Aleksandra (7/5): Чисто, и а остальном не стоит своего уровня - Чистота Все аксессуары были приготовлены на 1 человека. И только на 2 день после ряда звонков добились второго комплекта. Воды 0,5л всего, салфетки есть только в ванной. И тд. На 2 день принесли комплимент, который оказался не для нас и его просто забрали.

Riina Amalie (6/5): Not very pleasant experience - It is really nice and modern hotel. Nice location and good breakfast. AC system was set automatically set to 18c for time you were out of the room. Room was freezing cold with no option to get it warmer. Blanket was very thin and there was no extra one. Had to sleep with my clothes on. Fan in the bathroom was working all the time no matter what. All ventilation system was howling all night. It was no chance to have a good night sleep. Only one thin old fashion towel for shower.
Markku (10/5): Worth choosing if you do not want to experiment and prefer predictable service quality. - Stayed at Mercure Almaty City Center again and, as always, the experience was consistent and comfortable. Good breakfast, comfortable room, clean shower area, and very friendly staff. The hotel is not cheap, but I keep choosing it because the quality of service is predictable and consistently meets expectations every time. A reliable option for staying in Almaty. The rooms use centralized ventilation and cooling. There is a control panel in the room and the temperature can be adjusted, but at times the ventilation system can be somewhat noisy. For some guests this may not be an issue, while others may prefer quieter individual climate control systems.

Elena (6/5): Хороший отель с плохим сервисом - Отель хорошо расположен, приятные люди в лобби баре, хорошие завтраки С сервисом беда, зубной набор (номер улучшенный, если что) на второй день не положили, позвонила с просьбой принести, несли минут 20 с недовольным видом. Уборка посредственная. Заселение оставило самые неприятные впечатления (знали, что запрашивала ранний заезд, не заселили (ну ладно нет свободных номеров), взяли номер телефона, обещали сообщить о готовности и несмотря то, что номер был готов, так и не позвонили). В целом персонал равнодушный и неприветливый. В номере последнюю ночь спать было невозможно из-за какого-то ужасного стука. Больше не выберу в Алматы этот отель

Dulat (4/5): Нужно улучшить сервис - Местоположение хорошее. Номер был чистый. Хорошие завтраки. При выезде запросил счет у сотрудницы Sofiya за использование минибара. Мне отказали объяснив тем, что в счете не будут указаны позиции и что Sofiya не имеет доступа к предоставлению печатно счета и что нужно было пользоваться меню в номере. При этом подошедший сотрудник Hamba любезно распечатал счет, в котором я нашел лишнюю позицию - чипсы. Сотрудник также пояснил, что Sofiya могла выдать мне счет, но почему-то отказала по непонятной причине. Конечно настроение в праздник было испорчено.

If someone needed clarification or didn't know something, she did her best to help them Thank you, Sophia and thank you Mercure Hotel . ♥️🌹 The absence of bidets in the restroom and the lack of cleanliness of some of the staff during my visit meant that toilet towels were used to clean utensils such as cups and spoons and no soap was used cleaning was done with water only . 😓

Почему-то во время заселения был комплект всего (тапочки, полотенца, вода, зубная щетка) только на 1 человека. После просьбы поднять второй комплект для гостя принесли часть. На следующий день после уборки номера также остался один комплект. Очень темный номер, в сан узле все уже сильно потертое и не новое. На раковине какие-то затертые пятна, не отмывающиеся ржавые пятна. В общем номера подуставшие.(

При заселении сотрудники не учли, что нас трое - пришлось просить принести полотенце, спальное белье, тапочки, чашку.. Но все быстро сделали) 2. При выселении насчитали лишнее за минибар (то что не брали), но после пояснений все разрешили, деньги не списали.
