• JJoannaa (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja w niewysokiej cenie - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko przystanek autobusowy - 20-40 min do Wenecji. Kilka minut od noclegu Eurospar. Prosty dojazd i parking podziemny. Pokój przestrzenny, zmywarka , duży prysznic. Brak czajnika w kuchni, niewygodne schody na antresolę gdzie były dwa średnio wygodne łóżka. Tragiczne wręcz poduszki.
• Enrico (10/5): Ottima base per gite a Venezia - Belle camere spaziose, ottima struttura (pulizia, manutenzione), ottima logistica (posizione comoda per arrivare e parcheggiare, ben posizionato rispetto ai bus per arrivare a Venezia), gestori molto gentili e disponibili. Un grande valore aggiunto la pasticceria al piano terra, l'abbiamo usata sia per colazioni che per gli apertivi a fine giornata...

• Rossana (10/5): Tre giorni perfetti - Appartamento molto accogliente, luminoso e soprattutto pulito. Vicino alla fermata del bus. Consiglio vivamente. Inoltre c'è una pasticceria a dir poco fantastica con i suoi squisiti cornetti, ce n'è di tutti i gusti!!! Posto strategico per chi vuole la tranquillità a fine giornata dopo aver vissuto la splendida Venezia. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Nulla da segnalare

• Attila (10/5): - Kedves volt a hölgy, aki fogadott minket pedig későn érkeztünk. Az autónkkal zárt, biztonságos mélygarázsban parkolhattunk. Az Apartman igényes tiszta, jól felszerelt, tisztaság várt bennünket. Közel van a buszmegálló, zöldségesbolt, élelmiszer, éttermek, benzinkút. Csendes szép környék kedves emberekkel.

We just loved the bakery downstairs, perfect for coffee and a little breakfast croissant! The floor needed a little more cleaning. Unfortunetly the showerhead needs to be changed in apartment 4...

• Alina (10/5): - Все сподобалось. Чисто, все нове, свіже. На кухні є весь необхідний посуд. Є балкон. Зупинялись в готелі для відвідування Венеції. Залишились дуже задоволені розташуванням, бо транспортне сполучення виявилось дуже вдалим. Навпроти готелю зупиняються автобуси, які приблизно за 25 хв довозять до площі Риму. В приміщенні дуже товсті стіни, тому звукоізоляція є великим плюсом. Поруч магазини. Але на нас справила враження фруктова лавка, яка знаходиться в декількох хвилинах від апартаментів.

The bus station to Venice is just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. There’s also a lovely bakery right next to the accommodation – perfect for a morning coffee and croissant. The staff gave us a lot of information about Venecia, transportation etc etc that was helpful. The apartment was clean, great for a family, and has everything. I would recommend everyone to book the appointment.

• Suki (10/5): Highly enjoyable and recommended! - This is the best accommodation we have had in our European trips. The staff were very welcoming and explain everything clearly. The room was spacious with fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with changing space. The kids loved the balcony and the loft with 2 single beds to their own. The property is clean and when we where short of towels or toilet paper, they bring them up quickly. The hot water and heating made us warm and comfy. The location is great, quiet with Lidl nearby and bus stop within a minute walk. The buses are very frequent and run till late at night. Nothing!
• Katrina (9/5): Superb - Handy to the bus for travel to Venice. Parking provided and the most fabulous cafe/patisserie downstairs that makes the entire stay very memorable. The apartment didn't have a sofa but then we realised that the bed converts to a sofa during the day. You need it for comfortable seating when you're not sleeping.

All the sheets and towels were provided. The building has free underground parking and elevator. In the ground floor there is a shop with sweets and coffee. Really close to shops/pizza and bus stop. Very good location. No wine glasses ;)

• Alan (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great close enough to everything. In a nice part of the city. There is a big Euro Spar a few mins walk if you need anything. Only a few minutes walk to the bus stop near the tobacco shop where you can buy tickets €1.50 each way. Other option is 1/2/3 day pass or week which then gives access to use the bus & boats. It only takes around 15-20 mins to cross the water to the main part of Venice. Peaceful stay, warm welcoming host who was happy to help and explain where to find everything. Cake shop next door is worth a visit I would highly recommend and if i go back to Venice will rebook as i really enjoyed my stay

Very beautiful building,  underground parking, big, nice and clean apparent with all the necessary for your stay in quite area, 5 minutes walk from the bus station. There are 2 bus lines to Venice -6 and 7 that come almost empty to the this station. Excellent communication with the host. Answer your messages within 10-15 minutes Amazing pasticceria the next door to the building entrance with more than 25 different types of croassants, sandwiches,  sweets, fruit salad- the perfect place for breakfast. Our bad was sloping down, and it was not as comfortable as we needed for a good rest.

• Butlere-peslaka (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay! - Apartment was clean and light. There is a kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Our room had a small balcony. Neighbourhood is nice and not loud. Downstairs is exceptional bakery with tasty croissants and good coffee. Eurospar supermarket is near, like 3minute walk. Buses to Venezia are close to the hotel. So all together very comfortable. We stayed 4 people, so two of us had to sleep on the double bed, but that had some free space behind the head that we didn’t liked (like a hole). But that’s a small nuance.

• Bridget (3/5): Not good - Bus stop was near the apartment so it was convenient. The air conditioning was great as the heat can be intense. There was no toaster, or anything to cook with. We got the apartment because we did not want to go out for every meal. There was very little utensils if there was more than two people. Also there was no dish cloth, one tea towel etc. Had to message for extra towels etc. Bed was also uncomfortable.

• Crnomarkovic (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment, very clean, has everything needed for your stay. Bus stop is 2 mins from apartment and from there bus will take you to Venice in 20-25mins. Grocery store is nearby and you have nice pasticceria on the ground floor.

The bus stop was 1 min away, and there are very good shops nearby (walking distance). The parking is large and safe. It is a perfect place to stay when traveling to Venice. Everything was perfect.

• Vladimir (10/5): the stay made our holiday better and easier, no fuss place to stay - big room, with gallery for extra beds, clean and with no clutter in the room comfy beds and good clean bathroom basic kitchenware (utensils, microwave, washing machine, fridge) great pastries and coffee at the place downstairs bus station to venezia 50m away (several bus lines) it is not in the immediate proximity to Venezia, but 20min by buses, very well connected though
• Ming (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable for 4 people. There was a straight bus to and from Venice and the bus arrived at frequent intervals, which made transport convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful and was physically present to assist us with the check-in during office hours as well as supply any information that we needed. There was also a wonderful pasticceria downstairs where we could have breakfast everyday, and a supermarket within walking distance. All in all we had a great stay!
