• harryjP440UQ (4/5): mid - staff upon arrival was great welcoming & friendly however arriving back into the hotel at midnight the staff didn’t even take there eyes off the phone meaning anyone could have walked into the hotel room is TINY it felt like i was in some sort of bando or prison cell the light is a bit naff aswell & 0 privacy at all bathroom has frosted glass wall & door however you can still see everything the bathroom door has a hole for the handle meaning when you are sat on the toilets if you are sharing a room with someone they can see straight at you. shower is tiny i think you would struggle if you was a larger person mattress is like a concrete paving slab and pillow is like a bit of paper . walls are paper thing you can hear everything the neighbours say clearly we got woken up 6am by our neighbour on his phone talking i understand it’s cheap and you get what you pay for but i wouldn’t even have payed what i have for a room like that wouldn’t even stay for free. however room was clean which is a positive. if your thinking about staying here personally i wouldn’t waste your money pay a bit extra somewhere else and have a better time
• KH_iom7 (6/5): Dec Stay - Decent stay for your basic needs, no issues to report. Great central location, staff was friendly. The only downside is that you can hear people talking from the other rooms and footsteps from the rooms above but other than that, all good for a roof over your head and a decent night's sleep.
• 764khaliln (2/5): Horrible - Absolutely shocking experience staying there had back pains from staying there no coffee of tea rooms like prison cell shower so tiny and a horrible location no signs nothing also one pillow my neck was hurting I wouldn’t recommend there are better out there for the price not worth it lot nicer hotel in Manchester and there is nothing about it that was easy it’s should be called having a hard time hotel instead wouldn’t stay there if it was a free.

• William (4/5): - I wanted to like this hotel but there are plenty downside for a “budget hotel” that’s not so budget on the price yet lacking essentials for an hotel like Premier Inn. First the positives, the hotels looks newly innovated, clean modern, great lighting well built and use of space. Bathroom has clean shower and good water pressure and hot water. Now, I’ve been visiting the UK every year for 4 years in a row, I’ve always stayed at Premier Inn except for this year due to some weird reasons the price doubled during the week I am visiting so I had to look for other options. For 90 quid a night, the “double room” is tiny, there is no desk / table, chair, you can barely have room for your suitcase, bathroom has no room for tuning round, TWO hangers with a weird design that could have been just given a bar mounted to the wall with extra hangers. No kettle, tea / coffee packs, but the coffee machines will cost you 3 pound per drink. If you need room cleaned meaning fresh bed sheets and towel, 15 pound per day! Meanwhile last year 2024, I stayed at Premier Inn Piccadilly costed me 80 pound per night only, free room cleaning, free tea coffee milk packs with a kettle, special room with extra sofa, desk chair, massive room size and its just a standard room. All in all, I will NEVER, book easyHotel ever again, it honestly felt like a scam deal. Lovely staff I have to say, great people but the hotel, never agian, not when Premier Inn is just steps away.

• 84dannyn (4/5): Storage Hunters - This hotel is like staying in a storage unit. When I first arrived the man at reception was friendly and welcoming. I went up to my room, which I was expecting to be small, but not to the extent that you have to scrape against the wall to get to the second bed. Thankfully I was on my own, so didn't need the second bed. No tea or coffee unless you go back downstairs - coffee isn't cheap, don't think there was any tea. Don't even get glasses in the room to have some tap water! It was nice and clean though, shower was fine. Came across 2 female receptionists, neither could be bothered to look up from their phones when you enter the hotel. The 2 men were a bit friendlier, although I did request something that never materialised. It was cheap, probably why there was a group of people being loud in the early evening in the corridor. To be fair I slept well though.
• AndyK180186 (8/5): Right enough - Right enough for what it is. Good location for the northern quarter, Piccadilly gardens and train station. Small and basic rooms with very thin walls. Air con works well, room was very clean, bed was comfy enough. £120 a night in central Manchester you can't complain. Would stay again if I go back to Manchester.

• flashsam7267 (8/5): Cheap, bit noisy but otherwise good - Check in was quick and friendly. Really nice clean but compact room for a very low price considering the location in the city centre. The WiFi was very good (faster than WiFi in other more expensive hotels) Powerful shower, plenty of toilet roll and towels. Door to room could have been a bit better soundproofed. Not the hotel's fault that someone was shouting in the middle of the night but could clearly hear this as well as room doors being opened/closed whilst trying to sleep. Obviously it's not luxury as it's so much cheaper than any other hotel nearby, but was much better than I thought it would be and I would definitely consider staying here again.

• Pickwick_Sparks (4/5): It's not a good option - The soundproofing isn't good. You can even hear your neighbor brushing his teeth. Horrible. Also, the woman at the hotel reception is always angry. It's uncomfortable to talk to her. And you have to pay 5 pounds if you want to leave your luggage before check-in. The bathroom has no privacy if there are two of you.
• roxanne (6/5): Good location for nq - The location is excellent for nq and there is a lift to all floors. Its clean. That is all the positives. The walls are super thin and you can hear seagulls and emergency vehicles through closed windows. We slept ok but one very thin pillow and two twin beds so cloae together with barely any space to walk between. It was a weekday so i think we were lucky that the noise died down early but id hate to see this on a weekend.

Only refreshments are a vending machine and coffee machine, luckily plenty of shops close by. Simple, clean and basic, would I stay here again, yes. A group of ladies in the room next to me were up late laughing shouting and overall it was hard to get off to sleep. The windows don't open but there is air conditioning. • F1035IEeveb (8/5): Good hotel - You get what you pay for bed and pillows weren’t very comfy but for one night it’s absolutely bearable! We were here for the Drake concert and walked to a cocktail place in town the. Got uber to coop live, we walked back from the venue as the receptionist Asif had mentioned wasn’t as long as it sounds, and he was right. Upon entry Asif gave us some cards for taxi services and drink tokens for places nearby, he was very helpful. Overall great location and perfect for an overnight stay.
• Keri (4/5): - We stayed at this easyHotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the room was fairly clean, there were several issues that really affected the overall comfort and quality of our stay. There were visible marks all over the walls, one of the lights in the room wasn’t working, and there were no instructions for how to use the air conditioning. The shower door and the sink both had noticeable cracks, and the bathroom mirror light was loose inside the mirror. The biggest issue, however, was the bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, only one very thin pillow per person was provided, which offered little to no support. There was also no hand towel available in the bathroom, which felt like a basic oversight. Overall, the room felt neglected in terms of maintenance and comfort. We expected more based on the hotel’s advertised standards. I’ve since submitted a complaint and hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

• jasminesO3504ZP (2/5): Please please avoid - Yes the rooms are very small (smaller than the pictures) but we did not mind that at all. The biggest issue was the 'air con' unit, which is not actually air con, its just a very underpowered wall mounted fan. We reported it as soon as we arrived as we thought it wasn't working, to be told that's how it is supposed to work to save energy. The windows are locked shut and staff will not open them due to 'fire regulations'. The panel to operate the 'air con' measured our room temp at 27° which is unacceptable. We were given a plug in fan which helped a little, but again not really an acceptable solution. The bed was very very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a concrete slab and the one pillow you're given is very thin. Walls are very thin so you can hear every word said by your neighbours, including feeling the wall move if your neighbour is having some late night fun. We got very little sleep both nights. Yes it's a budget hotel but it was not cheap - the price we paid was a huge rip off for the experience we had. The worst hotel experience I've had in a long long time. Feeling very sad as what should have been a fun birthday trip has been exhausting. Will be at the Premier Inn next time for the same price but a much better service.

Coffee tables. And space to stand. They may have dated decor in comparison but much better value for money. The bed touch 3 out of 4 walls with about 10cm clearance at the 4th wall - I am not joking and it’s not a typo.

The check in was quick and easy, although I did have to give the reception my credit card which he entered into the computer despite the room already being paid for ? Maybe in case of damage. The room was clean and basic with nice shower/hand gel, clean towels and bedding. The bed and pillow are not the best but for £40 two adults sharing a twin room it was good value
• Charlie (10/5): Amazing for the price - You get what you pay for. This is perfect if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay and you only want to use the hotel to sleep in at night. The room was tiny, bed slightly comfortable and felt like a small double. TV was tiny and basically on the ceiling. But for the price you really can’t complain, as long as you are expecting to get what you pay for. If you’re looking to spend more time in your hotel and have all the extras with a bar, room service, massive room - then this isn’t for you. But for our purpose it was perfect, we just wanted somewhere cheap to drop the bags off while we explored Manchester and to sleep in at night. Nothing was dirty or old. Would highly recommend.

We felt quite safe staying in this hotel as we were asked for ID on entry and asked to confirm name and room number when we came in at night.
• philup1510 (10/5): Worth the money - We used this as a base to go to co op arena. For the price we couldn't fault the place yes rooms small but they are clean and have everything you need. On arrival staff as welcoming and clear with instructions and also on hand if you need any help. Would suggest maybe investing in better quality pillows but we did sleep well bed was comfy and even thou bathroom is on small side it did the trick would use this hotel again.

• Lizzie11E (10/5): Thank you Enrique for your amazing customer service! - It was boxing day, I was travelling away the next morning I arrived at the hotel in the evening I was greater by a lovely guy from the get go. I went to check in and it turned out I didn't have a reservation. I was shocked, only for him to notify me I had booked the reservation for a completely different month! He then re assured me straight away to try fix the issue even though it was my mistake, he then told me he will see what he can do. Luckily he found a solution we contacted booking.com and I was able to re modify my booking without any extra charges. I just wanted to put this on here for this guy Enrique (not sure how it's spelt) he was called if I remember correctly. I have stayed here a number of times and he has always been so friendly and happy to do his job. He deserves this recognition and he would be the reason I would and will always return to this hotel because of his amazing customer service. Thank you Enrique. Sorry if I misspelled your name.

Rooms are small but have everything you need including a window. Friendly and helpful staff. Iron and ironing board is a massive bonus. The hotel was the best value for money we found on a night that Kylie was in town.

• Yvonne (10/5): - Great for an overnight stay if just wanting place to sleep, rooms are compact but everything good for a sleepover at a concert .. fab location and tea coffee facilities at reception if needed.
• Marion (10/5): A good find! - Excellent location near to Piccadilly station, gardens and shopping! Easy to get to Co-op Live on metro and back! Rooms basic but all that you need, clean facilities and sheets etc! Coffee/tea/chocolate vending machine in hallway. Mattress a little too firm for my liking but that could just be my age! Was a little expensive for that evening staying as Football match on so price reflected to demand of accommodation! But overall was perfect for what we needed!
• Goran (2/5): (Un)Easy hotel - This hotel is less than basic. No desk, bedside table, etc. 2 beds and walls. That’s it. The beds were not well made. The room was nothing like the pictures! Tiny beds, one thin, flat pillow. Really uncomfortable. One towel, no towel for face/hands. Charging extra for cleaning the room. Charging for storing luggage. More basic than a hostel. Charging for hot water for tea/coffee. Narrow room. Windows can’t be opened. Not worth the money. Bathroom was terrible. We were given a disabled person room. Will never return. We thought it was rubbish. Nowhere to put your clothes or for that matter to put your luggage.
• ROB552015 (8/5): Very happy - Great location and great value at price. Staff very friendly. Room clean and quiet. Bed comfortable and bathroom was fine. Would recommend it to anyone coming for a short stay. Lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance and tram stop not far away
• Roy (2/5): - there was nothing about this hotel that is worth talking about...apart from the staff that were very good the rooms are tiny no not small TINY no place to put anything .Expedia charged me £225.00 for the tiniest of rooms when all other travellers pai around £50.00 NEVER AGAIN no more Expedia for me and beware you could be ripped off

• Amanda (10/5): - Small but quiet room. Clean though. Could do with having water in the machine rather than just energy drinks.
• Wendy (6/5): - Rooms were nice and clean but extremely small for what I paid. 5 inch gap around the whole bed had to climb on to it to be able to go to bed. Would not book again.
• Lauren (10/5): - Lovely welcome, friendly & helpful staff. The room is surprisingly big, bright and very nice!
• Wayne (6/5): Nice staff, hotel needs work - The staff were great, really nice but the stay started off badly. I got my key and went to the room, but it wasn't ready, so I was sent back to reception. The guy was nice and gave me a new room, I got there and there was water damage to the headboard containing the power outlets. The usb ports didn't work and I had only bought usb cables. I then had to go back to reception and ask for another room. At easy hotel, because the late check in and early check out, you don't get long in the room and this messing around reduced it even further.
• Lynn (4/5): - I booked 3 rooms on the lower ground, the rooms were very small, only enough room for a bed, lack of furniture like drawers, shelving, mirrors. Kept awake most of the night by other rooms above flushing their toilet hearing the water in the sewage pipes above our rooms, wont be going back. The picture of the room it shows on the website isnt what you get
• Sophie (6/5): - It’s okay for what you pay for it but just no room in the rooms to move around no where to really put your stuff so would only stay for a short time not a long time

• Alicia (6/5): - The entire place looks like a storage facility which makes sense because the rooms are ridiculously small. The shower leaked water into the actual room every time we used it and the walls are so thin we could hear both next door neighbours and the people above. It was a lousy experience but that’s what I get for going cheap I suppose

Small box room with very little space to spread out but the bathroom facilities were more than acceptable and it helped me with my early starts at work being so centrally located for such a reasonable price. Don’t expect luxury, but don’t moan about the standard of the rooms if you’ve had a bargain
• Claire (6/5): - Staff were sound and helpful. Room was very cramped. It’s okay if you’re on your own for one night but any more would be uncomfortable. Two adults would struggle in a double room. Building doesn’t seem to sound-proofed and could hear the water dispenser being used in the corridor throughout the night. It was loud enough to wake me up at 3am. There’s no kettle and you have to pay £2.50 for a hot drink from a vending machine which doesn’t have any decaf drinks apart from boiling water which is a £1. Mattress was decent but pillows were limp.
