Wooden floors, paneled doors and furniture in subtle shades of brown and ash gray guarantee a relaxing atmosphere. The Suite features a bathroom in each room. Dining by the fireplace in January created a warm and exclusive atmosphere, enhanced by a beautifully curated decor. Delicious sharing starters (Black Tiger prawns with wasabi mayo, spinach Palak Raita) followed by an outstanding black cod with wasabi sauce. Impeccable, discreet service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

They spoiled me with so much personal attention! I have a lot of gifts on my bed, the whole minibar with excellent bottle of wine, snacks, cake and exc. I was very impressed by the notebook with mine initials on it. The bathroom is very convenient and comfortable and they spoiled me with so much cosmetics and stuff left like present. It is historical hotel and they will tell you the romantic story when you arrive. With a beautiful pool and bar outside the hotel. The service is beyond my expectations! Even the General Manager came to introduce himself. Really so happy for staying here!

• melissasN7218RV (6/5): Not a 5 star experience - We stayed at this Airelles property September 14-18. We had very high expectations for the amount of money we paid. We had some disappointments that we should share especially when you are expecting a 5 star stay. First for the pros. The staff for the most part was amazing. It started out a bit awkward as the girl who checked us in led us outside through a puddle (they were hosing down the pool area), then realized we were already checked in, and said she would show us to our room. She then says our room isn’t ready (it was approx 3 PM and to come back in an hour). After we checked in, we came back downstairs and I wanted to ask her for a couple of extra pillows but she was talking to a coworker and completely ignored me. I stood there for about 20 seconds. I began walking away and she asked if I needed something? I said, I would try back later since she was busy and she just said, “okay”. It was rude. Everyone else after that point was very polite and receptive. Our favorite service was the breakfast in the morning. The 2 gentleman that served us each day were so friendly and enjoyable. That’s where our 3 stars go to. Now for the reasons we would not recommend this property; 1. Our room was not up to par. The shower had black mildew in it. The cleaning girl just came in and made the bed and changed the towels. It was not cleaned. The floor was dirty and we had spilled a little bit of wine on our table the first night and it remained there for our entire stay. The extra pillows were at the foot of the bed to elevate my legs after a surgery, and she actually made the bed with the pillows at the foot not even bothering to pull them up and make the bed look nice. Also, one of the faucets didn’t drain so they had someone come in a day later to fix it which was a bit of a disruption. 2. I filled out a survey they sent to us and offered pictures of the mildew, the table, and the way the bed was made and we never got any response. I dislike giving negative reviews of properties but when we have concerns and there is no effort on the part of management to address it with us, we feel it is necessary to put the information out there. We met some people staying in a 3 star boutique hotel that paid 1/3 of what we paid and they showed us the property. It was absolutely lovely and immaculate. Do your research on how Europe appoints 5 stars. It is eye- opening and we learned our lesson for sure. On a positive note, Saint Tropez was beautiful and fun! Sadly, I missed the morning peacocks but my husband saw one wandering in the streets.

• Courtney (10/5): - Perfect. The hotel is stunning, will absolutely make your jaw drop. Rooms are perfectly appointed with all amenities you will need or want. The staff is the best we’ve experienced. They help with reservations and arrange everything to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is walkable to all the shops, marina and restaurants. They will arrange transportation if you need to go to beach clubs. They work so cohesively togther as co workers, it is truly impressive. Highest recommendation ever for a hotel. We loved it and are already looking forward to a longer stay next year. We appreciated every little detail that made our trip so special.

• erinkL9425HW (10/5): Luxury Gem that is Great for a Family! - My husband and I had an amazing stay at this Airelles property w/ our two young daughters a week ago. The staff was kind and gracious and our room(s) were both fantastic. From little gifts for the children to daily evening surprises, every moment of our time at Pan Dei Palais was beyond special. We went to another, equally special Airelles hotel in Gordes after we departed Pan Dei and were pleasantly surprised when a framed photo of our family from breakfast in Saint-Tropez that morning was thoughtfully placed on a nightstand in our new hotel room. Our girls, in particular, thought it was magical and have already requested a return trip next summer!

Everyone who works there was sincerely welcoming not only to my wife and myself but to my two dogs. They were each given dog collars and their own beds in the room which was totally luxurious. A fully stocked mini bar with two bottles of wine which were complimentary. It was my wife’s birthday and at breakfast the staff made her feel like a queen. I have visited many so called “luxury” hotels and I would have to say this one ranks top of the list. Would recommend and will definitely be returning. Oh yea the wine is amazing!

Only the finest quality items are used throughout. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday or short getaway. The location is easy to access and it is only a short walk to many designer stores and the stunning port of Saint Tropez. Also, the Citaldel is just a few blocks up from the front door of the hotel where you will find breathtaking views of the city and Mediterranean Sea.

• gena (10/5): Pure luxury. - This was hands-down the most luxurious and well run hotel I have ever stayed in. Only 12 rooms. The building was exquisite and incredibly decorated. The outside space was hidden from public view noise. Non-hotel guest were not allowed into or onto the property until after 7 PM. The pool included beautiful lounge, chairs and canopied lounge beds. The outside bar was beautiful. The cocktails were well-made and the wine list was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night , and it was the best meal we had in Saint Trope. All Staff members were professional and friendly and I was pampered like I have never been. Each day gifts were left in my room. Canvas bags, luggage tags, room freshener,. The bathroom was huge. The toilet was in the foyer away from the bedroom and showering area. The bathtub was large enough for three people, and there were even bath salts on the side of the tub. There were two very large closets. The mini bar was incredibly well stocked and was included in the room. The breakfast was unbelievable. Freshly squeezed juices and a basket of to die for bread and pastries. Any type of coffee, including alternative milks, which were important to me. I worked with the assistant manager Fanny to arrange a day on a catamaran that was exquisite. She also arranged a wine tasting at a nearby winery. This included a private picnic in the vines. I can’t say enough and want to go back immediately.

• like2travelNY (10/5): Hidden Gem in the heart of St Tropez - We had the fortune of staying at this hotel after staying at another Airelles propety the night before. This was our 3rd time visiting ST Tropez but our 1st at this property. And, I can honestly say our stay was amazing. If you want to stay in town, which we always do, this location is unbelievable. Except for a dinner at the sister property, every restaurant is within walking distance. The beach was a short drive away. The hotel itself is truly a hidden gem. From the outside it isn't obvious that this is a hotel but once you walk in (and you can't walk in during the day unless you are a hotel guest) you have a straight view to the gorgeous pool area. The room was amazing. The housekeeping services were amazing. We typically didn't go out for dinner until after 9pm yet each night we would return to a clean room, with the bed turned down and a surprise gift. I can't recommend this hotel enough. And, will definitely stay here again.

Myself my husband and my daughter we think that our stay at Pan Dei Palais in St Tropez was THE BEST hotel in the world we ever stayed!!!! Location - absolutely fantastic in the heart of St Tropez- walking distance to everywhere . Staff- the nicest people we ever met: extremly kind and polite but not overwhelming; We all adored them!!!! Clean less-outstanding!!! Room service - 6 stars plus!!!!! The car service to the amazing beach restaurant was luxurious! The beach area & food at the beach restaurant & service provided - FIRST class!!!! And gorgeous beach of course!!! Our room was very comfy and gorgeous! Breakfast exquisite !!!!!! Pool area - gorgeous! We felt more like at home than at the hotel!! Certainly we are already planning to come back in October for longer. If we need to criticise anything is would be our dinner at the hotel . We were expecting Indian style curries but it wasn’t Indian. Food which should have been specified in the menu. It wasn’t our cup of tea. A part of that it is 10 out of 10 hotel or even more!!! Thank you SO much and hope to be back soon. Baccus Family

They get it! - I had booked a pool view room and to my surprise there was an oversight when I arrived, and I was given a room with a street view. Having realized that it was a mistake, they have rectified the situation without me even asking. This was exceptional spur-of-the-moment decision making by the front desk which was greatly appreciated. They have upgraded me to a suite. I had the best experience I could ask for. It was truly a magical stay having read all about the history of the hotel.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we pulled away, the hotel made us feel welcome and special. We stayed on our Baby Moon and were gifted many special items from the hotel. The staff knew us by name and went out of their way to make us feel like we were all good friends. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive a delicious complimentary b'fast each morning, parking, and an AMAZING cake in our room that I will never forget. The room and building itself is historic, beautiful and sparkling clean with state of the art amenities. Heated floors, automatic lights, convenient plugs, dyson blow dryer, the list goes on and on. Finally, upon our departure the staff gifted us with special stickers, a box of Laudure Macaroons and went across the street and waited for us to drive away and waved. It was an experience like no other and I can't wait to return! Thank you!

We enjoy coming to this place in the "winter" time as this is very convenient and quiet. I love the ambiance and the decoration style which reflects some past memories concerning initial owners of the palace.

• AainaM3 (2/5): THEIVES - Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Service was pathetic, staff was rude. I had an Hermes skin bag worth 25 thousand euros tucked in a pouch in the suitcase below my clothes. I saw it a day before and the next day the room was not cleaned with a note saying we left it on DND, which was not the case. I reached the airport and when I opened the suitcase the bag was missing and the pouch left there. It was STOLEN FROM THE SUITCASE. I didn’t use the bag, not knowing it was more unsafe to leave it in a hotel like this after paying a bomb. On calling them the staff was highly rude and didn’t seem to care. This is absolutely disgusting. They refused to show me the CC TV or help me on call. I got no confession or closure. They are THEIVES
• Mark (9/5): Beautiful hotel with fabulous service. Top rate. - Excellent location. Superb welcome from staff who remained extremely helpful throughout - especially the reception/concierge. Beautiful calm spaces inside and out. Room was nice, but small for what I think was described as Superior Deluxe or similar. Food was good. Whilst the food was good, in my opinion, the kitchen may have been trying a little too hard to impress. Wine pairing with dinner didn't really work. No information on wines, such as year or producer. Breakfast was lovely but a little overwhelming with so many items being delivered at once.

• AtlasShrugg (10/5): Hidden Gem in the heart of the Village - Ahh St. Tropez. Normally it comes with attitude. Not here. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. What I’ve also noticed in my many stays is that they are constantly ameliorating things. Garden/terrace much better now, kitchen much better than before, simple and good. The location can’t be better and it’s like you’re coming home.
• michellelN5705RF (2/5): LOST'S IN THE AIR. - We were attracted by the story behind this hotel and the tranquil design of each room. Different from the chains or palace we see as frequent. However, we do still have the expectation rather high since it is one of the Airelles. So, to our surprise that they kind of messed up with our omelette order. Well, tbh, I don't know whether they messed up the order or that is one ordinary Pan Deï standard omelette, sloppy, drippy, tasteless, temperature kinda cold... Further more, we are not sure if the team was newly formed or maybe the management of this little bijoux of St Tropez was changed. Chaos in its absolute excellent form. Organisation was a mess. You can feel the vibe that the employees are lost, the director is more panic than anyone else. It's LOST'S IN THE AIR. Truly hope that they will figure it out...

The hotel facilities were equally beautiful and the location of the hotel in the middle of town was fantastic. We will gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.
• Sarah (1/5): Negative communication from the hotel has removed them from my list - The hotel could not have done more to damage their reputation than my insisting that I pay the full cancellation charge when I had made a mistake on the booking. I turned up one week early as this was my final two nights in St Tropez having sold my house and left it empty of furniture. I was exhausted, I was leaving two days later so clearly unable to take up the booking on the date I mistakenly made it for as I would be back in the UK. No empathy, no sympathy, no attempt to look after me (a returning customer). Appalling.
• Miri (9/5): Charming Hotel in Saint Tropez - Beautiful Traditional hotel with interesting past. The hotel was clean, bed are comfortable, mini bar stocked daily. Breakfast was delicious with variety, location was great. They have a fun car service that take you to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Our room were a bit small.

Who took the time to meet with me privately and listen very carefully to each of my concerns. It was clear that her staff was carefully selected for their positions and her directions were conveyed immediately. The privacy of the property was one of the kind which created a sense of ownership by the guest. It also created the feeling of a exclusive place that everyone wanted to see. Simply outstanding and not easily accomplished. A true five ***** experience. "Bravo. bravo"
• cfmcovaci (10/5): Best hotel in the middle of St. Tropez!! - This hotel is such a gem! Amazing hotel with a fabulous pool, exceptional service, great restaurant in the middle of St. Tropez! Walking distance to everything. Many thanks to the entire staff at Pan Dei Palais for going out of their way to make our vacation as wonderful as it can be and one of the best! This was such a surprise and to some extent way more than we expected. Thanks again for everything! Mary
• alecw2018 (10/5): We Loved it! The best of the best - This hotel is a must visit. The food was excellent and the same for the service. Its location is walking distance to all the boats and restaurants. They can take you in a rolls royce to their other hotel which is a must do because its absolutely stunning. You can't go wrong with either hotel, but Pan def Palais is the cheaper option as its around 1200 euro instead of 3000 euro.
• Kokistaaa (10/5): Saint-Tropez's jewel - What an experience! In one of St Tropez's busiest street is a wooden door. Push-it and discover St Tropez's best kept secret, Pan Deï Palais. Aya and her team welcome you into a peace haven, where everything feels like magic and every detail is looked after. Rooms are beautiful and quiet, the butler service descrete and effective, and the food and beverage of another level! With no doubt one of the best and most beautiful breakfast we ever had, and as for their concept restaurant opened for diner, Cookoovaya, a must do in St Tropez. Food was delicious (never had we tried such Greek food, tasteful and refined) and service genuine and attentive. Opened only for hotel guests during the day, your only chance to visit this jewel is from 7pm onwards, for diner. Strongly recommended.
• Q1973UUlaurentg (10/5): Favourite boutique hotel in St Tropez by far - Incredible boutique hotel in the heart of St Tropez (literally 2 meters from Place des Lices), beautifully designed, almost feels like a private residence. The service is top notch, all the staff is very friendly and professional. The food is fantastic, really good breakfast and the new Greek restaurant, Cookoovaya, is outstanding. There is also the added benefit of being the sister hotel of Chateau de la Messardiere which offers the possibility of spending the day time there which is a really nice option.
• lulunyc79 (10/5): Perfection - Wow wow wow! This is a spectacular jewel of a hotel. A true oasis in a bustling sea side village. Every details was considered, the hotel is exquisite! Chic, luxurious and cool! The staff were so professional and friendly, striking a perfect balance. We can’t wait to return next summer!
• Robert (10/5): - Wonderful respite in the heart of St. Tropez. Lovely accommodations with the perfect pool and setting. Staff is outstanding and ready to please. Rolls Royce shuttle to sister resort which is a feast of the senses. One of our all time favorite properties!
