• Gaetana (7/5): - Abbiamo trascorso una notte di passaggio per il nostro tour dei mercatini di Natale in Trentino. Struttura molto graziosa, accogliente, pulita, colazione semplice ma ha più o meno tutto. Ascensore un po’ strano (tenere premuto il tasto fino a quando non si ferma al piano) ma tanto serve poco, c’è una sola rampa di scale. Ottima posizione: a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Arco, praticamente la struttura è all’inizio della zona pedonale di Arco. Buono anche il ristorante della struttura (in particolare la pizza è buona). Possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura a 5€/die. Unico neo:dopo il check out e una ultima passeggiata in centro, ho chiamato la reception (presente del personale solo in alcune fasce orarie) per chiedere di usufruire di un bagno di cortesia. Ma non era presente. Forse si potrebbe prevedere un bagno da mettere a servizio degli ospiti in uscita, cosa gradita e che ho trovato praticamente in tutte le strutture in cui sono stata.

La stanza, seppur accogliente e curata, era situata al di sotto della scala che porta al piano sopra e purtroppo ad ogni passaggio degli ospiti il rumore era importante

Le camere sono moderne e ben accessoriate di tutti i comfort e la colazione internazionale è completa. Receptionist sempre disponibile e cortese per far fronte ad ogni necessità!

• Marica (8/5): Good stay, some improvements needed - Location is great, 2 min walking from Arco city center, with parking (5€/day per car) inside the gated part of the hotel. Very good breakfast, continental style with sweet and savoury options; indoor tables or a nice little “indoor terrace” with windows. Our room was the “attic” option, which is above the breakfast area, and has only stairs (15/18 stairs) with no elevator, but the other rooms of the hotel can be reached with elevator. The room is big, bed is firm but comfortable, and has 2 types of pillows and extra blankets. It comes with air conditioning and heater. The bathroom is nice, there is soap (hand-body); there is a step to enter in the shower. There are not extra amenities (toothbrush, shower cap…). Cleaning is good and they are very accommodating with the time of parking (we left our car 4 extra hours after check out) The room only has ceiling windows both in the room and the bathroom (2 can be open, one cannot). We had to ask direction to use the remote to control them, it wasn’t very clear. The biggest problem was the malfunctioning of the electronic key card to open our room (happened 3 times over 4 days, once at night and we had to call the emergency number), the staff was helpful but I do suggest to ask for a real key. Hairdryer is old fashioned attached on the wall, could be replaced, or better to bring your own. An extra light could be added. Definitely bring ear-plugs, people coming in late at night are not aware there’s a room above the breakfast area and the noise can be heard quite a bit. Plus there is some renovation going on, it wasn’t a problem for us because we were outside most of the time they were working.

Freundliches Personal. Günstiger Parkplatz (5 Euro). Lärm auf der Straße (Samstagabend) hat man im Dachzimmer deutlich gehört. Nachteil der zentralen Lage.
