive improvement. Breakfast was basic, but completely satisfactory for me. TV options, WiFi speed. When a colleague and I returned to the hotel one evening, there was a lady who was not able to get into a room, on screen check in wasn't working. My colleague and I tried to help for 20 minutes, but had to leave her with it eventually. Improved options for such issues would be beneficial. How much it was the fault of the hotel, booking, or this lady is unknown. She was fairly clueless, so it could have been her fault, but even so, such people need easily accessible help.

- Fred (9/5): All and all, a pleasant trouble free lodging experience. - Clean and close to airport. Nice breakfast. Very reasonable cost for lodging. Originally, it was advertised as having a desk person on duty 24/7. Only, after payment we were told that there was a separate code from car park to lobby to room and no desk person. Nevertheless, everything went well; but should have been honest about no desk person before payment.

Herbergið virkaði skítugt, en kannski var það bara vegna þess að það þurfi að mála herbergið? Ekkert aðgengi að manneskju á staðnum til þess að ráðfæra sig við um nærsvæðið. Innritun gekk ekki vel og tók nokkurn tíma fyrir kóða að berast.

- Tanja (8/5): Prima voor 1 nacht - Het hotel heeft geen receptie personeel, maar werkt via self check-in. Met een pincode kun je in het gebouw komen en jezelf inchecken. Vervolgens krijg je nog een pincode om in je kamer te komen. Dit werkte allemaal goed en we hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Het ontbijt was goed. Het was niet zo makkelijk om 's avonds laat nog met de bus bij het hotel te komen. Voor het gemak hebben we daarom een taxi genomen vanaf het vliegveld (€10 enkele reis).

We only found out once we were here that there isn’t one anymore, which conflicted with the information we saw online.

Obwohl wir auf Hochzeitsreise waren, haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten bekommen. Wir haben um Hilfe gebeten und angerufen, aber der Mitarbeiter war leider sehr unfreundlich.

- Thomas (4/5): good hotel but new no-staffing format leaves a lot to be desired - The hotel was clean and itself met expectations. I have stayed at this property several times previously. The problem with this stay is the hotel has now gone to a "non-staffed" model whereby you receive a code you must use to enter the property and your room. The problem with this format is there is no way to contact anyone if you need anything. We had difficulties using the electronic combination lock on our room door. Thank goodness a maintenance person happened to be walking down the hall and I was able to get him to fix the problem. We also ran out of soap for the shower but there is no one to contact to obtain more. Lastly, the room supposedly had 2 bottles of water everyday but after the first day these weren't stocked by the housekeepers. When discovered, the housekeepers were already off and away from the property; again no one is present to rectify the situation.

- Marcel (7/5): Okay... Sfeerloos. - Parkeren bij het hotel kostte € 20,- extra... Leuk dat ze je een code geven om de poort binnen te komen, maar dat is als voetganger. Met de auto moet je eerst € 20 betalen. En dat systeem werkte niet, dus bellen, etc.
- Martina Volná (7/5): - Blízko letiště, čisté, klidná noc Přiděleným kódem jsme si otevřeli vstupní bránu a první dveře do hotelu, ale pak jsme se zasekli v chodbě, protože další dveře do hotelu už nešly kódem otevřít! Bylo 10 večer, nikde nikdo, žádný kontakt kde se poradit! Naštěstí za nějakou dobu přišel další ubytovaný host a pustil nás dovnitř.Do pokoje kód fungoval. Neměli jsme z toho dobrý pocit, co kdyby už nikdo nevchazel? To nám zkazilo dojem z ubytování.

Перед отелем на воротах был QR код для оплаты парковки, так как в букинге было написано что паркинг за отдельную плану, но позже я обнаружила на почте письмо с кодом для заезда на територию отеля (который мы не использовали) так парковка все таки входит или нет?

- Goran (5/5): - Das Hotel bietet Sauberkeit und komfortable Zimmer, aber nichts Besonderes. Mir hat es nicht gefallen. Vor allem gibt es keinen Rezeptionisten, sodass man keine Informationen bekommt. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer kann man sich auch nicht richtig verständigen. Es wird zwar Frühstück angeboten, aber man muss in einer Schlange warten, um essen zu können. Während man isst, steht jemand praktisch hinter einem – die Person selbst kann nichts dafür, aber die Organisation des Hotels ist schlecht. Das Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Raum mit nur wenigen Tischen serviert. Ehrlich gesagt sieht das Hotel eher wie ein Gefängnis aus. Vom Zimmer aus hat man Blick auf ein Stadion, und es wurde ein hohes Netz gespannt. Wenn man hinausschaut, hat man wirklich das Gefühl, im Gefängnis zu sein. Außerdem gibt es keinen Balkon. Insgesamt hat es mir nicht gefallen.

Hotel de aeropuerto básico , sin personal , y con lo justo para echar una cabezada antes de volar , no esperéis más . No puedes acceder con el taxi hasta la entrada . Tuvimos que meter las maletas 200 metros nevando. Ya Qte ni te abren entrada para coches salvo que tengas cogida plaza de aparcamiento.

Otra huésped estuvo una hora intentando entrar y a nosotros nos costo 15 minutos hasta que pudimos entrar porque no detectaba los números.

Každý návštevník hotela Vám prešiel okolo čo bolo veľmi počuť a najlepšie bolo, keď sa začali podávať raňajky, tak ste počuli kávovar, hrmotanie stoličiek, vravu ľudí, pretože ste ležali v posteli, za hlavou ste mali stenu, ktorá vás delila od jedelne...
- Xabier (6/5): Cumbersome checking - Check-in is a nightmare. There's no reception, and to get in, you have to go through three security checkpoints with codes, plus the one for your room. Plus, the final icon on one of the codes they sent me was wrong. They send tons of emails with instructions and codes, and it's not easy at all. On top of that, to park inside, you have to do it when you arrive by scanning the parking barrier's data matrix or calling the number listed. (Besides the freezing cold in Czech Republic right now, it's like being eaten alive by wolves). Even calling the hotel from home beforehand wouldn't let me reserve parking.

Kdybch věděl o co jde, nikdy bych si pobyt tam nerezervoval. Peníze spláchnuté do záchoda, o půlnoci jsme museli najít jiné ubytování. Hrůza
- Adelina (1/5): Extremely difficult electronic acces. A lot of stress. I highly DO NOT reccommend this hotel. - They did not put on main page on buking dot com that it is self-service hotel. I just checked it again, before writing this review. So, I arrived in the evening, It was cold, dark and I had difficulties in opening the gate. I simply was not able to open the entrance door. The screen was not responding. I had to stay like that more that 30 minutes. I was literally screaming HELP! and nobody answered, althought they have two cameras directed to the entrance door. Another couple came later one and they could not press their code on the screen. so, we were already 3 persons staying at the entrance. Then two more people came and where able to open the door. I have heard later, that some people could not open their door to the room. Literally, nobody at the reception. A lot of troubles. This should not happen with 4-stars hotel. It my oppinion, it is a very good self-service hostel. You will never get hungry, but the breakfast had small food options for 4-stars hotel. a lot of codes. you need your own internet. Screens at the doors are not functioning properly. It gives a lot of stress. And... the most important... my review has no impact - they will not change the situation. So, think twice before booking this hotel. I really do not need their apologizes for the situation. Dear Skyhotel Prague, do somethig with all those codes and screens at each door.

- Hana (4/5): - Nerozumím tomu proč hotel přešel na ,,samoobslužný,, provoz. Kódy absolutně nefungují, nefunguje ani odkaz na on-line check in. A o parkovišti pro hotelové hosty ani nemluvím. Snídaně slabé.

- Martin (9/5): - Absence of 24-hour reception - this was replaced by electeonic access - all door codes are delivered to Booking communication. Great breakfast. Spaceful room, clean. The location is a bit aside from the main transport to the city. Epecially when you land around 11 PM and later, Airport taxi/Uber remains the only option.
