• Ved das (10/5): Nearest to assi ghat - This budget hotel offers incredible value for money. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient for sightseeing, and the staff were always there to help. I was very impressed with the overall experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay

• tatsuya (2/5): - 最悪です。絶対に行かないように。 古い大きなホテルで20年ほど前はりっはだったのかも。到着しても照明もつけてくれず、レストランあとはゴミだらけの廃墟。エレベーターは動いておらず。三階まで階段。Wi-Fiもつながらず契約と違うのでキャンセルしたいと言うとお兄ちゃんが駆け回ってつながった。 しかし、23時以降翌日までつながらず、翌朝に逃げるように施設からでた。 絶対に行ってはダメです。

They make us pay more money for a bigger room that we didn’t need. It smell bad, there was a leak in the bathroom, they never gave me my change, the blankets were dirty

• Ghanashyam (1/5): Worst hotel ,staff, service - Worst Hotel,Never Stay here. Worst hotel, paid 3k per day which is not the worth the money. The guy named Abhishek in the reception is ill mannered and does not behave good. The lift condition was bad and one side had fallen off and was not in operation. There was a window AC fitted which did not have any remote. The fan regulators were missing , the bathroom geyser was not working, the bathroom tap and wash basin taps were broken and water was leaking . The TV remote was broken and d2h connection was not working .Noone attended the call at reception from room . When ordered tea , they were not able to serve as the milk/. and sugar was not there . Don't have adequate staff and the rooms /toilets were never cleaned.

Big rooms and the hotel is tucked away from the busy main road Only thing I didn’t like was the sink had many insects inside and saw cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Despite the place being generally pretty good this really let the place down. Good value for money. This might be the only room affected.
• Arka (1/5): Never book this hotel. Big mistake. - Nothing Dirty rooms, unhygienic common areas, the corridors were stinking, the pillow covers and bed sheets were full of stains. The rooms were not at all matching with the ones that are on booking.com website. We had to cancel the booking within one hour of checking into the hotel. The hotel lift was not working properly. My mother got hurt due to that. We booked 2 rooms but checked into 1 room only. Seeing the condition when we decided to check out we were charged for both the rooms by the hotel authority.

• Rajeev (1/5): Very bad. The rooms shown on the app were actually not shown to us - Only lication Tqo rooms were shown to us, both of which had seepage and smell of fungus. The mattresses were sorter than the bed. The third room shown to us was slightly better, but its AC, shower , and exhaus fan were not working.
