- Hugo (8/5): Good place to stay in Kalaw - I really enjoyed my stay here. It has almost the feeling of a nice lodge in the woods. Everything was welcoming and friendly. I particularly liked the little print out in the room with descriptions of some day hikes you can do in the area. Only drawback is that is is a bit far away from the city center (Maybe a 20 min walk).
