Luis (9/5): Wonderful view and beautiful location - The place is simply wonderful. The ocean view is breathtaking. Surrounded by nature and immersed in the forest, it is truly a magical place. Well, the property does not have a key-lock at the back. The back doors facing the pool are not locked, which took away my peace of mind. I know the area well, and I am aware that this "open-door" approach is not safe. On the last night, a raccoon made our early morning unbearable. It opened the door multiple times (six times in total), keeping me on high alert throughout the night. I was unable to sleep—it was a disaster. This could be easily fixed by installing a couple of simple locks on those doors. Additionally, the lock on the second bedroom does not work, which also made me feel uneasy. I believe this is a minor issue that can be easily resolved, and I do not understand how it has been left unaddressed.

Lucia (10/5): Beautiful house, great stuff and amazing service! - The property is located on the hill. Very calm and beautiful! You can see amazing sunsets from there! It‘s an open house so the fronts can‘t be closed - but we never had any problems with that and also no animal visitors ;)

Fruhar (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the town and the location of the villa as well as the very responsive and friendly staff. We really loved the views from the villa as well and how close it was to the beach, restaurants, markets. An incredible experience. The roads going up the villa are very bumpy/rugged so you will definitely need a 4x4, if coming by car. We also experienced insect/ant issues upon arrival but I guess it’s expected given its an open concept home.
Amanda (8/5): a beautiful villa in lovely surroundings with the chance to see wildlife up close. - We loved the open plan indoor/outdoor living. Having bug screens was a blessing though as the villa is set amongst the trees. It’s a beautiful villa, ideal for a short stay. Our absolute highlight was when a troupe of around 20 monkeys made their way through the trees at the back of the villa one morning. We had a problem with the shower in one of the bedrooms but a maintenance man was sent out as soon as we flagged the issue. Unfortunately he was unable to resolve the issue as it was the weekend - but we were able to use the third bathroom so disaster averted. Be aware of the note regarding the need for a 4x4. The road up to the villa is steep and littered with deep potholes. In the dry it is just about manageable in a normal car but probably not a good idea in the wet!
