Verified traveler (6/5): - El hotel está céntrico, pero caro por la calidad. Es en verdad un dos estrellas. Las habitaciones necesitan ser remodeladas, las mesas están gastadas, el baño tenia la Pileta partida y remendada. El personal es muy amable y atento. Pero mi habitación no tenía agua caliente. Es cierto que no notifique al personal, porque tenía una reunión y no tenía tiempo para un cambio de habitación. Pero después de esta experiencia, creo que no volvería.

octavio (2/5): Muy Malo - Una habitación abandonada, no existe servicio ni aseo estuve 5 noches y nunca hubo aseo, no hay nada en el baño si uno no lo pide en la recepción, para esos 5 días entregaron solo 1 frasquito de shampo y uno de acondicionador, las sabanas parecen una tela de cebolla de viejas y usadas, tienen caja de seguridad pero no se pueden usar ya que esta bloqueada
dario david (2/5): desastre - no brindaron los servicios pagados. cama matrimonial sábanas mojadas, NO tenía papel higiénico y todo lo referido al aseo, aires acondicionados destruidos en las habitaciones, olor a humedad, cocina sin las cosas básicas. NO REALIZARON LA LIMPIEZA se le reclamo y lo tomaron a mal. no tuvieron la amabilidad de pedir disculpas por el servicio ofrecido. no fuimos los únicos en hacer reclamos. hermosa ubicación

Rafael (6/5): La ubicación es todo - La ubicación es excelente. El personal atiende bien. Pero no nos limpiaron la habitación por qué "no lo pedimos". El agua caliente se termina muy rápido y el departamento que nos tocó está muy antiguo.
Camila (4/5): Una experiencia no muy buena - Se suponía que habíamos tomado una cama king y dos camas individuales, pero cuando llegamos allá, era una cama king y un sofá cama. Además, no especificaba si era una o dos piezas, pero por la descripción y fotos, asumimos que eran dos, pero cuando llegamos, el chico nos comentaba que las fotos no correspondían al departamento arrendado. Por último, debo destacar que los chicos que atendían en la recepción tenían muy buena voluntad.

Tienen microondas y algunos anafe con algunos elementos para cocinar. Pero lo bueno es que si te faltan, Ezequiel y Cristian siempre están para ayudarte y te los consiguen. Excelente relación precio calidad.

Kered (8/5): Great location good apartments - These apartments are in a great location close to many attractions and amenities in the centre of Mendoza city. We have stayed here a couple of times before and reserved a particular apartment. Unfortunately we were allocated a different one which meant we were above a noisy bar, sad because we had to leave early for flights. Despite this hiccup we will be staying here again.
Niaanm (2/5): - The photos posted was nothing like the actual apartment. The pillows were all dirty and stained, the sheets were old and ripped. The apartment smelled really bad. The staff service was terrible that one night the key door didn’t open and was told I had to wait till the morning as none was on staff with the master key. Another night the key card didn’t work again and has to wait 1 1/2 hours till someone came to help open the door. Over all my experience was not great that I had to leave to another hotel. I will never staff in any other hotel in Mendoza except the Hyatt from now one. I tried to save some money by booking the Mitra Millennium but in the end it cost me more. I DO NOT recomend this hotel for any American travelers.
Alberto (4/5): Room details - To start with.. is not good when you show up for check in and already guest at the lobby complaining.. second WiFi didn’t work and the room was old and dirty ..
