• Thalia (10/5): Amazing - I travelled alone and felt safe and cared for at all times. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive and always made sure everything was perfect during my stay. They were also genuinely concerned about my safety throughout the entire trip, which I deeply appreciated. The house exceeded all my expectations. Besides being beautiful and very comfortable, everything is impeccably clean and extremely well maintained. Sahbi is also an amazing cook, so every meal became an experience in itself. They even allowed me to stay later before my flight and helped me arrange a safe taxi to the airport, which I truly appreciated. Hammamet is a very beautiful destination, but Villa Phoenicia is absolutely incredible. Highly recommended.

Wynajęte dwa apartamenty były idealnie czyste, codziennie starannie sprzątane. Gospodarz dbał o nas pod każdym względem — od komfortu noclegu, po szczegóły, które sprawiają, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Śniadania przygotowywane przez Sahbi były fantastyczne – każdego dnia inne, świeże i pełne lokalnych smaków. Atmosfera, jaką tworzy gospodarz, sprawia, że pobyt tutaj to nie tylko nocleg, ale wyjątkowe doświadczenie, w którym czuć prawdziwą gościnność. To miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia wszystkim, którzy cenią czystość, świetną lokalizację i indywidualne podejście do gościa. W czasie pobytu masz wrażenie, że odwiedzasz przyjaciela, który szczerze cieszy się z Twojej obecności, troszczy się o każdy szczegół i robi wszystko, aby Twój pobyt był wyjątkowy. • Elise (10/5): - La Villa Phoenicia est une maison d'hôte exceptionnelle, plus qu'un simple logement, on s'y sent encore mieux que chez soi ! La maison est d'une propreté impeccable, le patio est très agréable et très joli avec ses arbres, ses fleurs et ses herbes aromatiques. Les chambres sont impeccables et la literie est parfaite. La Villa se trouve en plein centre de Hammameth, à deux pas de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied de la médina et du fort, mais une fois à l'intérieur vous vous trouvez dans un havre de paix. Sahbi est un hôte incroyable qui redonne tout son sens au mot hospitalité. Si vous faites un tour à Hammamet, ne cherchez plus, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Merci encore Sahbi pour cette parenthèse enchantée, au plaisir de revenir !

• Roberts (10/5): Elite hospitality in a charming seaside Villa - Villa Phoenicia is a tranquil, friendly, and aesthetically pleasing bed and breakfast just a block from the beach in the Hamptons of Tunisia. It’s difficult to recount all of its charms - there are so many. Your experience here will be similar to that of a Michelin starred restaurant like Blue Hill at Stone Barns, or the French Laundry… it is a place where every tiny detail of your stay is accounted for from the moment you arrive.

• Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional - Staying at this villa felt like a true holiday experience in a stunning setting. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, with clean and spacious rooms, a super comfortable bed, and beautiful gardens that contribute to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to bars, bistros, and great restaurants. What truly made my stay exceptional was the wonderful host, Sahbi. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, regularly checking in to see if I needed anything and offering thoughtful assistance, such as fantastic restaurant and activity recommendations. The breakfast was a highlight—amazingly creative and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and couldn’t recommend this place more highly! Absolutely nothing!
• Aili (10/5): Exceptional Stay in Hamammet - Everything was wonderful. A perfect location, a block from the beach, and a few minutes from the Medina and good restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, the best in Tunisia. The room was clean and comfortable, the house absolutely beautiful and the gardens lovely. And I can't say enough about how wonderfully the host, Sahbi, cared for me. He went above and beyond, helping me with luggage, recommending restaurants, and making sure I had what I needed at all times. I booked 3 extra days here I loved it so much. Absolutely nothing.

My preferred place in Hammamet. Nearby streets are a bit noisy till very late at night.. though nothing really can be done about it.

However, Sabhi, the host, was by far the best part. Kind, thoughtful, and also wonderful at preparing meals! Nothing. It was perfect.

The breakfast was very good with variety from day to day. Sahbi bey is super friendly and always makes sure that you feel comfortable and you have everything you want. The room was extra clean and the bed is quite comfortable to sleep. I also had a small balcony which was very cozy to hang out during the day when it is very warm.
